The room was full with strong heavy smoking smell

Front desk staff - VERY friendly and accommodating. The property itself is dated, not a big deal, but the grounds were noisy with people and car alarms going off, people shouting etc… If you’re looking to have a good sleep, I would pick a more traditional hotel vs motel

Pros: Good area location for shopping. Cons: No housekeeping, no washcloths and towels. Customer Service was excellent 👍 A lot of drama and incidents outside the building. Overall, the stay was not great but ok.

The problem that I incounter was my reservation was for 12/26 - 1/2 instead of me checking in on time, i got to the hotel at 9pm with my two children and not able to check in until 4am of the 27th, because of the reservation problem at no time no one offer me a credit of anything and i had to check out a whole day early with no apologies really hurt me as a paying customer and a single father who had to sleep in his car with my children until we was able to check in. I am not happy and feel that i should receive some type of credit back to credit card.

TV remote nor TV didn't work in the first three rooms. Air Condition or Heater Unit was broken. Towels and wash cloths look a dingy colored white.

Need to fire everyone and start over it’s very horrible and all the workers including management need to go . They don’t clean any rooms , don’t fix anything that needs to be fixed , the company they keep on the premises is not a good look , the list can go on and on

First off, be sure to ask about the decal for your car upon checking in because your vehicle will be towed without one. The one who checked me in didn't even bother to ask me about my vehicle or even mention anything about needing a decal and I woke up one morning to find my car "missing." Thankfully, I didn't have to pay to have it pulled out of storage because it was the employees fault for not giving me a decal and was able to get my car. The first room had black mold so I requested another room which I couldn't even open because the latch needs replaced, so I got a 3rd room. The 3rd room had not been cleaned prior to my arrival and had pee stains on the toilet, dirt inside the sink, and pube hair on one of the beds. Not to mention the floor had not been swept or mopped at all and I had to get unusable motel towels so I could clean the room myself as I didn't even want to request another room because I was just plain tired. Overall, the employees are semi approachable and checked to see if everything was alright when an ambulance had to come to take my friend to the hospital because he had multiple seizures that wouldn't stop. After everything, I didn't even stay the full trip. The vibe of the place is questionable at best and given everything that had happened, I simply couldn't even sleep and went to truck stop just so I could get some sleep. Overall, I will not stay here again and wouldn't recommend the place either.

Rooms were just that. No fridge or anywhere to store items. Rooms were semi clean my white socks are now brown. Stayed 3 nights and never had a maid clean or bring towels.

I arrived at the hotel ethe price was totally different from the website, the room was nasty, stink and strange people was standing around the place . It was loud and very dirty I had to find another hotel to stay at

The room smelled like piss when you walked in. You can tell the floors were not sweep or mopped , tv had mostly Spanish speaking shows and I’m English couldn’t change the setting , the bed felt like the sheets weren’t really changed.

There was blood in the bath tub and the key card didnt work

The property was extremely dirty. Asked for a nonsmoking room, entire room smelled of smoke ,food and other liquids were stuck smeared into the floors. Literally walked in and immediately checked out . Would never recommend this location. Manager was nice immediately offered a new room i declined ,was not expecting a refund but she did give me one.

My car got stolen at this property and there was no sense of urgency when it was brought to the attention of the GM

We checked in and they gave us a room that was clearly unavailable, we I looked through the windows the beds were in the middle of the floor and the door was barred from the inside. So I went back to the check in clerk, and they gave us another room. Upon entering the other room It smells like cigarette smoke, and it was supposed to be a smoke free room. I lifted the mattress and they had visible bedbugs, the whole walkway upstairs and downstairs stunk of marijuana. We witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot so we immediately left the second room they gave us and I went to the clerk and turned in our keys and told him that we would not be staying there. We were there a total of 45 minutes at the most. And I would like to be reimbursed for my money.

Awful customer service skills, rude as hell, they definitely pick and choose when it comes to treating the ones they want to with respect and good service. Overall horrible place and horrible staff.

Dirty inside room. No towels. Lots of drug traffic. Room had hair on floor sink Dirty tub dirty. Lots of fighting outside late at night.

Def not a happy camper with this stay. Very unprofessional the lady at the front was struggling by herself answering phones and taking care of customers while the manager was telling from the back. It was apparently a homeless shelter from what the Uber driver said when they picked us up. Ppl partying up and down the whole time outside. The s Shower handle was broken and toilet didn’t flush. I’m getting arthritis doing all this really

I came into town for an event. Checked in and the service was horrible, the guy helping me was on the phone the whole time, mumbling, and wouldnt look up or make an effort when addressing me, so i had no idea what he was saying or when he was actually speaking to me. I checked in, the whole place is sketch and so is the room. The door looks like it gets kicked in for a living and isnt even straight anymore. The room has what i could only guess are dirty handprints all over the walls, and smells like smoke or something (non smoking room). I didn't leave my belongings in there. I go to my event and when I return at midnight, the place has come alive. It felt so sketchy and unsafe that rather than sleep there, I drove over three hours home. I am going to try and get my money back. This isn't a good spot to stop and sleep for the night.

The key card failed twice .

The customer service is horrible, they gave me other room, I pay for a non smoking room and the gave me a smoking one. I change twice, but they check in people in smoking rooms. I’m very disappointed with this motel.

And pool is clean

When we first got there we didnt have time to do anything but put our bags down and head to an event. When we got back it was late then we realized things were bad. The shower head was broke. We asked for towels and wash clothes twice and they didnt have any. The room smelled old and the borders and floors were broken and worn. Flies were in the window seals. The only thing good about the room was that the beds were soft and didnt have any bed bugs. If i wasnt so tired of driving and the event i would have definitely asked for a reimbursement and found another hotel. $120 for one night was a rip off for this dump!!!

1st rm tv didnt work. 2 beds had one pillow each. 1 towel in the room. Barking dog in next room. Requested a change, tv still didnt work. Had to reprogram keys multiple times. Sent bf back to find me when the key didnt work bc they some how took him off the list and were rude. Trash in trash can from previous person. Beds dirty. Feet were black from the floor never being mopped. Fiends knocking on the door at 330 am. 1 towel 1 wash cloth 1 roach (seen rip). Stripped the beds since they apparently dont know how. Pulled the trash. The complaint did get the tv fixed though.

The first room 104 had water coming from the bathroom ceiling. The second room 114 had dirty towels.

When we first got there to check in, a prostitute was gesturin' people to get money while yelling from the curb of the street. Every time i went outside to get something from my car, someone would be outside asking to bum a lighter or cig. "I dont smoke!" The floors were filthy. We had to wear our shoes the entire time.

NO towels in the bathroom loud noises and id smelled like weed We will never stay at that location again

For the price, you cannot complain. I had no problems staying overnight. Mind your business & you will be fine. Room was clean, just wish the door was more sturdy. Not being from VA, i was uneasy due to not knowing the surrounding areas.
