The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel was great. Water in the bathrooms was clean. About 100 TDS unlike the 1100 TDS in Noida. ONLY one thing they need to do ; No need to have an attendant in the elevators. Its quite odd to have that in such a small elevator.

We had an excellent experience at Radisson Blu. For the four days that we stayed, the staff was always courteous and very helpful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. This extended to the breakfast team, the restaurants, the bell boys, and all other staff too. The banquet facility was wonderful too. We had a celebration attended by about 55 people and our entire experience was very positive. The food was wonderful and the catering staff was always alert and active.

Nightly rate I paid was more than quoted on Expedia when I booked a few days before our stay. I felt ripped off by the much higher rate billed to us on check-out.

Radisson is a brand name that is well known for their hospitality, but this stay of ours was very disappointing in every way possible. The room we initially booked was small so we upgraded to bigger rooms for me and my family. While the bigger rooms were good in size, the service and overall hospitality at this location was awful. In-room dining was one of the worst I've seen in years, not because of the taste of the food but because of the way the food and cutlery was provided. On almost every occasion that we ordered food for 4 or more people, we would have to call back because either the cutlery was not provided or two spoons and forks were provided without napkins for four or more dishes. It got so bad, that we actually had to purchase napkins and cutlery from outside so we don't have to eat cold food while waiting for them to sort this out. We complained every time and were told it will be fixed but they never got to it. The front-desk at times was very rude and outright abusive calling us to scold that we left stuff in some room, which wasn't even ours to begin with. What made this incident worse was that the accuser wasn't even having a conversation but outright scolding us to get our stuff out. The hotel later apologized but it was too late. There was no monitoring of face masks as people would sit in the lobby without one and no one would bother to remind them making my family and I very skeptical of the safety measures. Not a good place to stay!

AMAZING, GOT UPGRADE TO HIGHER CATEGORY

It was a 3 days 2 nights stay, and i was surprised that they didnt do any housekeeping on any of the days. I was never told at the time of checkin, whether they were not doing it because of Covid, but found it strange, considering they consider themselves to be a 4 star hotel. I even had to ask separately for drinking water, which was highly irritating.The hotel seems to have lived past its prime, and the rooms clearly show signs of ageing, lack of maintenance. But all this doesnt bother me, as much as the basic housekeeping which i definitely expected.

The staff of this hotel is what makes it a 5* hotel, however unfortunately the rooms are lacking quite badly in terms of what a 5* hotel room should be. But I will maintain it is a great hotel with some of the most attentive staff.
