Beds were very hard no fan in bathroom and we asked for our room to be serviced and it never was. We left early won’t be back.

For the price of the stay it was really not worth it. The breakfast was only cold food. The beds were uncomfortable. The back door to where the cars were parked was never locked. Anyone could have walked into the Inn.

Room was spacious loved the jetted tub in the room.

Easily accessible to go to anything in Wooster.

Our TV was broken. The parking was pretty limited

The people who work at the Hilton Garden are standing! They were friendly but very professional. The hot tub was wonderful - relaxing and, more importantly - clean!

Good place. Nice pool. Helpful staff. They don’t recycle, but I’ve never been in a hotel that does. Not even in CA…

All the amenities wchere great.

We stayed in room 320. The room itself seemed clean but there was scuff marks all over the baseboard. The pillows were uncomfortable and the room would not cool down. The bath tub was old and very grimy. The shower curtain rod was broken and the curtain wouldn’t stay shut and the tub faucet was pulled away from the wall. The property is old and out dated.

It was a very nice and comfortable room.

Very comfortable couple of days. If an issue it was taken care of immediately.

Mattresses were worn out , price for what we got was very high. Probably would stay somewhere else.

Have stayed here several times when come to Holmes County (Amish County) Ohio

Nice hot tub

WE WERE A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN THE BAR, NOT REALLY A BAR ATMOSPHERE, THE THE LADY WORKING THE BAR WAS SO SWEET AND HELPFUL. THE ICE/VENDING AREA WAS A LET DOWN, THEY FORGOT TO PUT IN VENDING MACHINES. oVERALL THE PLACE WAS GOOD THOUGH

It was clean and comfortable, but no different from a Hampton or Holiday Inn. The coffee/tea selections in the room were sparse: 1 tea, 1 coffee, 1 decaf. Breakfast was fine as long as you didn't have any dietary restrictions.

All was great!

I really enjoyed this hotel, perfect for couples looking to get away, the only things I’d change is put fan in bathrooms, expand breakfast menu, otherwise very quiet and peaceful place

This is my second stay at this property it was clean, quite and easy to get to from our travel site.

The recumbent bike was out of order, so only treadmill in fitness room.

Ok beautiful place would definitely go again. Two things that caught my attention was how loud the stairs were next to our suite and the bathtub fixtures need replaced because there is no way of telling whether they are on or not, wasting water bothers me.

Pool was closed which was on their website but not Hotels.com. So eventhough that was a disappointment it wasn't their fault. Clean property

The hotel has cut the water off for maintenance in the morning from 8.30 am to 10.30 am at the worst time of the day. Why did they not pick a different time ?

Staff was wonderful. Room was great and so was the pool !!

Room furniture and lights poorly arranged

Very disappointed with the front desk when my wife and I asked for the outdoor fire pit to be turned on. We were told there weren’t enough people out there. After walking around the property, a gentleman said he would have his friend ask for the fire pit to be started. Well the front desk persons came out & started the fire. We felt discriminated against and this made our stay terrible.

extremely noisy. People shouting and laughing at night in the hallways. Breakfast was not included, so I had to remind them that my reservation included breakfast. Since when is a breakfast not included? I stay at different hotels when I show my horse and this is the first time that breakfast, even a continental is not included. When I visit my granddaughter the next time I probably won't stay there.

Cleanliness of facility and friendliness of staff.

We were in Wooster for a wedding, we played games in the lobby and staff was very accommodating

We had a fabulous stay! From checking in with Lucinda at the front desk she made sure everything was ok with our room by texting me after we got to our room. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast included in our package and it was great! I had a three egg omelette with potatoes and it was even better than other restaurants I’ve been to. Kaylee checked on us several times to make sure everything was ok. We had dinner there one night and I don’t understand why more guests don’t eat there. The grilled salmon and vegetables was so good that we ordered it twice. We shared the first plate and just had to have another. Mitchell was our server and always on top of things. The cook Justin took his time even though it wasn’t busy. His presentation was spot on but his glaze on the salmon was outstanding. You can’t go wrong with this hotel and if we’re ever going back to Wooster we’ll definitely stay here!!!

We had issues with there being no remote control in our room. The desk didn’t offer to bring it up and make it right, they told us to come get it. Even then it barely worked at all. I’ve stayed at a lot of Hilton hotels and the over all feel for this hotel was that is was a cheap version of a Hilton. The rooms were nice but outdated and free breakfast or vouchers wasn’t included in the stay. Would not return to this location.
