Spacious apartment with a full kitchen, comfy beds, clean bathroom for a comfortable stay. Nice swimming pool but too cold for December. Free easy parking just outside of the apartment. 15 mins walk to old town. Good price.

A cute little resort with helpfull staff. The room was simple but clean and well kept. THe only thing is that the bed was not the best i have slept in.

It's a charming village and very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast isn't the best, but it's decent. We rented a car, which made everything much more convenient. However, I imagine walking around could be a bit frustrating.

It was an amazing stay- the staff were really helpful and the property was easy to locate/get around. The apartments were modern and very clean, the only downside was no bedside lamps which would’ve helped the ambiance of the room in the evening

Pro: nice check in helpful employees. Fairly close walking to the beaches. Laundromat , small grocery store and nice healthy cafe close. Very nice breakfast. Cons: Nasty stained couch, had to get a towel so we didn’t have to sit or look at it.Pillows were horribly cheap and uncomfortable. White towels grey and thin. Safe as locked and unused by us. Had cleaning staff come in a they left our patio door unlocked, we were out all day, totally unacceptable. We also used the hairdryer for a $20 deposit ( no problem) returned hairdryer for the iron and then returned iron for hairdryer. On checking out young woman was insinuating we had kept the iron( perhaps this happens) my husband told her not his fault employee didn’t write it down. She gave him our deposit back.She was rude until he told her about our unlocked door. Left us feeling not so happy about this establishment. Bottom line, it’s a holiday let with lots of people coming and going, things wear out. We would not stay here again. Our idea of a Villa is not this

Quiet place! We loved it but the pools were so cold! We were unable to swim. The restaurant opens only at 8 am so a bit disappointing when you just want a coffee. Overall, a good place to stay!

I stayed for 3 days on this hotel. The room had a big confortable space and the localisation was great, not to far by car from everywhere. On the other side, I was just really dissapointed by cleanliness. Many bugs, ants mostly everywhere, even in the bed. We couldn’t walk barefoot without catch all the dust and dirty things from the floor from several weeks. Im sure the cleaning service make their best but they really need to improve this point.

Breakfast with no many options. Towels and sheets were dirty. There were ants in the bed, it was reported but the problem continued. I would recommend to change the pillows. Parking easy and walkable to the beaches and town.

The pool area was fantastic. The breakfast included was some of best the when considering “breakfast included”. Access to a quality beaxh and restaurant was close by. The room environment with a quite and cool air conditioner kept the room quite cool. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. The room felt safe with a sold door and double lock with a safe.

The "Agua Hotels Vila Branca" was a good choice for us. We would book it again. We particularly liked the large apartment with its own washing machine, the comfortable beds, the parking space in front of the door and the quiet pool. The hotel has a restaurant and there are other restaurants nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the middle of the old town. We were lucky and were even able to check in a little earlier. Thank you very much!

Very spacious apartment with full cooking facilities, washing machine, ample bathrooms and a private back patio. Shops, restaurants, beaches all within walking distance plus a decent pool and pleasant staff. Enjoyed our week here very much.

It's very clean. Has 2 swimming pools on property. Decent buffet breakfast included. Friendly staff. Easy parking, we parked right outside our door. Small grocery store outside the property and laundromat near by. Some very good neighborhood restaurants 3-5 walk away.

This hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are big, comfortable, the shower is amazing (excellent water pressure), the restaurant is great, staff is very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the USB charging slots were not working, but when I talked to the staff they provided me with an adapter so I could use the regular outlet. Great hotel, would definitely stay there again!

I enjoyed staying here with one problem. No hairdryer. When I spoke to the desk they said we could have one with a 20 euro deposit. Since we would be leaving early in the morning I was worried I would forget or they would be too busy to get the deposit back. The breakfast was quite good

Amazing property, great natural sites 2 minutes form the property. Marinha Beach walkable from the property. Property has everything you need since a drive is required for shopping or dinning options.

Loved our stay! Short 15-20 minute walk to Old town/beach, which was great! The restaurant on site was also fantastic and we both enjoyed our meals. The only downside was that our room was skipped during cleaning one day so we ran out of toilet paper, but reception was able to promptly sort it out. Staff were excellent and very kind and helpful. Highly recommend for a peaceful stay.

Everything was excellent except for an odor after returning to the room. I suspect it is from the sewer pipe as there is no ‘p’ trap on the lavatory sink to prevent any odors from emanating from the plumbing system. When I closed the sink stop, the odor was much diminished. Maybe have a plumber look at this.

We liked our stay there. Comfortable apartments, nice pool area. Minus is that detergents for washing machine, oil for cooking you need to have yourself and this is somewhat not very reasonable to buy if you are foreign traveler and stay in the location just for couple of days. Also sofa bed was something we couldnt figure out how to fix it in order to sleep on not moving furnuture.
