Good location, but rooms need renovation. Bathroom of plastic and sometimes with a strange smell, maybe from the drainage? Nice bar area for drinks.

Excellent location. clean room. Reception was always very busy. No phone in the room! to call the front, I had to call the hotel from my phone.

When you arrive in the middle of a fire drill you can expect delays. However 30 min to have lifts working again ... does not reassure you. Typical chain of hotels with contradictory ecofriendly messages that are a hidden way to reduce costs.

The staff are super-nice, and the location is fantastic. The bathroom is airplane-sized, but the room is comfortable. Overall I would stay here again.

Great location with wonderful restaurants, shops and cafes neaby. I would have liked a little more information in the room on the local neighborhood. Also some snacks in the hotel would have been a nice touch.

The stay was okay, but we have experienced a small problem, by losing our cellular phone. And the help was very limited, the hotel has security cameras, but they weren't very cooperative with this. The parking locations are very far away, at least 4 to 10 minutes. Also, at first I was instructed to park by the hospital, and the instruction wasn't very good, night in an unfamiliar street and dark, the first time you don't know where you are going. Also, we had an issue with how to pay at that parking lot.

The hotel is nicely situated at the border of the city center which is 4 min away. Hotel looks nice and clean. However, room i got was very basic with no water heater no coffie maker no nothing. I expected at least that. It has a safekeeping box though

Close to the Grote Markt and the shops in the city centre. The area isn't exactly quiet but the rooms are well protected and those away from the street have a magnificent view.

This hotel has a great location in my opinion. While it is on a street with some stores and cafés next to it (including a beautiful organic garden in the backyard next door) it is only minutes away from the center of the city with countless shops, restaurants, super markets, parking options, bus and traindl stations, and a lot more. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast buffett is nice, and the loby is inviting to take a drink with the family or to grab some late night snacks.

Really nice and clean hotel, no luxury but everything you need for a night or two. At first we got by mistake wrong room, but it was sorted out quickly and we got the room we had booked. Situated close to the tram tunnel stop, which means only a short ride to the main station.

Breakfast was great. Room was rather bare - no coffee, fridge or tissues- and small. Assume it was the eco friendly which is appreciated. Very central location with everything in easy walking distance.

Not a fancy or special hotel but also not the worst, it was ok, we did find the churchbells loud since the rooms DON'T have AC only ventilaton so we had the window open (ventilaton didn't work great just gave warmer air)
