Amazing!!

Staff and service was phenomenal, but property is not in good shape in terms of overall maintenance. It's in need of an interior renno and update to the rooms.

Relaxing business trip that turned into an extended stay due to the comfort and beauty of the hotel. Service was above and beyond. Would highly recommend for a peaceful get-away that is very close to the city.

I travel a lot for business and since Covid I’ve experienced nothing but higher prices for hotels and much less service. This was absolutely not the case for The Westin at Bear Mountain. From the Bellman to the front desk staff and all the restaurant staff my stay was incredible!!! I arrived several hours early and they were so accommodating to get me right up to my room which was upgraded to a beautiful suite! It was clean and well stocked. I ate all my meals in their restaurant which was delicious and all of the staff were phenomenal! I will most definitely be back as this is how a hotel should be run as customer service was clearly a priority here and the nightly pricing was definitely fair and not overpriced!

One thing to mention. There is no towel hooks for your towel to hang in the bathroom? Everything else was good.

Beautiful King bed suite was clean & comfortable !! Two Large flat screen TV’s and cute kitchen with full size appliances (only complaint was that the large patio only provided a small bistro set so not convenient for relaxing….would prefer reclining chairs or at least foot stool for the high end price point !

A great and charming location. Very relaxing. The only caveat is that for pool and fitness facilities you should drive 10 minutes while theres a next-door facility which is not included for hotel guests.

Very good Location

The location and hotel are great. It's a beautiful spot in the mountains with great views and the area is quiet. The bed are terrible though. First off, that's the smallest queen I have ever seen. If it's a double, just say it's a double. But even then the beds are not great. The sheets were heavy and felt like a tarp (and sounded like them too). Then the pillows. Well you get 8 of them but they are basically the illusion of a pillow. You our your head down and it collapses down to nothing. You need like 3 just to make one pillow. But beyond that, it's a nice place. Just fix the beds

I paid more than $400. for a room for myself for one night. I was told at check-in that I would be on the 5th floor and that the air conditioning doesn't work very good on that floor. That turned out to be very true. Brutal for a Westin Hotel. The other issue is that Westin Bear Mountain is not near other dining places - save for some for the horrible food available at the neighbouring Jack's Place. Yet Westin bear Mountain closes it's restaurant and specifically food service too early.

We were with a group that booked between 10-15 rooms. The $30 parking fee was unwelcome for a place in the middle of nowhere with lots of space - felt excessive. Based on this and a couple of other things (no flexibility and trying to extract every nickel they can from guests) I will not stay here again or recommend it to others. In fact I will I tell others to go somewhere else.

This was a great hotel to stay in, and its proximity to where we needed to be was convenient. The staff were friendly and anticipated all of our needs. A huge shout out to the valet attendant who noticed that our family was dressed in formal clothes as the rain started coming in and offered us a ride on the golf cart to our vehicle. My only criticism is the lack of self-parking available. Trying to get a spot at times without needing to rely on valet service was challenging. Overall, I'd consider staying there again.

Pool and jacuzzi are closed for renovation. Not worth the price.
AC in our room didnt work so we were given a fan instead of a difference room. I’ll ever come back

Check in and service was great! Room and view was beautiful, beds weren't the most comfortable and there was a lot of noise from above but overall a great stay.
