The staff was very nice and lobby looks great, however, the bathroom was not so nice. Mold in the shower and the soap dispenser was broken. The luggage candy was also broken and there were no Kleenex in the tissue Bo’s.

Very friendly welcome. Understood celiac problem. Service in dinning room quite slow. Easy parking when we found the entrance. Very convenient just off motorway for onward travel.

My door was broken due to low battery of the door lock and the night guard couldn't find the manual key to open the door. It took 30 minutes, however, i got free breakfast - which was actually really good!

Chose to use this hotel because my usual one was fully booked. I would say it's okay for a night. Reception friendly and helpful. Room adequate - bath with shower unusual these days! Breakfast was good. Price is competitive so value okay in my view.

First room was not clean, very well resolved and second room was good. Hotel is very warm, and remained warm the whole night, even with the window open. Hotel advertises noiseproof walls, but the doors are not noiseproof. Overall, my stay was okay.

It was a great hotel for the concert we went to on Saturday night! Walking distance was perfect. The hotel staff were really nice, accommodating, and relaxed :)

We were visiting Family nearby and having stayed at this hotel before I was happy to return. The Staff were welcoming and the hotel and room were spotlessly clean. Hotel condition is good and the room was comfortable and had all we needed for a two night stay. The Breakfast Buffet was good with a reasonable variety of items available. Overall a good standard hotel at good value and I would stay here again

Best Campanile we stayed in on our cycle tour. bar, dining and rear outside area very nice. Bedrooms better than most Campanile although still very basic. As with all Campaniles its full of eastern European workers who are ignorant of others, smoke everywhere and play loud music constantly. Really ruined the stay. Had to ask reception to speak with them Reception, bar and restaurant staff were brilliant. Overall would stay again provided the Eastern European workers stay away.

Always pleasant staying here, good price as well. Decent location near to Efteling. One of the rare hotel chains where you can actually get a normal cup of tea in your room!

Hotel doesn’t have a big restaurant, and many times you need to make reservation in order to get a table. As guest of the hotel, this is not nice... Everything else was ok!

Hi, This Hotel is the most dishonest & pathetic i have ever come across in Europe. I booked the Hotel through Hotels.com & selected a room with option to pay at the Hotel in local currency. As usual i entered my credit card details which Websites like Hotels.com need to verify & confirm your bookings & even though Hotels.com says that we will not debit the payment without your permission, the hotel was able to debit my card for 1 night & then had the audacity to cancel my booking saying that the Hotel is full. I tried resolving the issue by speaking to Hotels.com customer support & sent them a screenshot of Debit msg received from the Bank but neither the Hotel not Hotels.com provided me with a solution even after speaking to them for 3 hrs (BTW all this while i was on my way yBreda from Germany). Finally, with no option left & choosing between being stranded or getting a good night sleep, i had to find a hotel in Amsterdam as all hotels in breda or near by places were full which cost me huge additional expense but Neither The Campanile Hotel or Hotels.com cared about the customer even after giving them all the proof on mail. So, please think twice before booking the hotel & sharing your card details with this hotel.

The room was very nice, clean and ready for us even though we were early. Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. One minor downside, it is not very close to the Centrum, actually quite a ride away. I'd suggest they provide a simple map with easy directions to the center of town. (THEY DO PROVIDE A GENERAL MAP OF THE AREA.)

Hotel is good and service is good too, but the hotel is in a Very remote location. Public transport is 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. The bar was’t very inviting too which given its location is an opportunity .

We had a non smoking room but they had smoker in it even in the bathroom. First day we had towels (clean but not freshly smelling) next day they gave us half of the quantity. The rooms are old. No minibar in the room Bed is very comfortable

Also thrash from the previous guest in the room. And even worse, no response from management.

I used the hotel as a stop over while travelling in company with a friend to and from Germany. The front of house staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel restaurant staff were more than helpful and friendly on both our visits. The food was excellent and good value. If you need more than the service provided by Campanile Hotel Breda staff and the room provided you may pay a lot more but in terms of overall satisfaction and the genuine warm reception offered you will not beat Campanile Hotel Breda..

It was very small room. The beds were positioned in opposite way and one facing a door entrance to another room. Seems like family room divided into two. You could hear the other gusts talking and even trying to open the room. Very bed choice of hotel I will not return back for sure.

Food good. Staff very pleasent and helpful.Car park very noisy throughout the night, but it was a Saturday.
