The best stay for my business trip, coming in with Shinkansen. Easy to go downtown and nice to have the local train under the hotel :-).

Peaceful. Nice. Gym. Food. Ease of a meeting place

Very convenient for transportation

The floors smell really bad due to smoking in the past. I stayed on level 23, it was better than most ! They masked the smell with fragrance. Request that floor over others i guess. Its quiet. A little run down. Pool price is too expensive. Paying for breakfast is worth it. Staff are friendly and there are many.

First this is absolutely NOT a 5 star hotel. It's supposed to be non-smoking but the place is so dated that the smell of cigars is EVERWHERE. The carpet is stained, old and smells bad. We were there and the AC was not working good so they brought us a portable one that was working but very noisy. It was 95 outside...
Had to take colder showers in the middle of the night to try to stay cool and not sweaty. The volume of the tv, that only had 1 English-speaking channel was blocked at 25 and barely audible...
The staff was really nice and tried to help the best they could but were not able to. They offered to move us to the room next door but since the AC is central, it would have been the same so we decided to go somewhere else. Not 1 negative thing to say about the staff. They were very nice but unfortunately this hotel is pass due for updates and renovations and NOT a five star.

Modern, western hotel connected by walkway to Shin-Kobe station. Good access to rest of city, especially the cable car to the gardens above Kobe. Hotel is essentially part of a shopping/restaurant center. Well worth the money.

Pleasant stay. Breakfast is very packed. Good spread though

A very large hotel with style!. We had a spacious room with a great view of the city and harbour from the 26th floor. Large bathroom . Very Close to the Rail Station Should have made time to visit the Herb Garden via the nearby cable car

Overall a very pleasant stay, and you cannot be beat the convenient location of the hotel adjacent to Shin-Osaka station.
The room was very clean, though rather dated. Otherwise, very comfortable and quiet hotel with excellent staff.

Convenient to Shin Kobe station. Very friendly staff. Room clean but small and tired. Needs a facelift.

The property was centrally located connected to the Kobe shin and on top of the green Yamato line. My room was extremely hot the fan/ac didn’t work and they told me to open the window however, it’s completely sealed the curtains were ripped and the shower head sprayed out all over the floor. Other than those few things the hotel had an abundance of amenities. Laundry was expensive. The two different restaurants for breakfast were completely different fun to try the buffet one day and the traditional Japanese breakfast. The waterfall hike is close so is the herb garden gondola which the Sakura was just starting to bloom so I am sure it is gorgeous in full bloom. Overall I loved the location and amenities and would give it another shot.

This nice hotel is across from Shin-Kobe station and in a very nice walkable area. Service and staff are excellent. Room was very clean well appointed with very nice amenities. Breakfast spread is excellent.

My room is in 26th floor, the room size is fine. The window view is wonderful. To take the Train & Metro are very easy through the Hotel Elevator directly. Only one problem is to use the swim pool needs to pay extra cost. It is really unreasonable because we are their Hotel customers.

Since we went as a family of four with two little kids, I wanted to stay at a convenient location. We could’ve chosen Sannomiya area, but we chose this hotel for its proximity to ShinKobe Station (as we travelled by bullet train). It made it so easy for us as we could walk to the hotel from the station and drop off our luggages at the bell desk immediately upon arrival at the station. If you take the taxi, it’s also accessible to major tourist spots including Kitano and the Bay Area (and ofc there were multiple taxis waiting at the hotel entrance all the time so we didn’t need to wait).
Although the facility felt quite old, whenever we needed something, the staff came to our hotel quickly and were super polite and reliable — they solved our needs promptly.
The city view from our 26th floor was beautiful as well.

Always stay here, excellent service and right next to Shin Kobe Shinkansen station.

Hotel was quiet and clean. Very convenient to train station. Rooms are old and out dated- could use a renovation.

Poor service for guest : main bar closed, second bar closed at 9:00; non consideration for people staying a few days

The people working at the hotel and super friendly and wonderful. You can see they put all their effort when they work

Super convenient access to and from the bullet train and subway into Sannomiya, though it's not a terribly far walk either. Great views of the city and Mt. Rokko, with the cable car just a couple of minutes away.

Amazing skyscraper hotel. Our room was Japan spacious even with a queen bed on the 26th floor. Perfect bathroom, of course. We paid less than 100 dollars for this spectacular view. The breakfast buffet is not possible to top with both appetizing presentation and endless variety. These guys are not kidding.

Close to station, ample parking, good service

The hotel is within walking distance from Shin-Kobe Shinkansen Station. The room is big and nice, and temperature can be controlled easily and turned on 24/7, you dont need to put your room key in a slot for electricity.
They also have extension cord near the bed which is really convenient, and provide bottles of water every day.
They also have 2 types of restaurants for breakfast, and have multiple restaurants for dinner.
They can also keep your luggages and can use postal service.
The only thing I didnt find in the room is a small mirror for when doing facial stuff.

We used the ANA for proximity to the Shin Kobe line to access Hiroshima. It was excellent . The hotel itself is spacious and the staff were very helpful.

Very accessible location.

I sent bottles of sake to the hotel for my consumption in the journey. The hotel kept them in the refrigerator for two weeks before I checked in.
The hotel is in the border of the city but is just 20 minutes walk from shopping and dinner area.
I wish to swim in the hotel but was told to pay 2000 yen which I think is far too expensive.

Right outside within five minute walk is the shin Kobe JR Shinkansen station. So super convenient for coming into and leaving Kobe versus any other property. Excellent breakfast. Quality Japanese cuisine and service.
