The walls were dirty, crumbs in the bed, loud noises in the morning, screaming people at 6 in the morning , felt dirtier after the shower than before.

Not bad really clean lots of construction material around. Pretty nice otherwise. Very limiled access inconvenient area limited transportation drive only not much around to eat very inconvenient area to drive.

No good except for some pros. Pros. >>> Clean, bathroom fixtures good,faucets working,hot water good, comfortable bed, clean bedsheets. Cons. >>> 1)On the first day of my stay the room key didn't work at all. I had to walk a long distance(inconvenient )to the reception area and get somebody to come with me and he saw the problem for himself. Resolved that issue. Never had the problem with the room keys not working at Days Inn. Keys always worked properly there. 2) The remote control for the TV. was missing from the room. Somebody had to come and check the TV and said I would get a remote and I never got it at all and I had to check out after a 2 night stay. Another inconvenience I never had a problem like this at a Days Inn ,never! 3)Refrigerator did not have a freezer(another inconvenience) like the refrigerators at Days Inns, each and everyone had a freezer I was able to make ice. Risk of having spoiled food by not providing a freezer. I asked if they could take out the refrigerator and put in one with the freezer in it that never happened. Inconvenient! 4)After I mentioned to the host at that I had a better experience at a Days Inn in Ridgefield, he was quick to dismiss me after asking me why I didn't stay there longer. I told him that Quality Inn was closer to my doctor's appointment that I had on Monday October 14th 2024 in Little Falls. The owners know that it's hard to keep customers and very easy to lose them. Businesses close down because of this!

Left over clothes from other guest dirt and food around corners and in every room. No vent in bathroom, uncomfortable bed with NO COMFORTER my wife got the worst sleep of her life she was freezing all night from lack of bedding. Only 2 pillows for a kings size bed. Staff kept knocking on my door at 3 AM scared the hell outta me my wife, safe to say this was the WORST experience ive ever had at ANY hotel ive stayed at will NEVER come back and honestly will not stay at a quality inn ever again. This hotel was unclean, unsafe, and in a bad location. EXTREMELY disappointed in my stay.

Do not stay here, the property looks nothing like the pictures. The bathroom had mold and it was falling apart. We asked the front desk to change our room, he refused to and was very rude. As we’re speaking to him another guest comes and complains about the condition of their room.

Worst experience. first there was no parking because they were under construction. So they directed us to a parking garage that wanted $80 a day. That’s crazy. The elevator was sketchy felt like it was about to give out any day now . And the lobby has homeless people sleeping against the wall on the ground floor not what I was expecting at all . Never again

First off the lobby smelled so badly.. the smell was coming from the person at the front desk.. Then my door didn’t work, went down to tell them he answered it’s not that hard to open a door. When he went to open it realized the key pad attavjed to the door was dead. I been there about 6 times this summer and everytime their pool is under maintenance.. I think they keep it closed to not clean it and also no breakfast everytime I been there.

It seems it is sort of the scam. The photos advised on Expedia DO NOT MATCH the reality. Since last terrible reviews they improved, however NOT up to my acceptable level. They refunded my stay - so at least they have been fare about it. It seems to be place is owned/managed by Indians/Hindu and it is common scam standard to getter as many customers to this place as possible w/ those unreal photos. It is cleaner than previous photos, the pool was operational. They R still improving it ....

We rented a room in this hotel for three nights, and were very unhappy with the experience. HOTELS.COM listed this property as having an outdoor pool and free breakfast included. When we checked in, there were signs posted that the pool was closed indefinitely and the breakfast was "under renovation." So, no pool, no breakfast. The front desk attendant was unapologetic and uncaring about it. In fact, I went down to get change for the vending machine, and he unjustly accused me of trying to give him a counterfeit $5.00 bill. I had to point out and explain to him the watermark and features of authentic currency, but to no effect. He was busy arguing with two other guests, one who claimed his room had no pillows, and another who's reservation was cancelled without her knowledge. In the room, the odor of weed was strong, the mattress was very past its prime, no cushion at all, just the sagging twanging springs typical of inhospitable hotels everywhere. Room service never showed up once, only on the last day 10 minutes before check out. We had to fight to get two pathetically thin towels during our stay. There were sketchy characters looming around outside all night each night, which clearly doesnt bother the staff but is very unnerving to guests. With so many other competing hotels in the area, you'd think that each would be doing all they can to be the best on the road, earn positive reviews, repeat and referral business, but Quality Inn in Wayne is certainly not one of them.

If I could, I would upload photos as a picture is worth a thousand words. My flight was cancelled and I could not find suitable lodging near the airport. This was by far the worst hotel/motel I’ve ever stayed in. It was run down and unsafe and in desperate need of maintenance and repair. From the rude and insensitive hotel clerk, to the inferior outside door that did not lock securely. It was very filthy. The bed was lumpy and old including the pillows. The room had improperly dirty hanging curtains, dirty walls, and filthy and disgusting floors. There was no place to hang my clothes. There was space for a closet or drawers. The lamps were dirty and old (think 1970’s. There was a large red plastic garbage can in the room. The smell was nauseating. It smelled like a strong odor of bug spray, a strong stench of cigarette smoke. It deserves zero stars. I do not recommend staying here.

Very worn down building. Beds were sunken in. They need to be replaced. They didn’t clean the room at all. Knats were everywhere, pee on the side of the toilet, leaking ceiling. There was no continental breakfast and locals said the pool has not been open for 3 years.

This place is so dirty in and out. I regretted to stay there. Pool out service and they don’t let know when you make your reservation. They say pool is temporary closed but you can tell by how dirty it is that it hasn’t been opened for a long time.Horrible experience!!
