Went for an overnight stay with my spouse after a late night party in the neighborhood. Everything went well from the check-in to the breakfast until departure.

The first room we had did not have heat. It was a long day so that was not ideal but the woman at the front desk could not have been nicer and was able to give us a comparable room with heat. The only improvement I would make is to get better coffee.

I was a good service the desk employee was very polite,the only bad thing was that I left a pair Ray-Ban sunglasses and a nail polish on the hallway counter and I called as soon I got home and the house keeper did not returned to the from desk

When my family members visit from overseas, we always stay at this property mainly because of how friendly and helpful the hotel staff are and the location. Our stay here, this time was most disappointing. Im not sure if it's because they have new staff or because they simply don't care. Our room came with a sofa bed but there was no bedding in the surplus closet where it usually is. When i went down to the front desk to ask for a blanket, sheet and pillow i was told "the hotel doesnt have any more blankets" and that she would "do her best" to arrange bedding for the next day. I of course expressed my unhappiness but her attitude was that it was my problem. She had zero intention of helping. I watched her stand around, doing nothing to help or initiate any action, she then then her back and left for the evening. We had travelled since early morning, tired and weary and being told that a basic amenity is not available is was mind boggling to us. We were too tired to fuss and fight and i had to reach out to someone who dropped off bedding from her home at midnight. This is not an exaggeration! This should never have happened. The manager added points to an account i never use to make things right but it's neither here nor there.. they dropped off "bedding" the next day but the blanket was so small it looked like it was taken from a baby's crib LOL This is probably the last time we stay at this hotel. My stay was ok extreamly upset room wasnt cleaned first day than i asked at 2nd day before i went out for the day they said tomorrow i said ive got no clean towels then they left towels at the door no clean room extreamly disappointed probably never stay there again

Poor cleanliness overall. Bag of trash left overnight in front of the elevator. Roman cleanliness also not good, found a strand of hair in the shower, bed sheets smelled weird, dirt all around the corners. Do not recommend.

Very disappointed on entry did not have a king bed I reserved and paid for ; A/C was not working in lobby ; went to the pool and employee had her family members over with 10 kids could not use the pool ; went to breakfast and there was no food at 8am full of people and all the food was done , had to buy breakfast outside and no management presence to advise , hotel staff did not say anything as well ; very disappointed with overall stay

Cleanliness could be improved, but service was good, fixed our air conditioner issue within a few hours, but didn't clean up the mess. We should have probably asked to have it cleaned but it was just a fairly small are near the AC unit that was left not very clean. All in all though, a decent place. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel these days.

Check in was horrible booked came in at 3pm than again at 3;56 pm. Took almost 1&1/2 hours to get a room. The lobby was extra hot with no a.c. the woman at the front desk checking in was very sarcastic and rude.

The worst customer service from the front desk. We stayed there 4 nights and they didnt clean one time and we had a 2 bedroom suite. They never came and got any of the garbage, never gave new towels. Kitchen had one pan.

This hotel stay was part of a longer road trip, and when we received a call the day of our stay that the suite we booked to fit our large family was not available, we were frustrated. They offered us two connecting rooms, but there was one less bed overall. We did not have time to search around for another place, so we decided to make it work with the pull out sofa. I'm glad we did because the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable! I usually try to avoid pull out sofas because they are often dirty, but this one was not. I have no complaints at all.

They basketball court with the rubber court was really nice. I was very upset to see children in the hot ub swimming underwater and staying in extended time. Even a baby was taken in. There were no signs stating the dangers to young children or prohibiting them from using it.

A last minute trip with uncertain weather so we needed an indoor pool and this bubbled up to the top of the list. We had a nice, clean room with all the amenities including a pull out couch for the kid. The pool and hot tub where great (and both good temperatures). Breakfast was above average with smoked pulled chicken tacos that were super yummy with lots of topping options. We didn't notice but they had a large offering of games at the desk that we wish we'd taken advantage of. Outdoor had a basketball hoop and BBQ for the guests to use. I'd come back here in an instant.

I paid for 3 nights with request to check in on the 2nd day early morning due to red eye flight, but the hotel refused to check me in even though I called them 48 hours before check in. No refund was given. Unfortunately got no help from hotels.com

I arrived to check-in and the lobby was complete chaos with families with young children running around and crying and the staff just ignored them. Then I was told that my reservation had been cancelled because they were sold out (I booked 6 weeks in advance), and the only comment I received was "didn't you get a call or email"... No, I did not. I then booked another hotel on my own and then received an email AND a call after 10pm that evening from hotels.com after I was in bed saying it was important that I contact them to rebooked my stay - WHAT??? Unexceptable.

The pool has been closed since March 19th and it was not advertised through expedia as closed, and was a large part of the reason why we booked. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good and the staff was very friendly.
