From valet to checkin…This place is amazing!

The stay was great the front desk was wonderful very helpful and get us set very quickly. However there was a big stain on the floor and a ball of hair. Looked like the floors of the room had not been vacuumed. Very thing else looked great. Valet parking was excellent he was very polite and helpful. Excellent service.
2.0 / 5.0
Nice staff, clean and beautiful hotel. We stayed in a balcony room and liked the layout and view. Pillows and bedding were soft and clean. Mattress was a little too firm for my taste but not horrible. The only downfall was the noise. There is construction being done outside and I think too close to the elevator? I would stay again further from the elevator and when the construction is completed.

Over priced and valet only. Everything costs an arm and a leg - food, parking, bar, store, etc.
No coffee in lobby. Seating and design is awkward. Staff is unwelcoming and they disappear a lot - so no help when you need it. Valet acts like you're inconveniencing them. Room was clean. But opens to a livingroom with no remote to the TV. Bedroom is in the back. Bathroom door is a sliding see-through glass door. Everyone, including it's snooty patrons, treat you like a peasant if you're not dressed fancy or can't afford to tip $15 every half hour. The parking app even recommends tip amounts for valet based on previous parkers. What a joke.

I will start with that the hotel is in a great location to the UT campus, the room was clean, and the lobby is cute. Other than this, the stay is not worth the price. We were here one night from moving my child into dorm and got in late. We found out the TV kept cutting in and out so you can't even watch it. It was 11pm so we thought, just one night. We then noticed the next morning, the coffee maker doesn't work and the phone to call the lobby doesn't work. Called from my cell phone to let the desk know and was told I should have known last night and called when an engineer was there. What?? We didn't know the coffee maker or phone wasn't working until now. Save your $$, parking is not included ( additional $35 a night), breakfast not included, and in our case the TV, coffee maker, and phone didn't work. The worst part is there was no offer to send someone up to fix it and they would just take care of it when we leave. Our check out time is still 5 hrs away.

The room was very clean and excellent overall. We enjoyed the unique "tapestry" theme decorations. However, for such a nice hotel, there were some awkward arrangements in the room. For example, there was no place to hang hand towels near the sink. Also, the trash can was next to the toliet instead of near the sink.
The main negative experience was that parking was $ 35 a day and was obligatorily valet, so there was additional tips to the valet ($ 3 minimum tip). We took our car in and out several times, so these tips added up. This was also particularly irritating because the parking was under the hotel and easily accessible by the hotel elevator. We didn't need a valet to park our car.

Parking was atrocious. But everything else was wonderful. Room was beautiful and comfortable.

Loved the location, just on the outskirts but walkable to everything, caught the trolly line, walked the world fair park.

Very Nice Place

The hotel was well situated (walking distance from downtown) in a nice quiet neighborhood and was nicely designed/decorated. Front desk was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, with everything you need. Bed very comfortable.
They charge 35$ for valet parking, but there is quite a bit of parking all around the hotel, including in the UT covered parking lot across the street (may not be available during school year). Also, costly pet fee of 100$ per stay. And finally, upon packing up to leave, we discovered ants on the floor, although they did not bother us while in the room. Let the front desk know on the way out.
Overall, would recommend.

Amazing hotel. Loved the modern details and the Tapestry theme was well thought out and evident through the hotel. The staff was very friendly. I will stay here again.

It gave a bespoke boutique vibe at a very reasonable price.
Very low key, yet calmly classy. Hard to pull off.

We were moving our daughter into her apartment in the neighborhood. We checked in late, around 10:00. The front desk person was really rude. People working directly with the public should conduct themselves better.

The staff was excellent. Only stayed one night so there isn't anything I didn't like about my stay.

Room was clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

Nicely decorated hotel with a good bar near attractions.
No pool :(
Vacant lot next door which was our view.
High pet fee for just one night. ($100)
Expensive parking but there is a free lot across the street.

Our stay was so good. The people at the front counter were so pleasant. Anything we asked they addressed it immediately. The location was nice and close to the convention center.

The hotel is beautiful. Lots of lobby seating, nice bar with selection, wonderful staff!
My definite go-to place in Knoxville hence forward! A premier room with balcony is also the way to go!

The property is fine but they are not honest about the cost. They charge $35 for parking. Unlike most hotels they not have a free breakfast. When you try to tip Valet they have the nerve to charge an additional fee for processing the tip. In short they nickel and dime you.this ruined the experience

This is a great hotel! Conveniently located. The hotel decor is very nice. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a suite with a balcony. The water pressure in the shower is amazing! The walls are a bit thin if you are a light sleeper.
