Lovely, friendly staff. ⭐️ Rooms are a bit outdated. TV did not work, I was not there to watch TV so it didn’t bother me. Regulating the water in the shower was a bit of a challenge. Rooms are big and have a mini fridge, very convenient. It suited my purpose.

I know the Hotel from former brand NH. I used to live monthly in this apartments. New Management is as well very nice and helpful. The location of the Hotel is fantastic to walk to the town or to the near beach.

Overall we had an OK stay, the staff was really helpful and nice. Air conditioning was very weak. The lift made weird noises while moving. The room could use a renovation, the wallpaper was peeling in some places and the room looked a bit tired. The pictures were a bit different than reality... The breakfast was not very good. Parking was nice but with a lower car than Audi RS4 I think the entrance is too steep.

The staff is absolutely the best, kind, always cordial and aims at making one's stay a great stay. The conditions of the hotel show maintenance is not a top priority. The shower gave intermittent warm and cold water for example.

The room looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. The lobby is modern, clean and pretty but the room is dated and grubby with age. They also allow dogs and can be heard barking constantly. The bed was 2 single beds (on wheels) pushed together which separate every time you move. The receptionist was alittle rude. The ‘spa’ is an e tea 10euros per day and it’s just a small dirty pool you can see dirt and scum along the edges of the pool. They did allow us to check in a little early and that’s the only good thing about this hotel.

This is definitely not a 4 star property! The staff are rude, the rooms are tired, the showers leak in all the rooms, you have to pay a deposit of 25 Euros for an ironing board, there is no concierge and the reception staff are clueless if you ask them how to get to places!!! There is no water in the rooms and the cleaners don’t clean the rooms properly. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours breathe and move and flush the toilet etc - the air conditioning is totally pathetic and the rooms are dark and dingy. There were six of us in three rooms and all of us feel the same and it totally ruined our holiday. Avoid this place and go elsewhere.

Clean but very noisy rooms - the walls must be made out of cardboards... 10€ extra for using spa - give it a miss, it’s not worth these money. I do travel a lot on daily basis and I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again. Really soulless place.

We had a reisanble stay. The staff were very friendly. In our room we had a minni fridge, do wish we had a kettle in our room! The air conditioning could be improved to help make the room cooler at night, as it tends to get warm real quickly. We had asked for a fan in our room, but they weren't available. The cleaners do a good job at making the bed and tyding, non of our possessions were touched or replaced. We did have a safe in a room that we used frequently for keep safe of money, electricals, ECT.. the walls in the bedroom did have some dark marks all over, but you don't really notice them too much. We had visited the spa/sauna/pool..but had to pay €10 each, which wasn't all so worth it as the pool is smaller than it looks advertised and gets a little crowded. Also the security of the changing rooms is minimal.. it's easy access for a male to just go in the female changing room, vicvice versa. The reception is open 24/7, which is good.

Friendly colleagues who spoke enough English to be helpful. Clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was a little low on choice and couldnt get a cup of tea. Parking is available at an extra cost if on site.
