Was there by myself for the Steelers game. Staff was super friendly, restaurant food was good beer was cold. Shuttle drivers were very friendly. The room was huge, and beautiful. This was my first time there and will NOT be my last

1-quiet area I like, 2-I do not like,I stay seven nights only to clean my room twice, I told front desk, please wake up call seven o’clock tomorrow morning but nobody called. 3-used to be very good hotel restaurant. It was amazing menu. Housekeeping was very good theyclean it every day

Had to wait for almost an hour for the bus to pick me and my husband up from the airport after calling. Finally got to our room and there wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner in our room. Front desk staff were extremely rude. I guess some people think it’s appropriate to wear air pods while working the front desk.

I arrived at the hotel and was told the reservation was cancelled and no room available I had discussed with Expedia cancelling the reservation. I booked non refundable room so reservation was not supposed to be cancelled. I did not cancel the room.

Bed and pillows were nice and comfy. Bathroom was very clean. 2 small dead bugs on the windowsill. Turned the AC down and it ran constantly but never cooled down. It was hot and difficult to sleep.

Hot Chocolate Chip cookies, of course!! 24/7 airport shuttle! Staff very friendly and efficient! 2nd stay, and will stay again when traveling to Pittsburgh. I’ll be checking out all Double Tree by Hilton wherever I go.

This hotel is on fire with Marriott. I hardly ever stay at the Doubletree, but let me tell you something. If you are visiting Pittsburgh and need a clean, nice, and affordable place to stay, this is definitely your number one choice! Paige was amazing, coordinated my late check out and shuttle while dealing with the impact of the Microsoft outage. Her poise and professionalism while meeting the needs of stranded travelers was truly outstanding. Give her a raise or atleast reward her for her efforts especially for this day.

Tony and Terry do an amazing job running the front desk. I also loved talking and laughing with both the bartender and server who worked the night of 6/21/24. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Keep up the great work.

First off our toilet didn't flush properly and had to call to get that fixed. We didnt have enough towels for our two day stay and when i called i was told i needed to come down to the front desk and get my own towels. That they couldnt bring the towles to the room. The oulets in the room didnt work. Only two of them did. There where stains or some kind of spill in the mini fridge.

When i arrived, the check-in process was quick and easy. The lady at the desk was very helpful. I also had the extended parking while Im traveling and the check-in for that was easy and painless. The room is very comfortable and clean. Thank you very much Double Tree

Hotel was fine but they even though my rooms were both booked by me and under one itinerary they wouldn’t let me check in for both rooms because I put my husbands name on the second room. He was getting my kids out of the car and I had to call him in. Even though in front of me I had the whole itinerary. Not a big deal but very inconvenient and no help from the front desk.

The lady who checked us in wasn't very friendly. We were so excited to be there and she looked miserable. It started everything off on the wrong foot. In the hospitality business, when you greet people, you should smile and at least act like you're happy.
