This property is amazing! From the folks checking you in like Mao, who was an awesome, amazing host! The breakfast service was pretty standard, however the staff were very eager to help. Even the house keepers seemed like they were happy to be there and ensure your room was perfect every single day!

The staff was VERY friendly and nice. Rooms were nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing about the room was, when the room was cleaned, they took away our glasses and did not leave any new ones. No big deal, we just used the coffee cups. Breakfast was good. The eggs where better than some other places I have stayed. I would stay here again.

Most of the visit was good but at 6 am the people above us were allowing to let their kids stomp and there was a vacuum or hair dryer going off. I think you should have people with small kids stay on the bottom level. Our drive home was miserable because of our lack of sleep. Other than that the rest of the stay was great and the bed was very comfy

The one issue is that we booked an accessible room through hotels.com, but it did not come through to the hotel as accessible. They did find us an accessible room, but it was the very furthest from the elevator which was difficult. Then I had to park and climb stairs to second floor or walk all the way around the entire building and then take elevator and walk all the way to the far end again. This was the fault of hotels.com, not the hotel.

Nice hotel! Staff was friendly, room was clean. The room was bigger than i expected. The continental breakfast was really good too. Hotel is close to Walmart AMP, so it was really quick to get to and from the concert.

The room was so musty and balmy I felt like everything was wet the entire time. The floor felt wet and after every shower everything in the bathroom was wet so much so, I’d have to wipe down the entire countertop so I could put my toiletries on it.

We got there early and asked for an early check in. The lady told me prob not so we were excited when we were called at 2pm to get in early. We got there and the girl was very nice. The first room we were given had not been cleaned. I didn’t realize it until after we unpacked our stuff from the rolly thing. When I went to get a new room, it took a long time bc of the person who came in before me. They were apologetic and nice but we ended up checking in a lil after 3 for our room. That was kinda blah. The ladies cleaning all around and very professional and nice. We enjoyed our stay. The room was cool w a living area and bedroom. Breakfast was good. It had warm options like eggs, bacon, and biscuits. We were going to the Arts Center and the location of the hotel was very convenient! We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here so we could go to a concert at the AMP. The booking process was simple. We brought our small dog with us and the hotel was pet friendly and the staff was very accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Our room felt humid during our two-night stay. The carpet felt damp, as if it had been recently shampooed and had not completely dried. We kept changing the thermostat and making it cooler, but that did not seem to help. This was room 106.

Super nice people! The room was comfortable, but showing it's age. For example, one closet door didn't shut all the way and the curtain closer was off of one blackout shades. Really nothing affecting our comfort was wrong. The beds and pillows were great. The condition of the room was minor and the friendliness of the staff far outweighed those small issues.

Our first night there we were informed that we had been upgraded which was very nice! However our second night the room above us was so loud and annoying. The children were running, jumping and making so much noise it was unbearable to sleep. This went on until well after midnight. We had planned to leave at 4am for our in long drive home needless to say we were not rested. Not sure we would stay again.

Great Staff! Great Front Desk Service, Good Breakfast! However, the 9.0 rating on Hotels.com/Expedia is not accurate! Are they paying for fake ratings? Because at $250/night this property needs an upgrade...new beds, new bathrooms, new carpet, new tv's. New hot tub, pool upgrade. My bed was completed worn out. You sink into the whole and roll towards the middle! Toilet didn't flush properly, clogged easily. No toilet plunger in room. The bathroom shower head fell off and landed on my head. Caulking was a mess around the tub. Shower curtains and Tubs gotta go, glass shower walls with walk in showers with marble floors is the minimum standard for $250/night room. Hot tub was empty, supposedly being repaired? But no one was working on it while I was there for a week! The pool water was COLD. There was a 3/4" gap under my room door and a 1/4" gap all the way around the door so I can see daylight thru the door...literally able to see in the room. Which means all the noise from the hallway sounds like it is in my room. Housekeeping didn't clean my room even once during the whole week...but they banged on the doors all around me yelling housekeeping at 9AM every morning. Too early to start doing that! Carpets in the hotel are all worn out and might be clean but you can't tell.
