The hotel was overall decent. I did have a package held there and was not informed of the $5 holding fee, I know it’s just $5 but still let the customer know. Rather do a pros / cons list, remember this is MY personal opinion.
Pros
- not TOO bad of a walking distance to the park
- love the fridge and microwave in room
- shower was clean
- I didn’t expect turn down service everyday, per the website, but we got it
- room was spacious
- pool was great and came with pool towels (although small)
Cons
- the floors in the hotel room turned everyone’s feet black by time we got in bed. I mean DIRTY
- pillows seemed to flatten over night as we slept on them
- I will say I didn’t expect to see $30 parking with the distance that this hotel is from the parks
- AC took forever to cool the room as the fan speed was pretty slow.
-had to wait/ask for a dolly to be able to take stuff up/down from car to room
- $17 for a breakfast sandwich & small beverage at the coffee stand they have. WILD.

Hotel was very close to the convention center which was our destination. We got the 1 bed room suite and it was very hard to cool down. Thermostat was all the way down to 60 and just wasn't enough.

Black mold found in bathroom. Moved to a different room, black live mold there also. Left, did not use the room for either night

The hotel did not take my special requested and put us in a room right by the street that the noise of cars racing all night long cost me a sleepless on a first night.
The day shift manager tried to give me a better room on the next day which not facing the street but the teenager kids chasing, screaming all night long on a hallway with extremely noisy for a group of 5-7 kids. I had to call front desk around 2:00am to complained. Also, the room above my room have children running and heavy walking people very late at night. We had to put up with the last 3 nights there since all rooms were all booked.

The room was comfortable and clean, I see what people are saying of needing a renovation, a little dated, but overall super happy with my stay! The staff was great! Walkable to many restaurants, which was a plus.

Needed a room last minute and was able to book and check in within a couple of hours. Easy process and friendly staff.

Room was okay, could smell someone smoking a certain thing through the vent which made our bathroom really smell at one point. Food ( room service ) could have been better.

I checked out on 5/17/2024. When we arrived home, we started going over our transactions and we noticed that we were charge $2.50 for a water of battle that we did not consumed. We did not even touch or moved any of the two waters that are for sale inside the room. I called front desk and I was told that it was in the report. We go to disneyland parks often and of course spend way more. It is not the amount, it is the fact that the hotel is stealing from you for something that you did not consumed.

This day was quite comfortable and relaxing for my family of six for our trip to California adventure in Disneyland. It was convenient everything we asked for was given to us on a proper time. It was relaxing. Everyone was comfortable. Had a good night sleep overall it was one of the best days in Anaheim

Great customer service. All the staff are very kind and helpful. Very thankful with Daniel who very kindly took his break time to help us with some issues with had with our auto.
The room was very clean and comfortable. My kids loves the pool. The location is great.

Thin walls to the hallway so we could hear the people's conversations walking down the hall from our bedroom. Comfortable beds, great fluffy pillows, and comfortable temperatures in the room! Sofa and sofa bed was a little hard. Didnt like paying $30 a day for parking though!!! Overall...good stay!

The hotel was nice and always enjoy the free cookie at check in. The room was fine and bed comfortable. The room was clean and a good size. The service was friendly. My only issue with the stay was that I received a call from the hotel around 5pm asking if my reservation was real and when exactly would I be checking in. I was enjoying a day at Disneyland and hadn't planned my exact check in time and the person that called kept pressing me for a time. Eventually I ended up leaving Disneyland to go to the hotel and check in to be sure I still had a room. Not sure why this call was necessary when the room was already prepaid.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. Perfect Customer Service and the room was so spacious and extremely comfortable. 100/10 would recommend!

Pleasantly surprised that the room had two separate rooms. We liked the fact that sleeping quarters had total privacy from the living space & bathroom with doors on either end of the room. They have a gift shop & cafe if you wanna grab a quick speciality coffee or danish to go. Your room keys are needed to operate the elevators which i think adds security to your stay. And upon check in they give you the best warm cookies ever!

I don’t understand how this place is 4 stars. This is probably the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything is really outdated, there an internet plug on the desk, couch is super sunken in. I had a stain on the bed itself but I didn’t care because there was another bed to sleep on. As I was leaving the parking structure it said I had a balance of $60 like what?!? How is parking $60 a charge lol. Idk. I wouldn’t stay here again

I chose this hotel bc it was close enough to Disneyland to drive or take a shuttle but far enough that the price didn’t kill our pockets. Room had a separate living area from bedroom which was great since the kids go to bed earlier than my husband and I. Parking was additional cost but most of the hotels around there do. Staff was super nice! Comfortable pillows and beds, room was clean. Room needed an update, very outdated. I forgot to take a picture but the two pictures above the toilet were hung completely crooked almost like it was done on purpose. We got a good laugh out of it.
