Reataurant and hotel were very good! One minus point, the electric supply’s were shut off during night (electric system) so for working people getting up and counting on having everything charged, this was a bit of a minus point

The hotel is very conveniently located near the city centre. Most places in the city are within walking distance. The hotel is set back from the road so there is no traffic noise. The room and common areas had a smart, modern appearance. The room was very comfortable with a good bed. The breakfast has a good variety of things to choose from.

Refurbished traditional hotel in Erlangen. I stayed over the weekend and found here is best to me. Close enough to shopping /food but very quite place. I'll come back next time here.

Parking in the underground garage was difficult due to some renovations work going ond the high occupation at the time I was there. Otherwise excellent hotel and marvelous breakfast!

Nice hotel but bit old as I was given a bigger room which was nice but the closet shelves were some half broken, the window was bit not fully closing but they manage to fix it. Sometimes in early evenings there were some noises but at full night was o.k. The Jazz night was nice which was free entrance to the guest. Overall good hotel nearby galleria and shopping district and not far from the Erlangen Bahnhof.

I was given an small room and it was like something from the 80's. No lounging chair or table, no minibar and a red old full floor carpet. Was no really happy with that but as the hotel was full they could not move to an other room either. Breakfast was nice in a old style celler.

Located in the heart of downtown erlangen, this hotel was a wonderful stay. A very quick walk to the social scene and train station. The staff were friendly and welcoming from check in to check out. The room was exceptionally clean and had a small balcony.

Everything’s was great ! Especially love the people working in the hotel who always gave friendly responses to my requests and questions. The location is about 10 minute walk from Erlangen station, with a huge luggage. DM, Muller, bakeries, restaurants, department store and shopping mall are within perimeter. Pretty much convenient for shopping, dining and drinking with friends.

The hotel seems to be coming out of renovation, and started operation before renovation finished. Rooms are equipped with an automation which is supposed to make it easier to control lights, but the automation fails all the time, power outlets come offline periodically, the fan in the bathroom stops shutting off and runs full time, etcc.The breakfast is good thought, good choice of food and nice service.

Requested a room with AC, no AC. It was incredibly warm in the room. I asked for an iron for clothes 3 days in a row with no iron. Finally they did agree to press my shirts after 3 days. Otherwise, generally friendly staff. The hotel is undergoing major renovation. I hope it’s a lot better!

Have stayed here many times. The hotel can always be counted on to be clean, quiet and dignified. During the week it caters to business people and on weekends is quiet. The is a parking garage. Hotel is tucked away in a courtyard and is within walking distance of the train station, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and is in the architecturally interesting arched Keller.

This is a very quaint hotel within walking distance to a mall and train/bus station. The folks at the front desk were very helpful and nice (as well as speak English). My room was nice and quiet, the heat and air worked well and the breakfast each morning was fantastic. Id recommend this hotel for business or pleasure, great staff.

The hotel is comfortable although the room appointments are fairly basic. Functional but far from opulent. Nice quality shower. Good elevator with nice stair alternative. The staff were very welcoming, highly efficient and spoke excellent English. The parking was right at the front door, but the car park rather small. The restaurant, however, was an unexpected bonus. The fare was local and spectacular with the option of a 7 course tasting menu which we found to be of excellent quality. The meal was perfectly paced and we never felt like we were rushed or kept waiting. The wine parings were well matched for every course. The breakfast was a buffet in the basement and also of excellent quality and with ample variety for most palates.

It's confortable hotel, service are good, I have one remark, for internet you need to update your acount each 3 days which is not convenient for long term stay, I suggest to create an account for the exact duration of the stay. Amine

This is my second hotel stay in Erlangen and by far the better value for money.Having been traveling continuously for 36 hours, I found the staff friendly and caring.(I found emailing them directly rather than using the webmail produced results.)A comfortable walking distance of the train station, they would do well to advise the route on their website.Don't hesitate to try it.
