They switched us to the meandros hotel as an upgrade however it wasnt a very nice hotel. There was a smell in the bathroom of sewer every day.

Really great staff! And issues were quickly resolved!

Enjoyed a lovely week away as a couple. Service is exceptional, and the whole hotel has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything that you'd need to be included in all inclusive is, and due to staying in a 'superior room' we didn't have to pay the 10 euros per day for air-con. Overall, would highly recommend!

This is a hotel I would not recommend so many problems from the beginning. Rooms messed up a day and a half waiting to get them sorted.
1.5
When we arrived we were given a comfort room which was very dated and not the superior room we paid for. After complaining to the hotel and hotels.com we were moved to the room we booked which was all quite stressful.
The hotel has lovely bar and entertainment staff and we had a lovely stay. There was a vegetarian option for dinner/lunch although not always labelled. The food was generally nice but there are hidden extras at this hotel such as the fact that the air conditioning in the bedrooms is not free all the time. If you have a superior room this does not matter too much as it is very powerful and the room cools immediately. The comfort room we initially had had very poor air conditioning though and it would have been very hot to stay in that room.
Overall we had a great holiday but probably would not choose this hotel again because of the uncertainty as to what room we might end up in!

I am often on Business Trips and this Hotel is with the worst Service i have ever experienced - less than Bad. This Hotel has nothing to do with all inclusive
Additional Costs for air condition, add costs for the Safe, no Cocktails included (i thought this is a joke but it turned into Reality ,.. i will Not further Go into Detail, as i am that disappointed from that Hotel Performance . Out of 10 Points it is a clear 0.

This hotel was very noisy and had a lot of problems. After the first day, I knew I didn’t want to stay there so I went to the front desk to let them know and tried to reach out to the manager several times. She never returned any messages, phone call, text or email. Exceptionally poor customer service. Additionally the shower in my bedroom leaked every time - it got the entire floor wet, which was so dangerous you would slip. There are two pools that don’t have enough chairs for all the families using the pools, the food buffet provided is nothing that I would want to eat
Overall, I do not recommend this place at all

A nice stay but could have been better.
We were lucky to be upgraded to a suit with a private pool, the room was lovely, clean, the pool was great although lost the sun by 2pm. There is only air con for some of the day (unless you pay) which was fine as the room was always cool & it’s eco friendly, but it’s worth noting. The beds were advertised as a king but we had 2 singles pushed together.
Our room had a mini bar, which isn’t included in the all inclusive (I checked with reception and they confirmed it would be extra charge) but they don’t even add fresh water daily. There were 2 frozen bottles of water in the fridge but they had both been opened already!! The pool suites are down by the kids pool which has a bar which is handy but this closes at 4pm. After 4 the nearest place for a drink (including water) is up the hill at main pool.
Reception staff were lovely and always really helpful. The lady running the bar in the lobby was very sweet although absolutely overworked. She needs a second pair of hands to help her because she does everything and that means there’s often a long wait for drinks. Also bars close to all inclusive at 11pm (pay bar until 1am) which means at 10:45 the bars get busy!! It also kills the atmosphere as no one wants to pay for a drink at an all inclusive!
Food is ok, tastes pretty good. Would have liked more Greek than on offer.
Didn’t use main pool due to private pool room but definitely not enough loungers.
Generally felt more 3* than 4*

Nice and quiet and very friendly people

Our room was double booked when we arrived so we were shipped out to another hotel for the night. Not exactly what you want when checking in.
Spoilt the first night of our holiday.

All the staff went above and beyond their duties
Stathis even remembers your name and what you drink on the first meeting!!
You are made to feel like family by all the staff and I would not hesitate to come back.
The rooms were spectacularly clean and the cleaning staff respected your privacy and always spoke

Just returning from a great stay at the Diana Palace hotel. We stayed in double deluxe rooms. Both rooms were beautiful and kept so clean by the lovely cleaning staff. One thing I would say is we had one room for 3 teenagers and it was very compact for them and the camp bed more suitable to a child.
The food was what you would expect from an all inclusive. Some good choices for everyone. The time limits and choices for snacks weren’t ideal. But there are shops nearby to cater for all needs.
Ian Roberts the concierge is such a wonderful man. He sorted a private boat trip for us for a reasonable price - would highly recommend as for a family of 5, it was a much better option and a cheaper option than one of the organised trips Ian also recommended a fantastic restaurant with amazing views (Target) just 2 minutes away in the complimentary car. Nothing was too much trouble for him if you needed it.
Everywhere is reasonably priced with good food.

Disappointed to pay for air conditioning all night so paid 10 euros per day extra .

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this hotel
4.0
Nausica (Reception) was perhaps one of the best we’ve had the pleasure of meeting… thank you.
Hotel was nice, we had a room with jetted tub. Nice spacious room, while the single beds we’re comfortable they are not great. Found them too small for average adult and they move about..( mind the gap).
Room was generally quiet, you don’t hear any noise from surrounding pubs or traffic. Our neighbors occasionally played loud music or movies while using their spa which was a little annoying.
Jetted tub stopped working 1 day, sadly no one came to fix it when reported, luckily it started working the following evening.
Meals were varied (enjoyable) with some Greek dishes, same for breakfast. Desserts tended to be more or less the same things.
Bars were always busy but you only waited a minute or two. Marcos is a true barman, remembers your name an preferred drink ( so many guests) with lots of one liners (entertaining).
Pools are ok and we were glad to see the hotel TRIED to enforce some rules on booking sun loungers. Early October there were always a couple free. On occasion there were children by the adult pool but we did not see them there for long.
Only other negative (not hotels fault) was some guests are inconsiderate. A large welsh group held sun loungers tables and chairs, they were make call and playing videos via speaker, took multiple drinks and left them, filled multiple plates with food & dessert but did not eat it.
Would definitely return

We loved our stay here, we stayed 4 days for our honeymoon and it was amazing. It was on a nice shopping strip with a lot of restaurants and stores. The staff was super sweet, especially Thanos, he was so helpful and funny. We paid for the all inclusive which was also amazing with Marcos who made being in the lobby a joy. The pool was clean and always had such a good vibe. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location is great!
2.0
We stayed in a 2 bed apartment, which was located in the best part of the hotel, top floor and looking out to sea. The rooms were basic and old fashioned (but I believe the standard hotel rooms have been updated). One bedroom had no TV and there was only 1 wardrobe between 4 adults which was a bit of an issue…
Central location, and updated communal areas.
The all inclusive was a bit confusing, e.g when eating times were, what drinks were included and till what time (e.g you pay for cocktails except for 1 each day and all drinks are charged after 11pm!)
The juices were heavily watered down and food options were a little repetitive in an evening but plenty of options to eat out which we preferred.
Friendly staff
3.0
3 star at most. If that. The pool seriously needs some deep cleaning, green scum all along the sides, the staff were friendly especially Lina at dinner service who always ensured we had a high chair available. Food was very monotonous, After the 3rd day you can guess what will be there for breakfast and dinner without being there. Out of 7 nights there was only 1 night of entertainment on the Sunday evening. No sunbeds available as everyone will put a towel before 8am and not use it throughout the day. Ridiculous behaviour. If you’re still by the poolside between 5:30-6pm expect a very disgruntled man throwing around chairs putting them away so that you leave for closing and will also remove your stuff from two chairs and the table and place it on 1 only to put away the other chair, bearing in mind there were 4 of us using two chairs.
I would not be coming back.

Location1excellent,entrance up a side street, another entrance on the main road. Beach/sea 5 min walk. Bars/restaurants all around the hotel. Quiet at night. Can’t hear traffic/music etc. Lovely well tended gardens.
Staff are very helpful. Man on reception very friendly. Cleaners say hello. Restaurant clean & spacious, outside area if wanted. Breakfast same everyday but lots of choices in buffet. Didn’t have all inclusive so can’t comment but with the abundance of lovely restaurants around wouldn’t use this.
Pool area nice but sun-beds are gone by 8:00am if not earlier so couldn’t get one. The all inclusive lot have got there first. There were some people who must’ve stayed in the hotel all the time we were there getting their money’s worth of “free” drinks etc.
The room is very nice with comfy bed, walk in shower, wardrobes light up when you open the door and a balcony. We had hairdryer, iron & board and safe in the room.
Now for the bad bit, the air conditioning!! It was broken and we didn’t have it for 5 days. I complained to the reception and he came up straight away and said we had the temperature too low!! And turned it up. Another 2 nights of sweltering heat and having to get up and shower in the night then wrap myself in a towel. Then suddenly at 9:00am on the morning of day 6 we get a bang on the door and a man has come to fix it. It had to have a whole new unit. We had to endure 5 nights of sweating and uncomfortable sleep. No apology or gesture of good will.

We use this hotel for last night of our holiday after one week of sailing in Greece. It has good price/service balance. After our arrival everything was good, aircon worked, for the price what we paid we were satisfied. However we were surprised when we returned to the hotel from the city around midnight and aircon doesn't work. I asked on the reception why it is happened and reception staff asked me if we have all inclusive package otherwise I have to paid for aircon. That's not nice from them, because in Hotels.com condition is aircon included in the price. Our feeling was that the receptionist guy want to get some amount of money. I have to find an email where was confirmed that aircon is included in the hotels package.

Hotel very nice, staff in restaurant and bar was awesome - Stathis is a great man! Marcos is making good drinks. Cleaning was limited, but maybe due to corona. Small towels exchanged ones per our stay (10 days) even that they were lying on the floor for few days.

We are a young couple and went for all inclusive . The hotel was lovely. All the staff were exceptional. Food was great and large selection . not much for children to do. It is a perfect hotel for older couples. Bingo every night and different show after. Great hotel for a relax. We didnt have any problems with sunbeds, despite the reviews, however we did go end of september, so not peak season either.its close to shops, bars and restaurants. Some mini golf courses close by also. Pebble beach 5-10 min walk away also.

The food was lovely. Something to cater for my hubby who is a meat eater, vegetarian me and my son.
On a Main Street with lots of shops and mini golf nearby.

The staff here are really first class and can't do enough to assist. Despite working incredibly long hours a smile is never far away and no matter which person you deal with, they go the extra mile.
The only minor point I'd have is the sunbed situation around the main pool. People having to arrive at the pool at 7:30 to beat the "no towels before 8am" rule wasn't great, however the second pool was always available.
Much more central in Argassi that I had anticipated (my fault), but great to be able to walk and catch the sunrise and family loves the 2 minute walk to swim in the sea.
