Very nice owners and staff, who are very accommodating.

First, the staff are great they cannot do enough for you.
The place has excellent reviews but with a one year old we had to reconsider and relocate.
It is apparent that hotels.com has some facilities listed which do not exist, which give the impression of a full service luxury hotel which unfortunately is not the case, (eg, 24 hour reception, bathrobes and slippers in the room, pool umbrellas, snack bar, children’s playground are all listed but don’t exist). Also, after breakfast and until the restaurant opens again at 5.30pm there are no open facilities here, and considering the remoteness of the place this would have been difficult to for us to manage with our toddler in tow.
We were also disappointed in the room furnishings itself although I think we had managed to pick the worst cabin on the lot - where others looked roomy and light with big windows and fully furnished patios, ours was dingy and dark and our ‘furnished patio’ was three rusty, uncovered iron chairs that were uncomfortable at best and dangerous at worst. I was told repeatedly that if I’d checked their website I would have known all this, and they claimed that hotels.com is not a reliable source of info!
I have stayed in many budget hotels and lodges of these types, and they are fine if you are not paying over the odds - however, at £200 per night, this is far below the standard I would have expected for this price.

The grounds including the garden and pool were beautiful. The service from the staff was excellent. There isn’t very much in the area that is within walking distance.

This hotel will forever be one of our all time favorites. I knew from the reviews that it would be great but our stay superseded all our expectations. We stayed at Casa de los Cipreses and we really enjoyed it. The house is perfect and spacious and so clean. The breakfast was wonderful and the dining experience was excellent. It felt like we had our own private chef as he was flexible with our dining request and the food was simply delicious. The staff made our stay memorable. They helped us organize our last day as we had quite a bit of time between the check out and our flight out of Mendoza which was at 9 pm. They scheduled a lunch at a Bodega and arranged for a private tour of the city and a drop off at the airport. We really were very grateful for all of their help and kindness. I don’t know how a hotel manages to create such a winning combination between the actual property and the staff but the owner sure has. Do not hesitate to book this property should you be in the area, I promise you will be forever pleased with your memories.

It's difficult to improve on this beautiful property. The uniqueness of the park-like grounds, the tasteful period rooms within the classic casas, as well as the exceptional staff (Cecilia, Giuliana, Shannon...), all contribute to make this undoubtedly a repeat visit. I look forward to returning to this wonderful retreat in a perfect setting in Mendoza.

We got in late, but was met and led to our suite. Hotel informed restaurant would be closed but kindly arranged for some empanadas for us. Suites are in individual buildings and are quite spacious. Included breakfast were good. Beautiful pool area and whole complex is private with restricted access. Only negative were dogs barking in neighborhood

Charming property with a ton of character. Super tranquil. Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. One of my favorite parts of our trip was waking up in our comfortable bed, doing some laps in the pool, and then enjoying the tasty breakfast. Highly recommended.

Beautiful! We loved every aspect of Casa Glebinias. The family, the staff, and their talented dog, Esperanza are a joy.
We slept well in this beautiful, peaceful home. Our room, Liquid Amber was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The food was absolutely delicious. The chefs are creative in their use of fresh ingredients. We were lucky not to have a lovely meal with good family wine and great food. The dessert was memorable. I cannot wait to recreate it!

5 Stars We didnt want to leave the tranquil, welcoming grounds! So lush and green with a beautiful, clean pool. Every Staff member was friendly, helpful and truly charming in which ever language spoken (Spanish, English, French and Portuguese). The onsite restaurant does a really nice job with everything from Gnocci in cream sauce (the groups favorite) to fresh salads, a fantastic pizza accompanied by a good wine and bottled beer selection. The owner and his wife, Maria Gracia are beyond lovely taking great pride to make sure each guest has their very best stay. Room service. Comfy mattresses. Homey but Roomy ( our room hosted a small Super Bowl watching party so they are generous with small kitchenettes). Laundry at a great price.

Beautiful garden grounds and lovely staff.. The pool area is a welcome retreat after a day of exploring.

Lots of love has gone into the creation of this oasis. The garden and swimming pool are a wonderful cool retreat after the heat of the vineyards. Lots of comfy sun loungers and chairs in shade or sun. Beautiful birds including my favourites, humming birds. The accommodation is welcoming with lots of homely touches. A cute kitchenette, with fridge, sink and microwave. Each one seems different. The restaurant serves the best steak in Mendoza. Last but not least the staff are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. This was not our first time in Mendoza but this is by far and away our best accommodation. We recommend this wholeheartedly.

Casa Glebinias is a family owned hotel that has the elements right for a relaxing stay. The room was spacious and the grounds were landscaped just right with tall trees and verdant bushes and lawn which evoked a European charm. A long enough pool for laps was an added bonus. The restaurant with see-in kitchen at the hotel is charming and had the best appetizer courses we had during our 3 week Buenos Aires/Iguassu Falls/Mendoza trip. Main course fish was great too! Friendly, helpful staff who made reservations for our winery visits. Unlike Napa Valley, wineries in Mendoza province require reservations.

Just a great experience. Friendly, helpful, food was good. Just a great/different place to stay on a trip. A bed and breakfast more than a hotel. Very accommodating - they started breakfast early for us one morning because we had to catch a ride for an excursion. Overall just an awesome place to stay on a honeymoon or any type of trip! They even had HBO so we could watch Game of Thrones (in English)!

Beautiful gardens and a peaceful vibe. Spacious room (we were in Jasmin). Wonderful food prepared by the fantastic chef, Arial.
