The Inn is a really cool concept with themed rooms, everyone different and unique. I started my stay in the phantom of the opera room which was really cool upon arrival. However the bed was the worst bed I’d ever slept on and even though it’s listed as a queen it seemed incredibly small. Shower diverter did not work correctly so showers were kind of a pain. After the second night I asked if I could pay for an upgrade. It literally took almost 24 hours for the hotel to do that. The second room was much better and I was thankful the hotel staff found a way to let me pay for an upgrade. It was just frustrating that it took 3-4 people, a manager and several front desk visits to finally get it. Other than that the place was a really nice change from the run of the mill hotel chains out there.

Was a nice get away with my husband. Definitely needed it. Room was cool and the spa bathtub was so nice in the room!

The room was dated but very well kept. No step to get into the hot tub was a huge problem for both my wife and self. The most disturbing issue with the room was the road noise directly outside the window on the 4th/5th south roadway to the north. Constant disturbances from the street-car, trucks and even loud automobiles was heard all night.

Imagine spending $300 on a room only to find out after you check in (not warned before check in) that the hotel does not have functioning hot water.
Have a nice ice bath in their jetted tubs. had to book a new last minute hotel, still chasing a refund from this property.

Slightly out of the way but easy to find. Loved the room. Small things like no hot water in sink & cheesecake missing from room and milk & knife missing from breakfast tray but over all no real problems.

There was a blood stain on the sheets, and the plug was hard to get to in bed. The room was adorable and everything wasther than that, everything was good.

It was really neat. Although there wasn’t a couch or dresser so your stuff was kinda all over and the safari room- the stairs are slippery. I slipped down about 6 steps and landed on my elbow: it could have used a better blow dryer and lighting

We stayed in the Venice suite and was so fun. The level of detail in the decor was impressive. Hot tub bath and rain shower was great and the service was fantastic. The Gondola couch is a little hard to get in and out of but we had a great time and look forward to visiting other suites in the future.

Room had very awkward bathtub & leaking shower head. Breakfast was cold. Check out procedures where not explained. We were told we couldn’t check in early but when we arrived 1 hour early the parking lot was full. Area is very sketchy part of town.

Absolutely loved our stay! Unique, quiet, romantic and the check in staff was awesome! It was a little difficult to locate and we had to call for the rest of our breakfast, but other than that, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Just had an amazing time, room was so fun and wide open space. The folks working the desk were very accommodating, helpful. The location allowed a brisk walk to food, shopping, and the stadium, for the concert

Always a great time when we stay here

The room was very nice and did make us feel like we were somewhere other than Salt Lake City. The shower, although unique, is in the bathtub (just something to be aware of). Unfortunately, we were woken up at 3:45 AM by what sounded like construction being done on another room. We were again woken up around 6:45 by loud talking by what sounded like to be the same/similar people. There was also no iron in our room which was fine as we made it work but we expected there to be one especially if people are going on anniversary dates.

Excellent location. Great customer service. They do couples packages so make sure to call the hotel 72 hours in advance for their pricing and packages. You can also get bath bombs from the lobby (with a price or they can charge it to the room). We were in the cape cod. I loved the water fall shower in the jetted tub. The rooms were really quiet and it seems sound proof. I couldn’t hear any of our other neighbors it actually felt like we were alone and in a secluded area. I will definitely recommend and comeback here again. It is an “adult” only hotel. Good for date night and couples night out. Although that’s what I assume from only seeing couples checking in without kids. It was nice

Very unique experience and my room was beautiful. There was a fireplace in the room and the tub was huge. Loved the service and staff. Definitely recommend.

I really wish I could give a better review because we have stayed here several times and was very nice. This time though was not the best, room was nice but the bed was not comfortable and sank in the middle, it could really use a new mattress.
There was someone's left over food that was left in the fridge and made the fridge smell so maybe housekeeping should check and clean the fridge more.
Ohhh and breakfast was so disappointing 😞 all of our "hot dishes" were luke warm at best, they used to be so good, hopefully next time things will be better because this is a fun place when you want to get away. Front desk service is always good and people are nice. We'll definitely stay in different room next time, but will probably pass on the breakfast they offer, unless changes are made.

It was a special time for my husband's birthday that I made the reservation a month prior. We are part of Hotels.com ao I made the reservation through them since we receive points. The afternoon of February 9th, I receive a call from Anniversary Inn saying we will not be able to get the Hawaiian room I chose but we will be put in the light house room. They said when you book through Expedia/hotels.com, they give rooms that are already taken. I wasn't happy but what can I say. It's the day of. They took $30 off our cost, which was nice, but I said this is a problem they have to get right. Valerie was very nice and we had a nice stay overall.
