I loved this property. Started with a mid week call about breakfast allergies. Yum homemade breakfast and it was amazing. The property had fabulous parking and very walkable everywhere. We had friends at the best western and boy was I glad we made the reservations here because our room was clean and smelled fresh! Loved it - definitely recommend

We loved our stay at Hoffman Haus. Renee was fantastic, she could not have been more helpful. Fantastic room with lovely breakfast delivered each morning. Facilities to make a cup of tea in your room always welcome. Great location. Close to main street but still very quiet.

We stayed at Hoffman Haus for the first time and look forward to returning. The rooms were lovely and just as they are pictured. The location is wonderful for getting around in Fredericksburg. The grounds are also pretty and conducive to relaxing and enjoying a quiet getaway.

Kim was great in securing us same room for two nights when we would have had to switch rooms. Liked parking outside room. Room was nice and close to Main Street. Breakfast delivered to room was added bonus!

Loved our room and the area. We arrived at 4:45PM. The office closes at 4PM, so we had to call the after hours number to get instructions on how to access our room. It was easy, but we did not have instructions or the access code to get into the Great Hall. I was told that we should have received an email with instructions. Unfortunately, we did not receive that email. Our room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. I loved that they equipped it with local products (soaps, body wash, shampoo, coffee, etc) from local area. Also, the breakfast was very nice and just the right amount of food. Very delicious. We would definitely stay here again despite our rocky start with check-in...

Everything was perfect! Check-in was quick and simple and everyone was very welcoming. Our room was so comfortable and spacious, spotless too. We loved the coffee and tea provided from Caliche Coffee and the breakfasts were amazing!

The room we stayed in, Evening Star, was so cute. It was like staying in a log cabin. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, and I really enjoyed the whirlpool tub after a long day of walking. We also loved the hot breakfasts that were brought each morning to our doorstep in a basket! The noise on the street was noticeable especially early in the morning, but we have a white noise machine which helped to make that less noticeable. Would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was great, delivered in a basket every morning to your door. The hosts also helped us with our laundry when this is usually not offered so an extra touch of care. Our only side note is ensure you bring mosquito spray as my partner got bitten to shreds.. it would also be a nice addition to have wine glasses available at the rooms as this is wine country after all. other than that, everything was perfect.

This is a very unique property with lots of options for rooms, cottages and multifamily. wonderful breakfast brought to your room. Only attended until 4:00PM, but that has never been a problem.

All sinks and shower, bath were stock with hand soap, shampoo, lotions. Space was very large. Outside porch has chairs and table, listening to the water fall from outside pool was very therapeutic. Two TV' s , bathroom, has two separate vanity and a soaking tub. Breakfast was excellent 5 star. 1st time staying at B&B, this place exceeded our expectations.

This is the perfect place to stay in Fredericksburg. Walling distance to everything on main street. The breakfast basket delivered every morning was excellent and such a nice touch. Will only stay here when we come back to town.

We stayed in the Morning Glory room #4. It was rustic and spacious. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast in the basket and with a sheet on top for any requests for our room that day. A lovely touch. I did not check out details when booking as the bed was high up and I needed a stool to get into. They did have a stool for the bed. We also need a walk-in shower and getting in and out of the tub was challenging for us. The kitchenette was great. The coffee they provided for the coffee maker was delicious. It was well appointed with anything we needed for our stay. It is great for those who want to dine in their room, which we only did for the breakfast provided we received. The grounds are maintained nicely and there is a sweet garden area. The Hummingbird lavender products are a nice Hill Country touch. Negatives: The outside door was not flush to the ground. Worms and bugs made their way into our room.

Hoffman House was a very unique property. More space in the room than a normal hotel. Breakfast delivered to the front door each morning was a plus. Definitely would stay again.
