The room was wonderful and we came as both a business trip and for pleasure. My company paid for the 3rd and I paid for the 4th. On the 3rd I was told we could stay in the same room with out an issue but on the 4th my husband was told he would have to pay 35 dollars to stay in the same room. About 30 minutes of confusion at the front desk and we were allowed to stay in the same room for free. This should never been an issue. My boss tried to call the hotel prior to me staying so we could stay in the same room but no one ever answered the phone. Then the day of our departure, the elevator was broken. We were on the top floor with all our luggage. What's up with HIlton's and the elevators? We were just in Daytona Beach and my husband spent 45 minutes trapped in an elevator. Can you please make sure your elevators work? It's a big issue

It’s a 3 star hotel. The lobby area is very nice but the rooms are somewhat dated. Hairs in the sink and bathtub that weren’t my color but clean otherwise. Bed was comfortable. Could hear highway noise.

Nice king sized room, handicapped accessible. The room was clean and functional. There are nice restaurants fairly close by and gas stations too. The proximity of the hotel to the new casino should be noted.

Just an overnight on the road home from visiting family. I was happy with the cleanliness and ample towels in the bathroom. Ingenious closet space with open hanging and drawer space so you don’t forget anything. However, the restaurant/bar not open u til breakfast the next morning due to the holiday. The front desk clerk did recommend a restaurant in the area with a coupon.

This hotel is nice, but it is certainly not a five star either. We just stayed in an outstanding hotel, so this review may be more on the negative side in comparison. The bed was fine but the linen was below average - fitted sheet came off during the night so I was sleeping directly on the mattress with no barrier. The bathroom room was basic and fairly cramped - not meant for a couple to share at the same time. This hotel is close to the interstate so you will hear highway traffic. On the positive side, the restaurant and bar was excellent and the food was great. It is very nice to not have to go out to eat after a long day of travel.

The rooms were average sized, just like a red roof inn. I expected a bit more for $200 a night. Also the $50 deposit that I have to wait to get back really rubbed me wrong. Breakfast is $13, everyone else is free. The bed was like sleeping on plywood, kept waking up. Walls and floors are paper thin, could hear everything upstairs. I wont go back.... But the girl who checked us in was super nice and did her job very well!

Hotel staff were very accommodating and professional. Veronica the server at breakfast is so efficient and friendly. Seemed she worked double shifts with a smile. Front desk clerks watched me walk to the regional bus stop in the wee hours of the morning. Just to be reassuringly safe. The hotel was busy with wedding events revelry so it was a tad noisy.

Our stay was very good except for one thing. The lounge staff were excellent. Would like to say Vericona was outstanding taking care of the lounge with dinner and drinks. The problem was the indoor pool area. Guest were suppose to have blue bands on. On Saturday the pool was taken over by non guest and the staff did nothing to stop it. People were bringing their own food thru the front door and having a kid party at the pool. Even say one person bring a crock pot in. They were also sneaking in thru the back door. The lobby security man did not do anything to stop it.

I arrived approximately 7pm. The first hour there was a dog parking, but I was told nothing could be done about it until 9pm. The second hour there was slamming of the doors on the door stop every 5-6 minutes, which made the dog barking worse. About 9pm there was what sounded like a stampede of wild horses over my head till 11pm. A complaint was made on the phone and via text. I was able to finally fall asleep about 1am after trying for 3 hours. Approximately 230am, I received a response via text from the front desk which awaken me. The text was useless as it was hours after my concerns and offered no solutions, and interrupted the sleep I was finally able to achieve after trying for hours. So I spent the next hour trying to get back to sleep before my 5am alarm. Dining: I ordered room service which included a burger med well. What I received is what I would consider a raw that was patty barely brown on the sides. Ended up ordering door dash since I could not sleep due to the extreme noise. My job requires me to spend a lot of times in hotels. By far this was the worst I have ever experience. I will stay at other Hiltons, but never again at this one.

Beds were rock hard but hotel was clean except for some little fellas looking for a free stay. See pic below. Pretty gross. Clerk at checkout was unfriendly. Asked for coffee and he pointed and said down there. A sign said no more coffee. A lady in the kitchen came out of the kitchen with a big smile and graciously filled my cup. Disappointed pool was closed at 10am. Wanted to do a morning swim. Same rude hotel clerk said he didn’t know why it was closed.
