Off season price relative to accommodations was not justified. On oceanfront, but no ocean view. Too expensive.

The location and room were great. But the restaurant and bar were shut down. The week after Labor Day? How in convenient… there was no literal the restaurant n bar were closed. We stay for three nights and the staff only serviced our room once. This was our 48th Anniversary and we were disappointed.

Directly on the beach. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Water in the pool was heated.

Great location. We could walk to the beach from our hotel room. Hose and foot wash right off the boardwalk. Beach chairs and body boards included with stay. Pool was great. Just a great place to stay

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, pool is heated and staff was lovely. Plenty to do within a short distance … would definitely go back.

The fact that a restaurant and bar are advertised as part of the hotel it was unfortunate to arrive there to be told they had closed it as of Labor Day. And no extended checkout( not even until 12) is allowed. However there are changing rooms and a shower and bathroom available.
It’s great that beach chairs and boogie boards are available.
Otherwise it’s a great place to vacation with family and friends.

The property is great. Excellent location having the ocean right there and a pool in front. Very family friendly.
Major disappointment was that the restaurant and bar were closed!!
I was told they closed it after Labor Day.
It would have been nice to know that before I arrived.

Pleasantly surprised. Bathroom was a tight squeeze and the linens could be upgraded. But over all the room was clean and had the amenities we needed for 2 nights at the beach.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We loved the location, on site restaurant, proximity to the beach, clean rooms. I would recommend this hotel!

Spray Beach Hotel is a great place to stay, right on the beach restaurant and bar on site also. Rooms were modern and super clean and comfortable staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was also very clean. Also beach tags were provided which was super convenient. I would recommend Spray Beach to anyone and will definitely stay here again next year.

When arrived, we were given keys to our room, parking badge and beach badges. Although bikes, pool on site no mention of these amenities or their availability. Nothing in room with information either. At $400 per night (understand it was high season) a little more effort would have been appreciated. For good measure, someone stole my husbands shorts left out to dry

Placed in a room on the second floor across the street from main hotel, with no elevator. Shower clogged. Body wash didn’t work until I undid the container and removed the lid. Rude staff.

Great Beach front hotel just be aware that 1st floor hotel rooms do not have ocean views. The dunes block the view of the ocean.

Not blinds in the rooms. Impossible to sleep in when the sun is up at 6 AM. Also, the AC was super loud and made a weird noise making it tough to sleep.

Clean. Great location. Staff is friendly. My only issue was on checkout at 11. Wanted to spend the day on the beach. They insisted on beach badges back at 11 am - even when I offered to give them a license or credit card to hold. For $1800 for 3 days - let us have the beach badge for the day!!! My gosh!

It is a beach front hotel with limited amenities that is very overpriced. Office staff could use some lessons in customer service, but wait staff and bar staff was excellent.

This is the perfect beach-front hotel for anyone. The hotel is clean, steps from the beach, has a lovely heated pool and hot tub, and a good on-site restaurant. Will definitely come back and recommend it to others.

We paid for an ocean front ocean view but it was blocked by the roof of the restaurant. We received no compensation

Loved this place so much. Location is perfect, staff nice, included beach badges, one of few hotels on the beach, free chair and boogie board rentals, heated pool, and most importantly CLEAN! Highly recommended

Great stay for a girl’s trip. Note, there were A LOT of families that have kids from babies to teens so just make sure you’re comfortable with that. The location is fantastic and right on the beach. The “kids” info is more for the pool area.
Note, staff was very hospitable at the restaurant, Drift. Convenient and really nice - plus the food is worth it

We loved it!! It has been renovated beautifully. Everything is new. Great restaurant and wonderful outside and inside bar. Everyone was pleasant and easy to deal with.
Can't wait to go back next summer!

I loved it here, perfect location. You can see that it’s been renovated in the last couple of years. I would say the only thing I wish they had were tables and chairs at the pool. They only had lounge chairs which is great but my dad is elderly and there was nowhere for him to sit at the pool. They had umbrellas which is great but no tables and chairs. They would be top notch if they had servers for food and drinks at the pool too. I would come back and would recommend others but if I had a choice of this place and another similar that had food, drink and live music poolside, it’d be a tough decision.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to resturants. Bring on beach was great. The lobby and rooms were new, nice and very clean. I would powerwash the main hallways and stairs, being by the beach and pool make these worse.
I would suggest a method to have rooms cleaned. No hang tags on doors. We needed to call on 3rd day. I would also have more bikes to use. The amenities were great.

I'm reluctant to say how great this place is because I'd like to keep it our little secret 😉 but this place is PERFECT. We'll be making this our go-to for every summer. Absolutely loved it
