Very clean, up-to-date rooms. Extremely friendly staff. Check-in was easy. Highly recommend this hotel!

Walkable area, great location

Room had trash from previous tenants. Poor housekeeping.

The property was very nice.

I understand now why they call it “College Town”
The last stay was when the students were out. The amount of noise on Gaines Street late at night and early morning is crazy unbelievable.

Staff was great. Parking at $30 per night was a bit much.

the gentleman that checked us in was super friendly and made us feel very welcomed and just overall was a great atmosphere

There was construction debris in the pool and hot tub. When the kids and I got out of the pool and hot tub we were all beer itchy. Then I glanced around and saw the debris

Great stay for my kid orientation at FSU. It is very close and I enjoyed the walk to the campus. They said they had a shuttle service but I couldn’t catch it.
Very convenient with the kitchen (not very well equipped for cooking) . Half a block away of the Publix and 2 block away of the colorful railroad district. Gym is not the best.
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options but nothing special. Just basic. The space of the room is great and overall I will stay again.

The property was clean. It had good parking. The employees were really nice, and the breakfast was wonderful. It was also very close to FSU

Was great to have a hot tub and a pool but both were needing to be cleaned. A short walk to FSU. Great breakfast! Great staff, very friendly. Great little shop with FSU gear and drinks with a nice eating and gathering area. Kitchenette in the room was great for cooking if you want to do that at a hotel.
Our room felt a little dated, there was also only one smallish mirror at the sink. Not a great shower set up and not enough towel bars. There was some confusing curtains for construction that kept appearing and disappearing which made it hard to get places. Overall really was a great stay but there was room for improvement.

Check in was okay.

It was loud outside our window. And air conditioner didn’t work had to move rooms at 12:00 at night.

The property was hit with electrical problems with a severe storm on Friday morning and I could not check in .

Street noise was awful.

Great location and nice big room. The bathroom was not very clean but I let them know and they sent someone to clean it.
1.0
The room was nice but we were directly across the street from an outdoor bar with a live band playing late into the night. Also, the front desk clerk was too busy texting to check us in and was visibly bothered to have to do her job.
5.0
The staff was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom tub/shower was a little worn. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Expect zero security and dont be surprised if just anyone can walk in off the street such as homeless can walk in and intimidate hotel guests for not opening doors while they ask for food. Management is sub par and not proactive in managing the lack of security. There is a serious safety issue at this location. They are also under upgraded and vendors come knocking on door asking to check windows that are in process of being replaced. No hot water, lacks cleanliness overall. Truly a disappointment.

Great rooms only issue was the sink was clogged and we only found our after starting the dishwasher. I told the staff and they acted on it immediately

If you unlucky like me and get a room on the Railroad Ave side , you will not get any sleep , unless you can sleep through anything. It’s an extremely busy intersection in a 4 way stop light where cars and motorcycles accelerate to go uphill, very very loud . We spent 2 nights there and I got barely any sleep. Maybe after 2am it gets better but not much . Not the hotel’ fault but they should invest in soundproofing at least on these side of the building. Ask for a room looking over the pool! Otherwise the location is great . Rooms are dated but clean . Staff friendly.

We had potato chips inside fold away bed and we had to call to get this cleaned. First floor room is very noisy. Front desk lady - Daisia is very rude and didn’t let us use a conference room when none were actually used or occupied. Lots of noise from Gaines Street very late into the night with loud music coming from next door bar and cars passing. Busy street.

Nice hotel in Collegetown. Needless to say, the location is next to 2 universities.
Very loud traffic, cars, and motorcycles racing well past 2am.

I only chose this properrty because it was advertisedd as having an airport shuttle- i arrived to find out they do not have a shuttle for the first flights out of the Tallahassee Airport.

Hotel is very nice. I was very impressed with my room. I was even able to enjoy the live band across the street from my room. Breakfast was good and the 2 ladies working the kitchen were so very nice. I would definitely stay again.

GREAT experience here! We booked last minute that morning and called to confirm with no issues. Check in was simple and uneventful. The attendant was sweet and respectful.
The room was clean on the third floor with a parking lot view with city streets beyond. I slept with the window open and it was silent beyond the occasional hum of an engine. Beautiful sunny and warm morning.
Breakfast was amazing but a little crowded as I slept in. The bed was too comfy not to.
We left our room at 11 on the dot and I received an email with a receipt of $30 parking charges (no one mentioned this but not a big deal to me) as well as $4 beverage. I assume from the water bottles on the counter we drank.
Overall a good stay and would do it again!!!

Clean and in a good location. The room was sandwiched between the dining area and a nearby traffic light, thereby making extremely noise late into the night and very early in the morning. Very hard to get sleep there.

Great staff , good location . A bit noisy if you are in the Main Street sign until about 2am

Stayed on 4th floor, very well kept property. Traffic and street noise made it difficult to sleep.

Check in process was good. Hotel is clean and quiet. Good location. Adequate parking. The rooms that we were given were NOT as advertised on Hotels.com or my reservation confirmation email. I discussed this issue with both the hotel manager and Hotels.com agents the same day we checked in. Nice hotel but false advertising by Hotels.com.

Only stayed one night. Great location that is close to the university and around multiple spots for food and gas. Bed and room were comfortable and staff were friendly. Only complaint I have for the whole stay is parking was a little expensive in my opinion ($30usd a night).
