I have stayed in this hotel couple times, one of the hotels I would come back again and again. Very convenient location with great selections of shops and restaurants at Tokyo station. Friendly staffs and extremely comfy stay. Rooms with great view. Highly recommend.

It is the next to the Tokyo station so easy to access anywhere.

Nice hotel right next to Tokyo station. The hotel is quite nice with a fabulous breakfast. Being next to Tokyo station is a big plus because not only is it a central transportation hub, but also has a great variety of restaurants.

Great location but the room was really tight.

The staff were amazing, and very helpful! The hotel was very conveniently located next to Tokyo station - considering this, it was still quiet and restful.

The location is a perfect choice for first timer and travel to other area for Shinkansen. Elderly friendly.

We love staying at the Metropolitan Tokyo Hotel. We stayed here twice in a span of 7 months. My little boy loves to watch the trains go by because of the spectacular view. The staff are so friendly and helpful! It’s so conveniently located to the station, food and convenient stores. We love it!!!

Central hotel with wonderful view. Incredible staff. Right by Tokyo Station.

Hotel lobby and rooms are only from 27th to 33nd floor. Rest of the building is office and retail, so the entrance is a little usual. Beautiful view from room and from bathroom of Tokyo station and skyline. Room small but very comfortable and with all supplies, even a vetiver spray to revive clothes!

We had 3 nights in Tokyo and the hotel was well located for what we wanted to do but it was nothing special.
4.0
Good location - close to rail network and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room a bit small - but adequate for a short visit. Breakfast was good with western and Japanese options.

Very convenient location. Right next to everything. Although the room is not very big, it still worths the price given the great location and nice view from the room.

The hotel is neat but small, still fit for long trip with baggages for medium sized room. We booked train view room and bath tub with view which gave the feeling of a stay in the center of Tokyo. Nice view no matter day time or night time.

Great hotel for traveling in Japan.

we did not like the first room we stayed. We talked to the hotel staff. They were helpful and exchanged another room for us. Good customer service.

Good location near many transport lines, comfortable room with beautiful view from above

Fantastic hotel. We really enjoyed our short stay. The for families with children.

The location is perfect from airport and Shinkansen. Good for metro as well which is close to Otemachi station. Quiet all the time. Staff are kind and courteous. Hotel guests are mainly travellers and for business, so mostly courteous as well. The train view is nice and some rooms also have train view with good bathtub. Room without train view with older bath tub.

I'm in Tokyo about once a year, and I always stay at the Marunouchi. It's basically attached to the north end of Tokyo Station (the Nihombashi exit), which makes it much more convenient than almost any other decent hotel in the area. Sure the rooms are small and maybe a tad worn around the edges, but the views of midtown Tokyo are great, and the staff is friendly and professional.

Friendly helpful staff. Well maintained property beside transport hub. Highly recommended

Something got lost in translation between this hotel and expedia. When I booked this hotel, I specifically asked for a room for four. The room description said 2 twin beds and a twin with a pullout. When we got to the room, it had 3 twin beds that occupied the whole room. There was a desk next to the window but that 3rd bed was actually touching the desk. When i asked where was the pullout, they said they didn’t have any. In fact, they said, most of the rooms have that configuration. I was very disappointed as my kids who are 11 and 14 are not exactly small kids, so we were literally bumping with each other. The staff was courteous, of course, but they could not do anything about it. The room, although clean and had the proper amenities, was very small and there was hardly any place to put our luggage. It was very convenient though as it was right next to the Tokyo Station. We still had a great time, but i would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Very nice stay. Convenient to go or from both airports in Tokyo. Right above Shinkansen and JR station, direct access to subway stations within the building as well. Rooms are bit small compared to USA hotels, but that’s how Japanese hotels normally are. Would recommend.

The hotel being at the top floors gave us a great view of the entire city. The rooms were small but it was enough for good nights rest. It had all necessary amenities. I love the hair dryer they carried, it was small but quiet and dries your hair fast.

Wonderful hotel next to Tokyo Station. Our room was quiet and very comfortable. After an exhausting day of travel we both got a good night’s sleep!

Great hotel, convenient location with access to Tokyo Station. The rooms are very small! As large Americans (we aren’t even overweight, we just aren’t Japanese) we bumped into each other a lot sharing a room. But the hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location. Great view from the room. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Family friendly. Room and common area well maintained. Will definitely return next time I'm in Tokyo. Thank you so much.
