No vegetarian/fish/chicken options at the restaurant, the waitress said the serve ‘veal, which isn’t meat’ and then said she ‘hasn’t looked at the menu so doesn’t know what they serve’. fire alarms went off just after 6am, no communication from staff. It appears it was a false alarm but everyone stood outside for some and no one from the Motel made contact with anyone. Would have been scary if there was a fire as I don’t think staff would have helped!

Staff were incredibly friendly; checking in and out was so easy. The room was spotless and very comfortable.

Overall okay, however room could have done with a main light as it was quite dark with just the bedside lamps. TV was slow to respond and hard to navigate. For the price a biscuit with our cup of tea would have been nice. All the staff we saw were very pleasant and welcoming.

The room was overpriced, the beds were uncomfortable (mattress springs collapsed) had the worst sleep then had to get up and drive long distance the next day. Would not recommend

Great accommodation and service. However would not stay again as the mattress was like a sponge, not a restful sleep when travelling on the road, personal preference which may not bother other travelers.

Overall good location and safe parking. They get booked out. On site restaurant seemed expensive and size of meals very tiny. Dessert , sticky date pudding was excellent. Warwick over all has plenty of shops and eateries so enjoyed our stay.

This would have to be the best country hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the gorgeous decore, to the large rooms, amazing meals this little county hotel was an absolute find!! If I could add a star to the 5 stars so you understand how above the rest it is.

Warm welcome received and they were able to accommodate my elderly father with an accessible room. The rooms are large and comfy with thoughtful touches like wines, beer, and snacks available for purchase. Make sure you seat at the on-site restaurant - the eye fillets are to die! No complaints - highly recommended if you're passing through Warwick

This was a Beautiful place to stay. Will stay again. The only problem we had is with the bed. The bottom bedsheet was not tucked in at the foot end - indeed it lay 6 inches short from the end of the bed. I would like to know why a bed would be made that way? I left it as I found it thinking the room would be serviced on day two in the motel. The room was not serviced, so I remade the bed, fixing the short sheet problem myself.
