Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning to this hotel! Staff went above and beyond. Rooms are spacious, pool was beautiful, food and spa service was also fantastic. Great location for walking or grabbing transportation which was always available.

A great resort with a great staff. They had so many suggestions about things to do and having Tuk Tuks available. The spa was amazing and offered so many options. It was a wonderful place to relax after visiting Angkor Wat!

The Borei Angkor Resort & Spa is the epitome of luxury without pretension. The staff is exquitly professional and exceedingly kind. The property is gorgeous and conveniently located. There is no finer breakfast buffet in all of SE Asia. When coming to visit Angkor Wat, the Borei Angkor Resort & Spa has to be at the top of the places to stay.

From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with smiling faces, a wet nap, tea and a cookie. It gave me a luxury, teaditional feel. The room was very spacious. It had a tub so you can relax after a hot and long day. There is a balcony to get some fresh air. The beds were firm with fluffy pillows. I highly recommend the hotel.

Having stayed here several times over the last 10 years, the hotel has not evolved with the times. They are stuck in the classic yes sir, yes mam! frame of mind... rather than truly understanding your issues and fixing things the first time around. It takes several attempts for the staff to correct room issues. The breakfast buffet management and staff is fine, courteous, and gets to know your daily preferences. But the quality of the pre cooked hot food is not maintained or checked from 6am to 10am... so stir fried veggies are a overcooked mess by 9am. The staff is extremely attentive, but the food quality they serve is needing updating. Since they are in the low season why not just cook most items to order rather than have it sit and get "old". The evening Khmer meals poolside are also in need of a revamp. The menu is a conglomeration of street food items that should taste and look of a higher quality but the two times we ate there, the chicken wings were small and fried till they were very dry. The pork ribs tasted like they should have been served a week ago, they looked good but they had the unmistakable aged meat or freezer burn, both times we mentioned these issues to the staff but all we received were the usual acknowledgements of"yes sir, we agree", apparently if they agreed that is how the food is supposed to tastes. I told the management that the food tastes better 30 meters to the right outside their gates. Value for the room and hotel grounds and pool are fine
