Résidence open at 16pm, arrived at our room air conditioning doesn’t work, reception told us they rent without air conditioning 😂😂😂.
Fortunately we checked out before the hot week arrived.
Sink broken, water everywhere. Main door locked had broken . The quiet dirty lots of tâches.
Bad experience!

This property did not look anything like the photos in the listing. It is extremely tired, worn and unkempt. The outside areas are overgrown and uncared for. The apartment was very small (it looked quite spacious on the listing). The sofa bed was absolutely filthy inside.

Sadly the property inside our rooms and outside was very dirty and lots of things were broken.

First impression is that it is run down but the rooms are clean, well presented and comfortable. The pool was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Handy for La Rochelle.
It was a bit like student accommodation

Good swimming pool, staff friendly. What I did not like was the fact that we had to clean the room daily (there was no cleaner to clean the room daily). At the check out we had to clean the kitchen. Otherwise it was ok.

I booked one week, but i coulndt stay the complete time becuase the TV, the kitchen and the hot water was not working in the appartment i left the appartment one day before according to the check ot times 9 AM and they didnt discount me the last night, they didnt offer us to stay in another appartment neither. we were not able to use the GYM and SPA becuase it only opens in working hours and needs to be reserved several days before.

This hotel caters for holiday stays and offers flatlets with cooking facilities etc. We arrived on a Wednesday for an overnight stop and were horrified to find that reception was closed on Wednesdays. Presumably this is not a usual changeover day. My Expedia booking stated a 5.00 pm arrival which was what we did. Fortunately I managed to find a caretaker who phoned for help and we managed to get our room keys. It would have been a major problem if we had arrived much later in the evening as this is not a hotel with a 24hr manned reception. The only onsite catering that evening was at the adjacent chateau which was much more costly than we wished at that time. At the end of April there seemed to be no restaurants open in the vicinity, the only meal we could find was a MacDonalds a few miles away. It would have been OK if we had brought food for self catering.

We, a family of five, stayed one night in a three-room apartment. It was great stay: calm place, close to the city with very reasonable price and kind personnel. Recommended.
