Overall a decent clean hotel, right across from the beach. We just left our room keys at the front desk when we went for a swim. Downside pool is cold as it doesn’t get a lot of direct sunlight

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean, and the facilities were in good order.

On arrival the woman behind the desk was adamant we didnt have a booking. We had to fight with the little battery left in our phones trying to get onto the wifi to show our booking (we only booked the night before and had spent the full day travelling to get there) reluctantly taking us to the room in which when we got in I kinda wished she had just sent us away. The room wasnt particularly clean. I take into consideration I like them to be spotless but if stayed in huts ect in Thailand I do have a lot of tolerance. We were greeted with a cockroach within the first few minutes, realising there was blood stain on the bed and the bathroom made me cringe just looking in. The shower curtain was really dirty so much to the extent i didnt look int he bath and the back of the door looked like it had years worth of dirt on it.The next day we were in need of a taxi and asked the woman at reception. She said I needed to give her the number which I didnt have so said she couldnt phone one and didnt know where I could get one so ask somewhere else. Pretty disappointed to be honest ... Id say pay a little more and feel clean and enjoy the stay

The pool are under construction on that day, for car park & 24hrs store are around this hotel.I suggest you for sleep after the day trip of pattaya city

Hotel is in a quiet part of Jomtien beach, away from the crowds, but very easy access to restaurants, Pattaya night life and Airport Express bus via 20 baht ($0.60 US) songtaow. Across the street fishing boats unload in the morning and fresh seafood can be bought on the spot. The hotel room was not clean--I had to ask to have it cleaned. Sink water flow was not strong, balcony door latch was not strongly secured. Refrigerator and shower worked fine. New bed linens were a bit damp when changed. Nice small swimming pool. Free wifi, but signal was very weak in the room: I had to use it in the lobby. Front desk staff were courteous. No in-room safe, but front desk has secure lock boxes. Considering its condition, the hotel was way overpriced, even though it was high season.
