Fantastic resort with beautiful grounds and villas. The service is excellent. The staff is available nearly 24/7 for every need.
The TVs in the rooms can be improved as they don’t have Netflix and chrome cast or apple screen share did not work.

We had a great family holiday at this resort, found the beach & poolside very relaxing.
Disappointed by the level of service within the restaurants itself, a bit more due care needed by the staff.
Great trip otherwise.

We went for a long weekend break and this place is amazing. 2 bed villa is nice and large, with a huge garden space in the back too.
The service is very good on the whole and everything is pretty much done through a WhatsApp chat, which is great.
We had a couple of issues, but nothing too big that would make me not want to go back, the hospitality far outweighs any issues we had. I will probably go every year now, it's a great place.

The resort and accommodation, along with the Service was world class… however, as foodies celebrating our honeymoon the food was awful and the price simply didn’t reflect the quality.

First time at four seasons. Everything was perfect. From service to resort to amenities . Absolutely beautiful and nothing negative i can say.

A nice property, though designed like many these days with the intention of restricting visitors to the Four Seasons property only, so there is not a lot in the surrounding area.
Some aspects of the property were disappointing - some facilities in the gym, like the steam room, were not working but guests were guided towards using the expensive spa instead. We have mixed experiences with the restaurants, which we were not ready for as Four Seasons resorts are usually well known for their food. The Indian restaurant was excellent, Bambou served its all-purpose role - although much of the fruit served at breakfast was unripe - but my wife and I were disappointed with a very salty meal at the Italian restaurant and the Asian restaurant was nothing special.

The resort is unique in the sense that each villa is beautifully designed. The service is next to none by staff where all staff from the bar, breakfast, beach, housekeeping and management could not have done enough. The food is excellent, though depending on your budget can be expense, but is comparable to other 5 star hotels.I would return there without hesitation.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, the gardens, and bridges, and restaurants, just amazing. We were a groups of 6 in a 3 bed room villa, I would definitely recommend it, beautiful with private pool and a very ample garden, living room, kitchen, dinning room. The staff was very helpful and all smiles. The food is great too, specially the french restaurant and they have a very nice wine list. Breakfast makes it worth it to wake up early. The added benefit of the included aquatic activities and their private beach (Il aux cerf) definitely make it stand out against other hotels. You get the benefit of having calm waters with various colors around the hotel or more active very blue waters in Il aux cerf. I would recommend trying the paddleboat. The hotel gives you bikes during your stay so its very easy to move around. The hotel is a complete paradise.

Perfect hotel to relax and unwind. As a family we usually have very active holidays involving a fair amount of travel, so we were a bit concerned there would not be enough to do. However, every day we were up and about doing something. We made extensive use of the local golf course (free to "play" but you still need to hire clubs and golf buggy). Tennis and water sports also great fun.We had a stunning view over the water, but the staff are the real jewel in the crown here - everyone is so friendly and helpful. Makes all the difference.I'd highly recommend the hotel, but if I had one bit of feedback for the hotel - don't charge so much for water. I know I need to pay over the odds for food due to the location and service, but to charge £7 for a bottle of water that isn't even enough for a family of 5 is unnecessary.

There is not much to do around this location, and the hotel is not equipped for days when it rains (which happened every day we were there in May when it's supposed to be the dry season). Restaurants are only partially open any given night - one night it rained and the only place to eat was outside (the only indoor restaurant was featuring a multi-course Vegan menu). The boutiques are not interesting, not typical Four Seasons. The activities are all outdoors and the property floods very easily making it hard to walk around. The local recommended restaurant was a drive on very windy roads and not very good. It takes hours to drive to other parts of the island. We left 2 days early

This was an amazing experience on such a beautiful property. We were always greeted with warm smiles all throughout the property. The staff always went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. If you are planning a trip to Mauritius this is the place that you need to stay. Overall this was a wonderful experience.

Our stay at Four Seasons was amazing from check in to check out. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival with hotel staff with refreshments and scented towels. We were able to check into our villa earlier than expected. Our villa was very clean, luxurious and comfortable. The outdoor waterfall shower was our favourite feature, we took almost all our showers outside- it was very soothing. We had an excellent couples spa experience, we visited Ile aux Cerfs (using their complimentary boat service), did snorkelling and had romantic dinners. The golf course at Anahita is beautiful and scenic. We were here for our honeymoon, and the service was the highlight of our stay. Every member of staff took time to stop and greet us, and made the effort to ensure that our stay was special. This was the perfect place for our honeymoon, an unforgettable experience and Four seasons delivered above and beyond our expectations. We will certainly return!

I booked 5 days for my a honeymoon and it was my best 5 days in whole of my life , everything was extremely excellent ! I went for more than a hundred hotels around the world but o didn't had a super service like what i had in anahita four season hotel, the stuff is lovely and everything was perfect.. i had only one problem there, the beach is not a crystal clear like what I thought and there are alot of rocks inside the beach and you can not swim without a swim shoes, but overall i give this hotel 9/10 , and i will come back again to the same hotel next year

We just wanted to email and say how very touched we were by the service that we received at the Four Seasons Hotel. Although we are very well travelled and have stayed in many hotels over the years, we can say ‘hand on heart’ that It was simply the best service we have ever received in any hotel that we have stayed in and that we have no negative feedback whatsoever. All members of staff were beyond polite and helpful. It was not that they wanted us to love their home country and to enjoy our stay. It was that they sincerely wanted to take care of us. The key highlights of the service that we really appreciated were the following:- arriving at 10am and being provided with breakfast and a room without even being asking (in most hotels you have to beg and cross your fingers!);- upgrading us to an absolutely wonderful Beach Villa which was cleaned to an exceptional standard every day (we felt so sad to leave it, that we have made a note of the room number so that we can stay there when we go back and visit one day!);- the amount of help given to us to resolve our car hire situation;- offering to arrange complimentary transportation for us back to the airport;assistance with our flight check-in both in the hotel and by the members of Four Seasons Staff located at the airport itself;the sincerity, care, consideration, compassion, chattiness. Thanks to the Four Seasons, our trip to Mauritius was a very special one and it will always be remembered very fondly by us. The best property I have ever stayed at.

Lovely property, well maintained. The lagoon front has its own charm, though one missed the sea/ocean front beaches which have bigger waves. Excellent staff - in attitude, skills, knowledge of their regular jobs. Where I feel they can improve is the Oberoi kind of beyond the call of duty attitude, due to which I have pulled the overall rating down by one level. For example, I had a slight dent in my hired car, i asked the concierge to get an estimate to ensure that the rental agency does not overcharge, taking advantage of my rush to catch my flight. After doing nothing for a few hours, the duty manager said we cannot get involved, since car is not hired through us, and now all mechanics would have left and tom is Sat, so not possible, and we dont know anyone nearby. Only after I told her that they could help only if they decided they wanted to help that she then did what she should have done earlier - took photos of the dent, whatsapped to a garage whose name and no. she got from the directory, and got a whatsapp quote. On the other hand, the experience with Veeru in concierge was amazing. He really went out of his way to ensure that Air Mauritius agreed to put us into an equivalent hotel (Oberoi) for one night, when the flight was cancelled. The chefs went out of their way, to specially prepare veg items for breakfast. Though, at those prices, one expects the taste to be more authentic.
