The location is excellent and the value for money is very good. The water pressure was weak and the pillows very uncomfortable, reducing to nothing when laying upon it. Charging for the use of a mini bar fridge is crazy. Most staff very friendly.

I feel the hotel needs re vamped. The ground floor is good, but rooms are tired and dull. The bed was extremely hard and I could feel the springs. I ended up with a sore back. The food was poor quality with very little choice. There was rice pudding one night, it was mostly cream and it was difficult to find many grains of rice. Chips were usually lukewarm. The ice cream was frosted, mostly ice with very little cream in a very small tub, about the size of a child’s yogurt pot. We changed hotel as soon as possible

Excellent value for money . Food in restaurant good and varied. Staff friendly. Helpful when booking and leaving. Unfortunately vast amount of building work taking place opposite my balcony so unable to enjoy lovely side view. Perhaps should have been told about this as very noisy and dirty!!! Shame as it made my break less enjoyable.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 previous times and enjoyed it . The common areas have recently been updated. Rooms could do with the same but are still clean and comfortable. TV only has channels in Spanish, Catalan or German unless you are a news fanatic.Food is good especially the Mallorcan night. The hotel is right on the seafront and on a corner so it can be noisy from traffic and people. In general after midnight it is very quiet. Most staff are very pleasant. My stay this time was marred by the behaviour of one member of the dining room staff. Many guests seemed to like her but I felt her behaviour towards some guests was rude and in particular feel that she needs training in dealing with guests with difficulties/disabilities who she treated in an unacceptable manner. I will not be returning.

We were there with our 2 year old son, the location is perfect for a family with children. Very safe and always people and fun area. Just out side the door the there the Beach that is very best for a child family . Along the sea side there are plenty of restaurants and many things. Negative is the rooms has not enough noisy resistent, very distirbing scooter and motobike noise.
