This is one of the most beautiful resorts! Truly a tropical paradise with lush gardens. The seawater lagoon is the highlight. It feels like swimming in a river running through a jungle. The hotel is beautiful, the food is good (a bit overpriced for what it is), the beach is stunning and the service is amazing. I definitely enjoyed my stay for 2 nights when I was there and was impressed by the quality and the service. The only unfortunate incident for me was after check out, as I accidentally left my charger plugged in next to the bed. When I called the hotel to let them know exactly where it was plugged in and arrange a pick up, they replied there was nothing in the room and that it was empty. I asked for them to speak to cleaning staff as I knew where I left it and the reply was that cleaning staff didnt find anything and there were other guests in the room now. Anyway, good reminder to not leave things behind in the room no matter where you stay. Other than that, the stay really was absolutely amazing and the staff was also wonderful.

Just came back from a one week stay at this property. We stayed in the four bedroom villa (917) and we had the most pleasant stay ever. We would like to give a special thank you to Wawan and Ari for their exceptional service during our stay! They were truly AMAZING. The hotel itself is stunning and beautiful. There is so much to do and so many little details to this resort that makes it that much more beautiful.

This resort is complete luxury . The food excellent the facilities incredible . It is a beautiful resort . The gardens are so tranquil. The staff are all very helpful and friendly . We did have a little problem initially with noise from building works and some other guests crashing their drone on our roof despite a no drone policy . However management upgraded us to the most amazing villa as an apology so peace was restored and I could not only meditate and enjoy the lovely garden but it made our 30th wedding anniversary extra special because the Villa was beyond luxurious . We were treated like royalty and I am very grateful for a truly wonderful stay . A big thank you for spoiling us !! 🙏😊💗

The hotel is truly amazing! the beach is probably the best in the touristic area of Bali (Nosa Dua). The facilities are top class. The food and restaurants are world class. But the best thing, by far is the service and the attitude of the staff. They really make you feel special, and extremely well attended. I will certainly come back, and will recommend anybody I know to go there.

Nice property with a private beach and huge saltwater lagoon. The room is a little worn out and old. But overall the service is attentive with nice ambiance! Would definitely come back again!

We’ve spent seven nights at the St Regis, and the resort was pretty amazing. We’ve stayed in the Lagoon 2bd villa, which was very spacious and nicely decorated. There is quite a few restaurants at the resort to choose from- we ate one night at the Kayuputi, which also serves as the restaurant for while you’re at the beach during the day. Their dishes are excellent- I’ve enjoyed the octopus with cuttlefish bolognese and the lemongrass infused tomato pasta. The Spa at the resort is great too- I’d recommend their Balinese or holistic massage. The resort itself is lovely and great for relaxing, but the area isn’t spectacular. We stayed here because of a conference, but if I went back- Seminyak would be a better choice (if you just don’t want to spend most of the time at the resort). There is a better selection of great restaurants and things to do as opposed to Nusa Dua.

The first night stay the washroom smelling and the lighting is fleshing. The manager free upgrade my family live in villa. Actually is very nice. But the villa also have some issue about the shower room the head shower was leaking, when my son took shower, the water all going in his eyes. The service were very good. Only the hotel housekeeping management not very well done.

got very bad experience with this stay. 1. very bad smell in the bathroom, which can not be fixed. then assigned to a down-graded room (not up-grade). 2. Not be treated fairly as hotel guest, don't expect the on time departure of the shuttle to the airport.
