Comfortable and lovely hotel close to the beach. Good swimming pool with jacuzzi, easy parking and beautiful view from the balcony

Dirty linen towels, Stuff very rude. Pool very dirty with some poo floating. Super on safe for kids. Stuff needs to go under serious training.

Just returned from a 2 week holiday at the Hotel Splendid, Diano Marina. The Splendid is a long established family run hotel and this shows in the standard of service and helpfulness displayed by the family and staff members The room was clean and comfortable. Our holiday period covered the hottest heatwave experienced in this part of Italy for at lest 10 years and we found the air conditioning provided in our room to be of an excellent standard and essential for comfort. The beach and pool area are a delight and there was never any difficulty in obtaining a sunbed. Although we were only on a bed and breakfast basis, we had dinner in the hotel on 7 occasions during our stay and we found the value and quality to be of a higher standard than most of the local restaurants. The hotel were also very helpful in arranging a return taxi transfer from Nice Airport at a very reasonable price. All in all we would thoroughly recommend a stay at the Hotel Splendid.

Excellent small hotel, freindly staff, good food, swimming pool, own section of beach 100meters from hotel. Hotel situated about equal distance between Diano Marina and San Bartolemew access from motorway is better from the latter and look to turn left after the Diano Marina sign. We will most likely go again. I think we were the only English stopping there.
