There are too many cracks on the sidewalks on both sides of the property. Lighting is a bit dim outside at night. My room was too close to the parking area. I could hear other guests' truck revving up early in the morning. Your staff, however, is very polite and would like to do an especial mention to the receptionist Emma Torres, she's very professional, attentive and pleasant to deal with. Also, Kenia, the young girl that cleaned my room, she's polite and professional.

I don't recommend this place at all. Lucky for us we only stayed one night. We picked the hotel because it has a pool. Don't bother you can't really use it. They had a birthday party with super loud music. Our room wasn't ready at check-in time so we waited. When the room was ready, the receptionist told us to go to our rooms, and I got up and followed him to the desk and he told me again to go to my room. I told him that we needed the room number and the key. I had to sign long list of rules, one being that no one is allowed in common areas and pool after 10pm. They had a 2nd party ~9pm there were kids and people running around screaming ~midnight. If you looking for a place to sleep this is not it.
We used their sister pool across the street. Their are two huge holes at the bottom of the pool. They told me (Spanish is my 1st tongue) to use the bath towels, but refused to give us clean ones after. Long story short, the next morning, and after re-explaining to the housekeeper we got "clean towels" I swear she just refolded the towels.
The safe was locked and it took me going to the lobby 4x (~6hrs later) to have someone come and unlock it.
We sat at their restaurant, but got tired of waiting for the waiter to get off his phone.
Breakfast was disgusting, their "clean plates" had fresh egg yolks from previous use.
Overall, you are treated like you are crashing their party and in the way.
I recommend Hotel X Managua (no pool) but great for short stays and good sleeps.

The hotel is very good. The construction of the hotel is old, but the experience is very good. The $100 plus price is probably 20 to 30% in excess of what could be judged a good value.
The buffet breakfast and dining room are also very good
Internet is good, parking and hot water shower are good
Overall satisfied with the experience.

From the outside it looks a bit questionable but the security guard is outside at all times & was very friendly.
Once inside, the hotel looks just like the pictures advertised.
Staff was very friendly at check-in. They were very accommodating. I had a wheelchair & they made sure to put me on the 1st floor.
Be patient. It did take a while to get checked in, but the staff is friendly.
My room was perfect. The bed was soft & super comfortable. Nice shower with hot water.
There is a split air conditioner & ceiling fan.
Smart tv. You can use your passwords for your steaming apps to watch tv if you want
The pool is big & approximately 4 feet 10 inches deep. It was cool & refreshing & helped with my swollen feet after traveling.
The restaurant: I ordered pollo jalepeño for dinner. Cooked to perfection & very reasonable prices for a hotel. They offer various sodas & beers.
The cons:
The air conditioner desperately needs the filter washed or changed. The ceiling fan needs to be dusted more often because both were blowing out dust.
The advertised hot-tub is cute but not hot.
Communication before arriving at the hotel was lacking. I sent a message through Expedia and they never responded. The message I sent through their website took over 36 hrs for a response.
Now my take on the transportation: I don't recommend it. Whoever runs it or was responding via Whatsapp was rude & pushy. The payment form is not common either. I used another service.
Overall: I highly recommend!

Most of the staff is rude. Very rude front desk. Breakfast buffet staff would show discontent when asked to provide food items that had run out. Live events that would go on till 1200am 0100 am, however would rudely ask tenants to leave pool and lounge area at 1030. Not a stay for my next visit to Managua Nicaragua. Cleaning staff was very nice.

I like this place a lot but this time has /en really bad experience, customer has to do a silly process to get a simple beer,
Annoying, sort of stupid. Definitely I won’t stay never ever.
Unless they improve the service mechanism.
Such a pity because the place is very nice. The building and the colonial modern style is lovely the main building with the pool in the middle. I love it.
It’s look like the management has had some sort of trouble with workers, I notice such because at every stay there Are always new staff.
Such pitty.

This property was nothing like the pictures that were promoted online. The room was across the street from the pictures in a building that was old. musty, dirty, cramped and nothing like what we expected as a family. I would NEVER stay here again nor will I suggest this to anyone. The front desk attendants were also not very friendly or cared about their jobs. Very disappointed.

From start to finish, we have been disappointed.
I almost never write a (negative) review but this time I had to do it.
No car space (we were supposed to have one, but the people of the party took every spot and no one tried to help us).
No drinking water, not even a little bottle to welcome you - they charge something like $4 for it!
The people at reception were not welcoming or nice, it took them 10 minutes to make copies of our passports (aren't they supposed to do that a dozen of times a day at least).
But the worst is that they wanted to give us a room just behind the reception, where it was very noisy already (loud kids party that day, 30 kids, so no way to use the pool)
And later there was a party for young people, with super loud music. We couldn't have slept until 1.00 am if I didn't ask to get another room.
We asked for our breakfast to be prepared as takeaway as we had to leave before the breakfast service starts. The breakfast takeaway was a joke. No care again here.
This hotel has NO sense of good customer service.
We were really disapointed to have booked this place, where the owner doesn't care about providing good service (a d a bit of water at least) to their clients. They don't train their staff to welcome and treat their customers well, and to not give the worst room in the hotel in the middle of two loud parties!
To avoid. These people need to learn about hospitality is.

Affordable room if you just need a bed, toilet, and barely working mini fridge. It was a nice pool with lights at night, but was extremely crowded when I went. The music was blasted on speakers before 9am everyday. It might've been an event or Holiday then for several days, but the previous reviews said they always played loud music then too. They closed the pool early one night because most of the crowd was done with it and they cleaned it out so I didn't get a chance to enjoy it unfortunately. The smaller one needed to be cleaned, but wasn't clean when I wanted to get in. The mini fridge was t working at first, it was really old and full of rust inside. Some staff winded up being nice and helpful. Helped me order and pay for taxi, but I was overcharged $30. It says $15 online, but was charged for $30 one way twice. No one ever replied to me about the transportation from the hotel so I was left with no choice at the airport to pay the $30 one way. The shower was hot and good pressure first two days, but last day and a half it seemed like it wasn't getting hot. I had it running to warm up but it was cold when I went to get in. Just wanted one last nice hot shower before I left to relax me since I didn't get to have a relaxing vacation with the music blasted early in the morning everydau, but the water never got hot. Bring earphones if you want to hear yourself think. They closed the bar early too because most of the people left. 20-25 minute walk to the mall..

The only issue I had with this place is the music playing all the time for the pool. This is a ME problem. I like it quiet. Honestly, it was not overly loud. Stuff was great. I had a problem with my motorcycle and staff we more than willing to help me out.

Great place! Had a few noisy guests that was screaming at night, but other than that it was pretty serene!
