Amazing. Beautiful. Clean. Nice.

Very bad price-quality option. It is very expensive for the type of rooms you get and the overall experience. We had cockroaches in one of our two bedrooms and the air conditioners broke during our stay. They have an app to handle most of the island experience, but it is not very user friendly. Transportation in and out of the island is handle by a third party company which make it difficult to book or arrange with good prices or different schedules. Nonetheless, the service and attention from all the staff was awesome, and they were very attentive and helpful.

Overall a good stay.
Food was an average standard. Restaurants lacking in any manager to be seen and sometimes waiting too long for service.
Stayed in beach view villa which was excellent.
Food which was cold from time to time would need to improve.

Couldn’t fault buffet breakfast, views, layout, friendliness off staff or location of resort.
However internet connection and Saii app navigation wasn’t great resulting in having to walk everywere because it was hard to organise a buggy.
Other restaurants were average and didn’t reflect price they were charging.

The location and surrounds of the property were truly so stunning. The grounds were well kept and everywhere you looked was simply beautiful. This was the perfect spot for our Honeymoon and can't wait to return. We had the Junior Beachfront Suite and the views were breathtaking.

Beautiful place with great atmosphere. Very nice pools. Good breakfast. Beautiful butterflies and cool wild animals in the area. The difficult transportation makes the stay a little more extensive than expected. We also struggled to find something to do with our toddler when it was raining since there's no kids' club.

We really loved Saii Village resort. It was very remote, which was really amazing for a couple of nights. Of course PhiPhi islands are amazing already There was plenty of food options between the resort and the village We had a lot of activities we could choose from where we could just be lazy and we did a little of both.

The only place to stay on Koh Phi Phi. Away from the pier and quiet. Pristine grounds with 3 outstanding restaurants.

This is literally the tone and vibe for the island Phi Phi, my wife and I really enjoyed it here, you need to keep in mind you will see some bugs and wild life, it’s a jungle island in Thailand, it’s okay. No matter where you stay on phi phi island you will see bugs and wild life.
A staff member Woody went above and beyond for us. Also checking in, had great advice on what to do and where to go, always offered to help us with anything.

Wow what a place! Romantic getaway to say the least. Very quiet place which we loved. Butterflies and mai tai’s! Lots of dining options…make sure to reserve your dining spot at Ruam Thai restaurant for a top notch dinner. Staff was awesome and we will be planning a trip back!

Loved it! Wanted to stay longer. Beautifully quiet but lots to do. Spacious rooms, great food, awesome sunsets. Could use more evening entertainment - the singing group was lovely but could have used a speaker. We waited so long to be driven to our room, that we just decided to walk. Could also use a proper pier for safely disembarking the boat.

This location is beautiful to look at and I was so excited to stay there in the isolated environment and don’t get me wrong. I am aware of the jungle and I am no stranger to bugs and animals. However, this was way too much. For a five star facility the room should have a better isolation from the outside insects and creatures. First night stayed there bed looked OK. I always do a bedbug check when it finally came time to go to bed during night sleep full of little bugs crawling into the bed fell and crawled on my husband’s head. Getting into the room as quickly as possible on our way back from dinner open the door for two seconds after dark sense of insects come inside the room and you then have to spray in a lot of your room with bug spray, which is super toxic for you. Husband almost got attacked by 12 monkeys simply walking back from the fun pool. At the end of the day, we’re not able to relax this was supposed to be relaxing and paying premium cost this was A terrible experience. I paid for four nights left after two nights requested a refund for the last two nights which was not provided. Management only offered to change my room however I have no trust in this establishment. Just wanted to relax on my vacation. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Quiet secluded resort on northern end of Phi Phi Don. Boat ride away from nice beaches and snorkeling. Cute, comfortable, private bungalows for rooms. Low tides are extreme, so swimming is limited to high tide. Note that none of the resort restaurants have AC - they are all open-air, so if there is a heat wave, it can be uncomfortable to eat outside, but they do offer room service to your bungalow, which has an AC unit.

During our three-night stay for a party of five, we primarily dined and enjoyed the hotel's amenities. The rooms and beach were delightful, although the location is somewhat secluded, requiring a 20-30 minute journey by tail boat to Phi Phi Town. However, our check-out experience was awful. We discovered significant discrepancies in our final bill, with thousands of Bahts erroneously added and our receipts mixed up with others, bearing different signatures. Despite our efforts to rectify the situation, the initial response from the staff was disappointing, even resorting to threats of involving security and police. It took considerable time for the hotel to acknowledge their errors, including different signatures and additional charges on our bill. We found that we were overcharged by 10,000 Baht which is not a small amount at all. If we hadn’t checked our receipts and went along with the not so clear final bill we would have paid for things we did not have. Such service falls far short of even a one-star rating, let alone the expected five-star standard. This incident serves as a stark reminder to thoroughly review receipts, emphasizing the importance of vigilance beyond the final bill. In light of our experience, I advise caution in trusting this establishment. Absolutely appalling and just unacceptable service. PLEASE CHECK YOIR RECEIPTS WHEN CHECKING OUT. I would go as far as to say that they were trying to steal our money this way. I wonder how many people overpaid!

It's a really nice place. During our trip we simply just went to two other places, that were even better. So with that perspective already, it was hard to be completely blown away by this place.
Restaurants inside the resort unfortunately weren't any good, and trying to find available sunbeds at either the pools or beach, could sometimes be a struggle.
But the rooms were really nice though and the staff were kind and helpful.
Getting to- and from the resort was great though. Really well-executed and smooth operations by the resort's staff. Well done.

The SAII village was a 2 night stay as part of our honeymoon trip to Phi Phi. On arrival, we had our luggage taken care of, sat in reception with a fresh pineapple juice drink and a cold towel (lovely after the boat ride over). From here we checked in and a member of staff sat with us in the lobby and explained where everything is, got us to download the SAII village app on our phones (which is amazing, allows you to do everything via the app, ordering fresh towels, room service and even ordering a buggy to take you around). We then got taken to our room via a buggy and showed around our room. The room was a Deluxe Garden King Villa, the cool air-con was heaven, the room and shower facilities were great!
The resort itself is easily walkable, the pools are more than big enough and plenty of loungers either around the pool or facing the beach for most of the day. The food was amazing on-site too, probably more pricier than anywhere we’ve been currently (expected). We had the most amazing 2 nights here and the staff were so polite and friendly. We got the SAII Village boat (which was arranged for us) back to Tonsai Pier to catch our Ferry back to Phuket.
Would highly recommend this place and me and my wife have already spoke about returning.
