When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600.
The hotel is very large made up of lots of sections with a free train bus at certain times to get around. We walked all over and it’s a very well kept lovely looking resort. We had an apartment on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms, garden patio with sun loungers that backed onto pool. There was also jacuzzi. There were about 4-5 restaurants and bars and some shops on site.
The apartment was clean, comfy, and could house 6 people as had a very comfy double sofa bed also. Had a hi fi with Bluetooth connectivity and tv with many English channels and sports etc. WiFi free throughout and your own private WiFi in your apartment also free. WiFi was always fast. Kitchen has cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine and all facilities you’d need.
Staff were all lovely and always say hello.
Grounds and garden are beautiful.
Bus stop out front of resort but we liked walking along beach/seafront. First bars etc after 15 mins but to get to the centre is about 35 mins walk.
Getting to hotel was easy. Got train to fuengirola from Malaga and then taxi from train station. Train to was about 3 euros. Taxi about 12 euros from fuengirola station to hotel. Too hilly to walk with case.
All in all had a great stay and will definitely return.

We had a great experience.

Poor bed (hard mattress), no box spring, just a sheet of plywood, low bed. No coffee, tea, tissues, paper towels, salt, or pepper. Kitchen faucet dripped. Black line marks on the walls. Small TV in the sitting area. Great Wi-Fi! Nice deck overlooking the pool.

This is our second year back at the resort. Its really great location between Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas gives us plenty opportunities to go onl ong walks.
We had a sea view and its a joy to wake up each morning to a glorious view. No doubt we will be back

Very noisy construction on the room beside childrens running on the top floor

Check in lady very helpful. Room quiet
with plenty of space. Pool right outside even though we didn't use it. Not far from Fuengirola centre. Could walk to beach.

Do not go to this resort if you have any mobility issues it is very hilly
We had a 1st floor apartment which you had to go down a load of steps to then go up again ti the apartment
There are no lifts there is no one to help with baggage
There is little information about the resort imparted to you when you get your keys
Your given a map
The apartment itself has everything you need but no information on how to use the appliances we never did get the hob to work
There are little land trains to use to get around the resort which go every 30 minutes
Zak’s bar was great and the staff there lovely

Great place to stay while visiting Costa del Sol. It has everything you need for a family vacation.

The rooms were untidy when we came and also during the whole week. Only trashes were taken out once and we got two new towels. There was also a shortage of kitchen tools, not even a coffee maker.

This was a fantastic place to stay, we did not arrive until 2am but this was no problem , the staff booked us in quickly and got us a taxi to our room , the apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped, when we woke in the morning we could see the most amazing view of the pool and sea , the room was close to the beach , Pam’s pantry and Zack’s restaurant , all the staff without exception were friendly and helpful. We were a family of 4 snd this location was perfect , that said it would also be ideal for couples as well, I have to give this resort 10 out of 10

Very run down apartment with inadequate cooling. Chipped and repaired sanitary ware, faulty settee Extra charges for room cleaning, changing towels etc. We were allocated access to one small pool which was about as packed as you could get. The beach area has to be accessed through dark tunnels or over a large bridge due to the major highway between the hotel and the sea. Neither a great option with small children. No playgrounds for kids, getting to and from Fuengirola needed taxis due to the highway.
A waste of time and money for our family holiday

- Poor comms always at reception. Dont want to talk.
- spread out property with no links to different places, facilities. Boring and dead place.
- paid Sea view appt but no sea view all trees
- staff are so unhelpful .not willing to talk to even share basic info. sadist environment around.
- pigs/bores roam around in night; beware and you might get attaked. staff dont care
- train to take b/w places formalility- takes 40mins where you can walk faster.
- deep pool and not tidy; no life guard
- no entertainement in hotel.
- No cleaning or basic towel change
- not even given pool towels; they expect us to walk 20mins to collect it.
- checkout info not given ; any info is not given really.
not sure if staff is underpaid or its plain rudeness or they dont care!!
glad only stayed for 4 days and switched to much better hotel to see the real diff.

No good communication, did not manage to book our family day retreat. To big of an area for us, since everything is up hill. Rooms are good. But read carefully the booking and in what area of the resort you book, depending on what you want.
Close enough to the beach for a short taxi ride.

The accommodation we stayed in at Ramada Fuengirola was outdated and dirty. We experienced the worst customer service we have ever encountered. My family and I extensively travel, and this was the first time we chose to book with Ramada. We were forced to change our original plans due to flight disruptions worldwide caused by the Microsoft outage. As a result, we had to cancel our flights to Tenerife and opted to stay in Fuengirola, which was only a 4-hour drive from Seville, Spain at that time.We encountered issues with the cleanliness of the unit, particularly with the shower drain being clogged. I reached out to Expedia and spoke to hotel receptionist Nora. While I was in the lobby communicating via chat with Expedia, I overheard Nora speaking to Expedia in an unprofessional and irate tone. Despite my showing her a video of standing water in the shower, she dismissed it, insisting that the drain was only running slow and that nothing was wrong claiming it was normal. Nora informed us that there were no other rooms available because the hotel was fully booked. Ramada sent a plumber to inspect the shower drain, but he also claimed that there was nothing wrong with it. Frustrated, we decided to find another hotel in the area.
As we were preparing to depart, the same plumber returned with the maintenance manager to fix the drain. Only then did the plumber acknowledge drain was clogged. We will never return to any Wyndham and Ramada property ever again.

Very happy with our stay lovely resort nice staff clean apartment

Okay flat, a bit dated. Cleaning not included but it was easy to clean kitchen and floors yourself. Bathroom needed more cleaning supplies.
Very good hotel area with different pool areas, beautiful nature and many options for food. The area has a lot of hills/different planes and lots of stairs, but as long as you're reasonably fit it should not be a problem.
Walking distance (15-20 minutes) to good shopping centre in Fuengirola. Very short walking distance to the beach.

Very run down property with missing essential amenities. Check in took forever. No ventilation in the washroom. They provided toiletries enough for just one person for couple of day even though we were a family of four staying four nights. Had to go buy it ourselves from store. They didnt even have a microwave oven in the apartment. We asked for it four times and each time they said that someone was on on their way and bringing it our apartment. Timings for pool was weird. Couldn't take full advantage of that facility. At no occasion staff made any attempt to make us feel special or asked if we needed anything.

Best part was “ Leona “ at reception , she’s a plus , Thanh you so much , very educated and nice person.
As far the property was ok , needs update and upgrade almost in everything , beaches was so so , cold and limited , but you can find way better ones close by , food at the restaurants inside community was ok , basic , nothing fence .
The good part is the hotel is convenience as close to Marbella , Malaga , etc … was worth for the price .

We went for a supreme apartment sea view room which had no sea view at all. There was a view to the pool.
We were travelling in 4s, with 2 being kids. The sofa bed was adequate but had no proper bedsheet.
The room did not provide any free bottles of water which is pretty standard for any hotel or resort which was 3 star and above.
The main reception was difficult to find. We got there with staff at the guest center and did not really bother showing us the direction of the main reception, told us down there....
There was not many local eateries around this complex.
Overall very disappointing.

Lovely big resort, friendly check in, lots of restaurants to choose from, close to beach. Would stay again
3.0 / 10.0
Not fantastic. The premium sea-view apartment was dark and small, with a 90s touch to the interior. Narrow bed, too short for a 190+ cm person. No dishwasher.
No balcony or terrace but some plastic chairs on the lawn. But yes, a nice sea view, if you look to the left.
Somewhat chaotic check-in, we got keys to a different room.

Stayed here quite a few times never had a problem always been satisfied this time we never got what we was sold the units are getting quite dated when i went to reception they offered me another room but wanted £54 a night and also the restaurant has got very expensive

Good location, great service, but huge bugs in the apartment welcoming the guests took the mood a bit down.

Nice sea view, like promissed. Great room, with needed facilities. We might come back.

Very good site. Tranquil, beautiful.

The resort offers a wide range of properties. Choose wisely. I ended up in a 1 bdr. with kitchenette that was clean, but the bed was terribly hard the drapes and couch were old and sun faded. It felt overpriced for such a dated room. When I made a pot of tea in the morning, the kettle blew a fuse and left me without power or wifi. Luckily the hotel fixed it quickly...

Confortable flat with a private area with direct access to the swimming pool. Very nice and relaxing.
6.0 / 10.0
We didn't like that not all the swimming pools were available as was told. The one who was the most nearby wasn't for example. Also there were other guests who were feeding wild pigs by their accomodation. I found this very dangerous especially for children. But nevertheless we enjoyed our staying.

Beautiful resort.

Family of 5 stayed at this property for 6 nights.
Location is not ideal as everything around us was a 10-20 minute journey on a car. Yes you do need a car if you are with family. Beach is about 10-15 walk so its not near right away as it shows.
There is no service/cleaning, replacing of towel is not included and due to be near beach/humid they dont dry easily as well. Asking house service was a nightmare, put on hold for 30 minute and when called again wont pick up call. Even I was ready to pay for it as well. Amenities info need to show that info.
On resort food is just ok and after a period of time you want to try something else, for which you do need a taxi or your own car.
