Had a wonderful time here, having a 1 bedroom apartment is great with plenty of room. Pool area could use more or bigger umbrellas as we had a keep moving to get out of the sun.

Our room was comfortable and spacious though plumbing was a bit old. Overall experience was good. Staff was always courteous and eager to assist. Good from the cafe LIVINGSTONE was tasty. Location was ideal, near good dining places. Distance from beach was a bit far though but renting a scooter helped get us around.

The room was an average room with its own garden. The staff was very polite and eager to satisfy every wish of ours! In general the service was beyond our expectations!

Staff was very nice , kind - but very noisy at night around the area, some electronic music was on every night :( Also our whole family got sick ( bring your soft toliet paper lol ) stayed in the toliet allllll day for 3 days. I have talked to other families next rooms they all got sick ! We all thought we got sick from ice or drinks from the hotel bar. I suggest you to be careful with drinks.

Overall stay was great. Just 1 feedback..if they can provide extra mirror. The room has only 1 mirror in the bedroom.

I like : location & the room is apartment style(has pantry). I dont like : the towels were looks old and the colour has change from white to beige. So does the bedding sheets.

It was a decent hotel with good service. Pictures looks better than real life, it is a litte worn down. But the Staff is amazing and service is really good. The hotel has a large pool witch is the perfect escape from the buissiness of Seminyak! They also have a spa with good prices! Location is good for food, but overall Seminyak is not the most beautiful place.

Livingstones is the true gem to this hotel. Pool was enjoyed by kids. Fitness centre basic yet functional; did work out. Suite was spacious and two king beds comfortable. Balcony huge. Bath simply did not work; nor the wish to address this. Bathrooms are a little ‘faulty towers’ for those that will appreciate the reference. Did manage to get an in room safety box though. Staff are good and service great too. Local area is packed with things and not so far to Petitenget or Seminyak town. If it meets your needs, why not :)

A large group with children accommodated over 7 roomy Villas. Staff could not have provided better service. Pool was sparkling and a welcome relaxant at the end of busy days. Room service was well priced and delicious, delivered with a smile. Rooms were spotless, well appointed and serviced daily. Big thumbs up to the floating breakfast menu. Perfect!

The place is clean and roomy. Staff were helpful and courteous. Only thing is there was loud music only for 1 night of the few nights that we were there and can be heard from our room.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Kokonut Suites and again it was great. Having been before we knew exactly where we wanted to be located and we were accommodated the next day when the room was vacated! The staff are genuinely friendly, polite and very helpful. A delight! It is correct to call the room a "Suite". You have a bedroom en suite and large separate living area with kitchenette (with large fridge), dining & lounge and a separate roomy balcony. So you can do a little self-catering if you wish. However, the hotel has a lovely café/patisseriee, Livingston where you can get good coffee, fresh bread, pastries, sweets, etc. Then there is great eating all around with "Eat Street" (Jl Petitenget & area) right on your doorstep! We love the mix of clientele here - Indonesian/Asian, European and Australian/New Zealand catering for couples & families. The pool area is great with lounges not always taken. The hotel is set in from the road so is quiet. Away from the bustle of the streets nearby. It is located reasonably close to the beach (10min taxi & 15 min walk) for lovely low tide walks and the famous west Bali sunsets. Also close to Seminyak/Legian/Kuta in south and new trendy area of Canggu/Echo Beach up north. All-in-all great value. We will definitely be back

Great hotel , perfect location good pool. Staff friendly. Ask for a room at the back overlooking the rice paddies. Corner room is best. The set Breakfasts were a bit boring best to just order off the menus and pay. Not expensive.Would stay there again

We love Kokonut Suites. The staff is welcome and friendly. It has lots of good restaurants nearby. The room is big, but I saw our room has ants and cockroach.

One bedroom garden view room with kitchenette was all that I needed. After a day full day of touring it was great to fix a quick dinner in my suite. Good air conditioning, clean, comfortable bed. Improvement needed, all bath towels and bath mats looked very dingy giving the appearance of not being clean, although they were changed daily. Great massage by Wayan, highly recommended! Pool area is pleasant. All staff, great!

Overall happy and will definitely be back there!! Love the location as within the radius you can get to any where easily. Only setback was the traffic which is inevitable.

A short visit for us, but our stay at Kokonut Suites was enjoyable. Breakfast available with voucher at the Livingstone Bakery which is adjacent to the accommodation. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms well appointed. Taxis and tours organised without hassle. Noon checkout is great.

Great family hotel , but the pool is small and few sun beds only 8-9 beds , .. I would nt book it during school holiday .. rooms big , clean and big balcony. I would include breakfast on my next booking ,, was the same thing for 6 days not a lot to choose from.

Ok location, Security was not amazing. We had two stray cats in our villa courtyard that meowed all night long, it was nice to have the company however. The spa was cheap and very freindly. Breakfast was okay. The tv could not be viewed from the bed. Small hotel, the pictures and the reality was a bit different. Hot water was not reliable.
