My family and I stayed at Comfort Inn Arlington, and had a very comfortable one night stay to attend UTA graduation. It was located close to the school and near restaurants. The room itself was large and there was both a microwave and mini fridge. Would recommend!

I love staying at this hotel, but evening shift is better than the morning shift when it comes to customer service. My experience with one particular morning shift employee was not so pleasant. She treated as if I wasn’t a guest. Her energy was negative. And the customers service from her was horrible. I asked to speak to the manager, because their was some confusion regarding charges a damage deposit. Most hotel just keep a card on file. Because I have had issues with the deposit being refund. And besides that, it take days to release, which is why I immediately take pictures of my room before and I when I check out. I didn’t receive housekeeping. I had to ask for towels and I take out the trash the whole time I was there. But they will disturb your enjoy with room checks before your check out time, if you don’t put out the do not disturb sign. The manager was nice, when I did speak with her regarding my concern.

Checked in Sunday evening, lobby was nice and the man who checked us in was also nice. Got to the room and at first glance everything looked clean. Then you start to notice the broken Sheetrock on the corners and misc spots on the wall. Then go to take a shower and there is white splatter all down the wall on the outside of the shower. Then a roach crawled under the bathroom vanity! At one point we were in the hallway and noticed something crawling on the door across from us, yup a roach! We are packing up the couple things we had taken out of our bags and I see a tiny rouch crawl and go behind the outlet plate cover! I was done. We checked out! Also the shuttle is not complimentary, it is $10 a person. Which was not told to us by the front desk when we asked about waiting, luckily another person asked if we had our ticket before the shuttle arrived. For almost $700 it was VERY disappointed. Oh! And when we were checking the bed it had a very large stain on the mattress, and normally I don’t pull it all back that much but the bottom sheet didn’t cover the mattress so that’s how I even saw it, but was really gross.

Incredibly disappointed in this location. We selected it because of proximity to AT&T Stadium and prior reviews. The best part was that it was walking distance to the stadium and offered plentiful free parking. But it was downhill from there. Overall dingy appearance in common area, scuff marks on walls and had an odor. Room was made up nicely, but had water damaged cracked and peeling ceiling. I believe there is mold in the room, as my allergies were immediately triggered. The air conditioning was loud, making it impossible to sleep. The sheets didn’t fit and kept pulling off the corner of the bed. The pool was an absolute nightmare, thankfully we weren’t there to swim but I know many families select these types of hotels for the breakfast and pool for kids. It was green, full of diet and grime and 100% unusable. All around disappointed and will not return to this location or other Comfort Suites.

The room was nice the only problem we had was that the light in the lounge area did not work and the lighting wasn’t the best. But would stay here again we got a suit and the bed was huge and comfortable

Overall, we enjoyed it. The room (suite) was great, and the location in Arlington was perfect. The only negative is that we were told management decided to no longer allow snacks, drinks, or misc purchases to be added to the room charge and that they had to be purchased immediately. It's not that big of a deal, but it can be irritating if you are like us and hit the snacks a couple of times each night.

We were there for a weekend wedding and our short stay there was very pleasant. Everything worked well in our room and the bed was comfortable. The pool was green and needed attention but we didn't have any intentions on using it since we were gone most of the time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but the room felt sticky and humid. The temperature was cool but the humid air blowing from the ac isn't good for allergy sufferers. The bathroom was dark and didn't have enough lighting to see well. The breakfast was great. There was a great selection of food and plenty of it considering it was very busy with people.

The lobby and rooms were very clean. As soon as I stepped in the lobby I could smell that they had been cleaning. The only slight bad thing was the bathroom was dark. There was a light in the bathroom but not bright at all.

Was put on the 4th floor, elevator was unavailable...you had to call front desk and wait for someone to send the elevator... took stairs every time... also on 4th floor the ice machine was out of order. My bathroom had a huge hair ball on the toilet seat. Pool patio was full of ants and mosquitoes.

Got there 1hr early and receptionist at the time said I couldn’t check in. Come back in 1hr. I did and got put in a handicapped room. AC was making all kinds of noises. Went to the reception and the NEW girl was way nicer and let me change rooms.

I asked via message if I could have a late check out and I received a message yes and they moved my check out from 11 AM to 12 noon. Then I called and spoke to the front desk. A male gentleman told me my reservations were still current and pending my arrival. I explained I would be there closer to 11 11:30 PM. He said that that was not a problem I arrived, and they told me my cancel. My reservation was not valid. They cannot find me in the system they couldn’t explain who I spoke to even though they confirm the number that was on my call. History was their phone number. They couldn’t explain how I received a late check out notice and they said that my reservation number was invalid so despite all those things, they told me, they did not have my reservation, and they cannot offer me a room. I do not recommend them.

It was a nice place to stay; however, staying on the 4th floor the ice machine didn’t work. So had to go to another floor to get ice and either had to take the stairs or call front desk to ask for an elevator. Hope that is fixed before I go back or will not stay on the 4th floor.
