Absolutely loved The Firefly. Staff was very kind and super helpful. The Spa was very clean and had all the good stuff🤗. Great views from our beautiful room and it was quiet. Easy walk to the shops and restaurant and short walk to the glacier express gondola. I can’t say enough about The Firefly. Definitely going back!

This property is overrated. What you see in the photographs, when you arrive is not how you think. I regretted it, I think in Zermatt there are better options for a lower price and a more accurate location !!!!

Firefly is a wonderful place in a great location with outstanding service. Our family of 5 really enjoyed the extra space versus traditional hotel rooms. The common spaces were fun and inventive, the finishes high end, the breakfast convenient and delicious. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect stay! Hotel is extremely clean and thoughtful. Spa and pool are luxurious and relaxing! Warming room, aroma therapy steam room, beautiful pool, nice! High end furnishing and bedding. Close distance to lift and views of Matterhorn right outside the door. Bar looks amazing. Our family very much enjoyed our stay.

One of my favorite hotels I stayed at in Switzerland. Hotel is very unique and the staff show great attention towards guest. Awesome pool and hot tub. The hotel has a cozy bar with a variety of drinks and a massive amount of different Gins. Will definitely stay at this location again.

The property is spectacular and one of the best in Zermatt. Facilities are excellent with a great indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The gym is great. It was an excellent bar which is super popular. Most of all, the service is world class. Staff is amazing. Room were very spacious.

Perhaps the most welcoming experience that we have had. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very good, walking distance to lifts and to a broad range of restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi have a unique vibe. Highly recommended as a top choice in Zermatt.

Friendly staff greeted us at train station. Loaded all our luggage and even delivered to the room. Fantastic suite. Breakfast delivered to the room every morning! Bartender makes fantastic cocktails! Several deer came to visit every morning! Will definitely stay again💕😀

We had an AMAZING stay at hotel Firefly. The staff and owners were very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met. The breakfast was outstanding quality and quantity. The whole hotel including gym, spa and pool were cleaned to a very high standard. We would highly recommend this hotel.

And when you check out they hold the luagge for you and you can go site seeing. After you done, they can deliver your luagge to the train station. Second, the free breakfast is so luxury like a dinner. When they clean up they even fold my clothes and clean my own stuff for me. At last, when we go hiking, they even provide you the hiking backpack. Overall, this is a REALLY SUPER luxury experience for us. We are highly recommended to other.

Our stay at Hotel Firefly was simply amazing. If you’re considering a trip to Zermatt and want to stay somewhere that has everything you need, is clean and well maintained, located in a perfect spot and operated by a team of staff I would now consider friends, look no further. The hotel itself is beautiful with a really fun interior style, lobby bar, games room, and a secure ski room. We found it to be the perfect size too – with just a few floors and 3-4 rooms on each floor we felt like we actually got to know the other hotel guests, making some fun memories at the lobby bar every night. Thank you, Sylvia, (our fellow Torontonian) and Kristyna for serving us very delicious cocktails and wine every night. The post dinner evening bar conversations were something that we looked forward to every night. The reception team was beyond incredible, helping make suggestions and reservations for dinner, last minute spa appointments, as well as providing detailed instructions to find the stops we wanted along the ski hills. A special shout out to Simone who really made us feel at home from the moment we walked in the door, leaving us beautiful flowers and chocolate after our engagement and the ongoing support to make our vacation special. Thanks to Rui for the thoughtful celebratory wine and chocolate. Wishing we could eat the amazing breakfast of local yogurt and jam for breakfast every morning in Toronto. This hotel is absolutely fabulous - the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating; the rooms are huge and clean; we had a delicious breakfast served to us in our room every morning; we received free welcome drinks at the hotel bar which were great, etc. This is also a great place to stay if you're planning on skiing - it's a less than 5 min walk down the road to the nearest lift.Do not hesitate - this is the place to stay in Zermatt!
