This was just a 1night stay for the polar express train ride so it served its purpose. The room was warm and comfortable but there was lady bugs everywhere. Also at 6:00 in the morning our smoke detector started going off randomly and beeped for a solid 10min before randomly cutting off. When calling the front desk we were asked “is someone taking a hot shower?” Which we all got a kick out of. Overall it was a good experience, close to down town attractions and eating joints, and had the amenities listed.

All of the desk staff was very friendly. The room and beds very comfortable. We appreciated that it was pet friendly! Would definitely stay here again.

Nearky fell in a handicap room. Water on the floor. Pipe under the sink was leaking very badly. I could've asked for another room but was settled in & ready for bed. I put the garbage can underneath.

Enjoyed my stay and great location for polar express train ride….

The staff was extremely helpful! The hotel was a little dated and needed new paint and holes in walls repaired! I still felt that everything was clean. The toilet was extremely small and not suitable for adults!

Bed was very hard. Room didn’t get cleaned while staying. Had to request towels.

There is absolutely nothing around this hotel. It sits off the interstate by itself surrounded by trees. It’s about a mile to the town of Bryson city. There is no restaurant at the hotel. If you’re looking for somewhere just to sleep it’s quiet. this is a place for you, the rooms are clean. They are however very small. I was traveling by myself in a one Double bed room and I felt claustrophobic. This is definitely asleep for the night and move on.

Nice quiet area…but some staff aren’t too friendly.

I had never been in a hotel with a price list for taking things from the room!!! The rooms seem to be run down but comfortable.

The entire place was sketchy, a long with some of the employees. Filthy room, broken security lock, stopped up bathtub, broke toilet paper holder. Had to call from the front desk to talk to employee. Never ever would stay there again

We were just here one night. We appreciated that it was very quiet throughout the night. Easy check in and out. Light breakfast, but available.

We had a single night stay. The check-in and out were both easy. I was delighted by the breakfast, especially the Belgian waffles. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. It was comvenient to the Smokey Mt train ride.

A couple of the lights in room did not work. Otherwise it was fine.

Dirty toilet. Needs paint in halls. Breakfast wasn't worth eating.

Friendly staff. Didn’t find it a good value based on the size of the room and lack of a fridge and microwave. Also not a fan of water softener water. But it was clean and a quiet location away from major road traffic.

I was a room. It was third floor and over look a parking lot. The room was small and was suppose to had a queen size bed, but got a double.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient to where we were planning to be. The staff was very nice and it was clean and quiet.

The hotel itself was nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our issue was with the HVAC unit in the room. They were not installed properly so that the condensation tray in the bottom of the unit doesn't drain, and you get the mold and mildew smell blown into the room when the unit is running. If you have allergies to mold and mildew as I do this is a killer for you. So my stay was not as I had hoped.

The rooms were pretty small. Hence the name I guess. It was clean and fine for a very short stay

great people at this hotel. friendly, accommodating and willing to help resolve problems. The only complaint we had was the AC/heat unit when on was putting out mold and mildew smell to the point where my allergies went wild. we had to turn it off and open the window in order to make it through the night.

Room was small but clean. No microwave and no fridge. Light in entry way above desk did not work, so had to navigate a dark room to find a light switch. Brought it to the attention of the front desk the next morning. Said they would check it out, but never did. So spent the next 2 nights fumbling for a light switch that worked. I understand light bulbs burn out, but should have been fixed once it was brought to the attention of the staff. Probably won't stay here again.

The room we were originally assigned to had the most terrible smell. I’ve never requested a different room @ a hotel but there’s always a first. It smelled like old urine in the carpet. My daughter was gagging. It was bad. The staff were friendly & helpful getting us in another room. Other than that, everything else was fine.
