Sharon and her staff made us feel so welcomed from the moment we arrived with their warm and professional service. They exceeded our expectations by being overly accommodating to our needs and available to answer questions we had about Mykonos. The hotel's location is ideal, offering easy access to popular restaurants and bars while still providing a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. Thank you Sharon!

Loved the place. Easy access to Mykonos town.

Not a 4-star property! The standard is way too low for 4-star so if you expect a luxury feeling don’t book this. Location ok if you enjoy a lot of walking up and down. The wind is crazy and of course stronger the higher up you are.

Our experience at Konstantine was nothing short of exceptional. The room was perfect, the service impeccable, and the hospitality warm and welcoming. Located atop a hill, the hotel offers breathtaking views and is just 500-600 meters from the city center.
For those looking to explore the island, Konstantine is ideally situated on one of the main roads, making it easy to navigate Mykonos. Renting a car is highly recommended, and the hotel's large parking lot right in front adds to the convenience.
Overall, Konstantine provides a wonderful blend of luxury, comfort, and accessibility, making it the perfect choice for anyone visiting Mykonos.

This is our second time visiting Villa Konstantin. We visited in 2019 and came back in September 2023
With our adult son. We didn’t think it was possible, but the property is even better now than we remembered! The staff are lovely and very accommodating. They assisted with taxis from the port (there are only about 32 on the island so it’s a good idea to do it in advance) and even a rental car. They gave us a map of the area and even made great food recommendations. We felt taken care of and loved watching the sunset and the moon rise in the outside common areas. Thanks again… ευχαριστώ

My wife and I stayed at this property for 3 nights
Jasmine. Poppy, Sharon & her husband were really helpful. They went above and beyond to help us and recommended amazing places to eat and explore
Morning breakfast was superb
House keeping staff was amazing
Recommended places
1. Adelon Sunset Bar no minimum spend however you can get the same view as 180 degree sunset bar
2. Scooter hire
3. Kalafatis beach
4. Petrino Aquarius near Kalafatis beach
Would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful family run property in a quiet area above the main town with great views. Very helpful staff and only a three minute walk to a super market. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The service was probably the best I have ever received. We travelled as a couple and it was like we were visiting family they were that warm and welcoming.
From the moment we arrived Sharon and Jasmine made us feel relaxed and truly like nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful glass of wine and beer later We were able to view another available room and we had the chance to upgrade to a hottub room for just a very small charge, what a wonderful gesture that made us feel looked after and relaxed. The breakfast was amazing- still dreaming of the Greek yoghurt and honey! The location was fabulous, just a short walk downhill into Mykonos Town and a short walk back up- if you get out of breath just stop and look at the views!! Great value all round.
Honestly the hospitality was second to none and I really do want to visit again or move to Villa Konstantin for the Summer months!!

Felt like being hosted by friends! The hotel is nice, well kept and is run by a lovely welcoming family. They were very attentive and gaves us nice suggestions on how to explore the island. It was my husband's birthday and they even ordered a birthday cake to mark the day. They also suggested a great restaurant for us to go on the day. We had a spacious room, with temperature control (useful as not every day is wam in Mykonos at this time of the year) and the hot tub. The hotel has a nice pool area with amazing view of the Chora and the sea. It is a short walk to Mykonos town (10-15min) but the path can be quite steep at times. Everything worked very well and whatever minor issues cane up were promptly adressed. They are extremely helpful. We would definitely stay again with much pleasure!

The staff were so polite and nice. Relaxing by the pool was a lovely way to spend a day in Mykonos followed by a short (hilly) walk into the town. Also surprisingly for Greece, the mattress was excellent

Property is beautiful but room was little small. Hot tub was great and staff was very friendly. They even did a free pick from the port.

A professional, friendly and attentive team running the set up at Villa Konstantin. Very welcoming and went out of their way to help however they could - be it directions, recommendations or reservations.
We enjoyed our stay in a Sea View Studio, it was spacious, comfortable and well styled. There were also some great sunset views from the terrace - really enjoyable with a bottle of wine and far more relaxing than wrestling with the crowds in the Old Town.
Breakfast was also one of the best out of our various accomodations across the islands.
Our only points of mention would be that the cleaning was not very thorough on a couple of occasions (hairs on clean bedding, hairs in corners of the room, sink not cleaned etc) but nothing that left us feeling uncomfortable. Also the walk into the Old Town was very rocky, likely due to building works in the area during our stay. We expected the hills and duration of walk which were fine, however the path was very unmade in parts.

If you want to feel like you have a family in Mykonos this is the place to stay. Sharon and her team go beyond your expectations. Traditional greek breakfast is delicious, there is a short cut to downtown 20 minutes you’re there. Hotel has a nice bar for your pool and afternoon drinks. Sharon’s daughter Popi arranged for me to purchase there honey (so addictive) in Athens. We stayed 3 nights, and I’m so grateful we found Villa Konstantin….Opa!

The location was perfect, a small distance away from the old town that you can be away from all the crowds, but close enough to get in when you want. The hosts were so sweet and friendly, always chatting to us and made us feel extremely welcome. They have a taxi service available too which was really handy to get around the island.
The breakfast is superb, and the rooms are clean.
It had a homely, quaint and fantastic feel all around. Would highly recommend.

Villa Konstantin, Mykonos Town, Mykonos, South Aegean, Greece
When you travel abroad you try to choose the best location, best room etc. Sometimes you come across a property that checks off all the key points to make your stay comfortable. Villa Konstantin met and exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous building and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Our deluxe studio room was beyond our expectations, the housekeeping staff was efficient, attentive, with great bed/linen and high-quality service all with fabulous views of the Aegean Sea. The breakfast was perfect, with tons of healthy choices to meet anyone’s needs, (the coffee was amazing!).
The resort is located approx.800 meters from Mykonos Town, the very picturesque capital of Mykonos Island. The path to the town takes you on a very scenic view of Mykonos town and harbour. You will also come across the most sought-after IG photo spot on top of the church along the path (make sure to ask for directions). You are also very close within walking distance to several restaurants, COVID testing centers and the food market.
What makes this exceptional property even grander is the owner and the staff. They were gracious and knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed and relaxed. I particularly like to thank Sharon Graham the owner, you will never meet a more warm human anywhere. Their motto is YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME, I am confident they should add, customer when you enter, a friend when you leave

This is our second stay in Villa Konstantin in as many visits to Mykonos, and I am as delighted as the first time. Location is unbeatable, just 10 mins walking and you are in the center of Mykonos town without worries about parking. Awesome Beaches are 10-15 mins drive from Villa Konstantin as well as amazing restaurants, but the best of Villa Konstantin are the owners and their staff. they are so friendly, and they will make you feel like home!!
Next time I will stay there again!!!!

Beautiful property and although the views were nice from hotel, it was a trek up and down to go to city center. To go anywhere else, would need to get taxi or transfer (cost can add up) or trek to bus stop.

Most amazing stay in Mykonos, great hospitality, amazing views, unparalleled sunsets and nice breakfast. Sharon was such a great host and a pleasure to know. The location to town and the pool area is beautiful. We stayed in the family villa which was a little run down but the hotel owner assured us that it is going to be updated before next season. For the price and the location we were satisfied with our stay.
