Fantastic view from our flat and balcony 2nd floor onto the City and the Grande Plage with the emblematic lighthouse of Biarritz. We spent 5 fantastic days, and strongly recommend this hotel for the best couple / romantic / scenic / adventurous / tasteful experience of Biarritz. Not to mention the highly skilled and friendly staff of the hotel, good job to you all. We will come back again and again. Thanks.

Excellent position , great view, but noisy road. Room large and comfortable. Well equipped.This hotel does not provide daily room servicing, Building generally a bit tired, but position in town and again the view make up for a lot.

Great central property for our 4 night stay. Had a seaview room on 4th floor which was great for having breakfast and evening drinks on the balcony. Plenty towels and toiletries hairdryer in bathroom 👍 Enjoyed the swimming pool with weather being good - the property had warnings up saying paddling pool out of use due to problems but plenty sunbeds and brollies for use by it as well. Did not use resturant so cannot comment.

We loved everything about our stay, especially the sea views! The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed. The only problem I encountered was getting to and from the ( excellent, heated) pool. The handle to get through the gate needs a lot of strenght to be pushed in, which I, and I assume, elderly people, don't have,! Otherwise, everything was brilliant - and we are planning to return.

Centrally located with brilliant views over the city. Heated swimming pool. Friendly staff. Easy on site parking. Easily walkable into centre via back streets or by walking along the sea front.

The hotel is very pleasant and offers great location close to the beach and to the shops, restaurants and town centre which are 5-10 minutes walk. It has heated pool outside, althouth the puddling pool for kids was closed. The hotel is clean and we enjoyed breakfast in the morning, which is offered for additional charge. The view from the window and the balcony overlooking the ocean was also one of the highlights. Thank you to all the staff in the hotel. We had a great time.

Really helpful staff, we loved the pool and the location! Although the apartments were basic they were clean and well equipped! Nice touch having ice made in the freezer! Appreciated the fan as no air con and the clothes rack to dry out swimwear on was handy! Only one lift working so a bit of a wait at times and we did hear a lot of noise from the family above which was a little annoying!

A cracking property! We loved the location; close to Les Halles (food market), the petit plage, shops, restaurants, all within 5/10 mins walk. We also loved having a kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the sea. The 17m pool (heated at end of May!) with sun loungers was also awesome!

Toilet didn’t work. 2 elevators only one worked and took almost 30 mins for it to arrive each time. No good food. Very bad hotel in general

Upon arrival - greeted with extremely friendly staff, and this continued throughout the stay. We came to surf, and found that this hotel was situated perfectly between both main beaches. We stayed in room 702 and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Loads to do in the area, for both the dry and odd wet day that we experienced! Definitely looking forward to coming back to Biarritz, but more importantly to Le Grand Large 🏄‍♂️🏄‍♀️

I was lucky enough to get a room with an ocean view. While it isn't the newest hotel, eating dinner while enjoying the sunset on the balcony and watching the surfers was unforgettable. It was also very nice to have a kitchen.

The property was as expected. The only thing i can say i found unusual was that we were expected to clean our room before check out. We were to take out our own garbage and vacuum if needed, or wash our own dishes. Dishes makes sense, and of course i dont mind taking out our garbage, its just very unusual, and i was shocked that we should be expected to vacuum. But the room was as advertized. The bed wasnt very comfortable though.

The breakfast was very good but only 2 coffee machines for so many people was not enough. Staff very friendly if I go back to Biarritz I will definitely stay there again . The view from the balcony was marvellous !

We had in fact a very spacious apartment as our room. Interior and decoration needs a update. Everything worked and was clean. Building at perfect location. Only remark is that it had no airco.

Charming hotel with a nice pool and fantastic sea views if you can manage a higher floor. The rooms themselves were also done with a lot of care and welcoming to pets.

For starters even though we were early checking in, there was no effort to get us a room, we waited from 12:30 to 4:30 to be able to get in the room. ( they have a very late check in time :4 pm.)Still,we were the only ones at the lobby and they weren’t able to get us in on time. I booked an ocean view unit.We got a unit on the 2 floor right above the main entrance facing a big building, yes, standing outside the balcony I could see the ocean through some trees and on the right. Also, it was super noisy ( starting with motorcycles at 6:30 am)and since there is no a/c you have no choice but to leave the windows open. The location is good with easy access to main places in town. If you are driving the parking is good and convenient. Would not stay again.Worst stay of our 60 days trip through Europe. Definitely ask for a high floor.

It was clean on arrival but no cleaning was done during our 4 night stay. It would be fine for a night or two with young children but the beds are not suitable for larger teens. Our bed was fine. The view and the location are excellent but no cleaning during the whole stay leaves a bad taste.

La habitscion esta bien para 2 personas, si van mas personas, como en nuestro caso que fuimos 3, la tercer persona tiene que dormir en una cama marinera, en un ambiente sin ninguna ventilacion o luz. Lo bueno es que la vista del balcon era espectacular

Ok, first of all this is not a hotel, it’s an apartment building, so they won’t provide anything in the room other than 2 hand towels and 2 small size bath towels. There’s no toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, etc, you have to buy them from a supermarket. Expedia didn’t do a good job describing the property. Also, there’s no house keeping unless you request it for a fee. No air conditioning in the rooms or in the common areas. Breakfast is very basic for 12 Euro, I recommend eating outside. Rooms condition is poor, dated furniture, cracked and unfinished wall repairs. You have a broom and a mop bucket and stick in the closet. Toilet is in separate closure than the bathroom with no ventilation. Receptionists are not friendly, they’re reluctant to help you with information or direction, they could be rude if ask to many questions.

Nice hotel, spacious and home like rooms with small kitchen, spacious balcony, good pool area and especially superb location, close to Cote de Basque beach, restaurants, and also Le Grande Plage beach. Aircon would have been plus since it was very hot during couple days of our stay(38C), but i understood that high temps are rare in the area. Information could have been better (like need to topup toilet papers yourself, no cleaning during stay etc.), just happened to learn those.
