Wonderful hotel with great service and a varied and good breakfast. Nice size room, but I wish there was a wardrobe or some other furniture upstairs in the bedroom area so I could unpack. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

Great location and clean and comfortable room. Pillows were way too soft and uncomfortable. We ordered pizza from room service and it was very thin and not properly cooked. We could taste the raw dough. Receptjonist said everyone enjoys the pizza. We didn’t. Great breakfast options.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were tastefully and stylishly decorated. The beds were very comfortable and it was very clean. Our room was cleaned everyday during our 4 night stay. As for the breakfast, there was a huge variety and well presented. The staff very very nice, polite and effecient. The location was perfect l, only minutes walk to the central area, yet it was a quiet area (we did go in October so not sure what its like in other periods). If i were to come again i'd definitely stay here. Thought i'd share a couple of restaurants that were very reasonably priced and really good Czech food : Kozlovna U Paukerta and Restaurace Stoleti very close by.

Nice hotel in the heart of Prague on the edge of Old Town and New Town, so perfect for exploring everywhere on foot and one minute from the main tram line. Our room smelt of BO so we asked to change. Staff obliged but our new room wasn't clean. We found a clump of foreign hair. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied but the hot food was luke warm. We got a bottle of prosecco on arrival and there is free prosecco in reception. The room overlooked a courtyard so no views. Overall great location but needs to be cleaner. A 4 star not a 5 star.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The room was well stocked with the things you need and a little bit more. This means they care about your stay and that is very much appreciated. I enjoyed the breakfast, lots of options and variety including things not found at other hotels. The security/hallway guy was a highlight. He was helpful and friendly.

A very nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious in comparison to the more centrally located hotels with similar price. It was very nice that breakfast was included in the price, Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. Old Town Square was only 11 minutes’ walk and Charles Bridge 14 minutes’ walk from the hotel. This hotel is a good deal for any people who are active and can walk decently well.

Cozy hotel room that was super quiet. Great counter service from a young lady with a black bob haircut. Good location, only an easy stroll to the town the town center. Breakfast was good but VERY busy with lots of dinners. Only little quirk was the shower was a little awkward in the bathtub.

The hotel is in a fantastic location for walking to most historical sights. Close to mass transit. A small park nearby for jogging. The breakfast included in the room price has an excellent and the service is also excellent.

We had a great time at this hotel. The food was delicious, and everything was very clean. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city, making it easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even gave us some nice freebies because it was one of our birthdays – such a sweet surprise! Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its great service, location, and food.

Over the stay was comfortable. The hotel certainly isn’t a 5 star, a 3 star by any other standards. The double rooms are ok, two single beds pushed together is always a disappointment. We stayed on the 4 floor which was unusually set out with a set of stairs up to the room. The breakfast was pretty good, a large variety of dishes, hit, cold, sweet plus Prosecco if you wished to. Over all an average stay.

The hotel has an excellent location. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The only thing, and this is big to us, is that the curtains did not cover the entire window, so there was a lot of street light making it very difficult to sleep. There were no blackout shades on the window.
