Comfortable hotel, good for family trip. Good breakfast with American and Taiwanese cuisine. Taste okay but not excellent.

This Hotel Check in time is 4 PM (which rare already), and the staff still delayed my check in time to 4:30pm. Make me stand at their front desk half an hour (without reason / explanation). And, continue provide rooms to other customer. Do you know to switch a room for an on time customer ?? And, The room windows is very dirty, with have Bird Poo stick outside.

Hotel in the city centre, about 12 min walk from the City Hall train station. Interesting it still uses physical room key, which I have not seen for 10 years!

Room is not clean; a lot of dust. And even had asked to change bed, the house keeper skipped changing the bed sheet.

Clean and good value. The breakfast buffet is excellent. They are still using “real” room key. This is very outdated and I had to be careful about not losing it.

Disappointing Hotel Stay My recent stay was a letdown. I waited endlessly for a 4 PM check-in, disrupting my afternoon plans. The front desk service lacked hospitality experience. The room was damp, musty, and the wallpaper peeling. Promised amenities like a dehumidifier never materialized, and the air quality was terrible. I got sick after one night. Yongfeng Zhan falsely advertises a fitness center, saunas, and a pool using outdated photos. In reality, these facilities have been removed, leaving only a basic gym on a high floor. The lobby now features plastic flowers and a strong, unpleasant scent. There's no assistance with luggage, and staff training seems lacking. Despite the cost, the hotel falls short of a three-star experience, let alone five-star. Under new management, maintenance and improvement have been neglected. The atmosphere feels oppressive, and cleanliness has declined. In summary, Yongfeng Zhan no longer lives up to its past reputation. Don't be deceived by the price and images. I hope my review helps those considering a reservation."

The staff were super friendly but the hotel is a little old and and the breakfast was not great. My main gripe with this hotel is that the swimming pool and gym are not part of the hotel (one of my main reasons for staying there). The pool and gym are located in a members health spa in another building. (you have to leave the hotel to get to them). It's not easy to get into the pool and it was full of non hotel guests. The experience was not enjoyable and i would not recommend it.

The cap of the Fire sprinkler in the room fell off during our stay... it made us feel that the room is a bit old! But we were happy with all the other things and services! Nice stay

We decided on the hotel based on the pictures, but the room and building we stayed in was across the road from the new building that was advertised. The room was fine but the hotel rather dated. Buffet wasn’t great, and masks weren’t required, with much of the food without barriers. The hotel is fine but not what we were looking for.

Definitely got ripped off by the pictures!! NO F*ING WAY this is a 4.5 star hotel... maybe a 2 at most! Breakfast was also disappointing due to limited options. Expect this place to be extremely old.Our shower handle kept coming off, toilet barely flushed, and shower door wouldnt shut... Don’t recommend!
