I booked two rooms, non of the rooms were ready (An hours wait for each room) The front office staff informed me that previous guests were late checking out. I was informed the would give us an upgrade, this was not done. There were multiple guests who had to wait, as their rooms were also not ready. Weak management not ensuring guests check out on time, led to other guests having to wait At breakfast I had to ask for plates, napkins and for the buffet to be refilled (Most of the food was finished) There was no butter, no rice, no noodles, what was there was cold. I initially thought I was late for breakfast, this was 09:15, breakfast finished at 10:30. We checked in for breakfast at the cashier desk, one room came with breakfast (Pre booked) and the second room would pay for breakfast. This was no issue until, another member of staff chased us around the buffet with the book, asking us what room, we need to pay despite already doing this, I was embarrassed. Whilst eating breakfast, the same female member of staff who followed us around the buffet started to shout at another member of staff at the back of the restaurant. I appreciate hotels can be busy and I know things don’t always run smoothly, however too many issues prompted my negative review.

We were there for a wedding and put up only for one night but we have stayed here before. We like that the place is quiet. Best get the rooms facing the lake as they got a good view. The other rooms are facing the older wing of the hotel (houses a spa). It is a dated property but it is well maintained. Location is excellent as it is near shopping complexes and near to the Akleh highway so you can get to KL town center in a short while.

Room is old & dirty, no tooth brash and toilet floor mat are given. Function music too loud until 1120pm ..that is not the worst.. No parking for guest request to park their car. I parked valet parking... 1205am call me to move to carpark .. I drove into carpark there isn't any lot. WT... Woke me up.. ..what happened to this hotel...OMG

The worst stay ever! Room was smelly, staircase dirty. Toilet flushed water which was brown. TV only had one channel. Hotel by the “lake” filled with rubbish. Staff were apologetic and tried to be helpful but the general condition and upkeep of the hotel was very poor. Expedia should not be promoting this kind of hotel to visitor as the overall impression is very poor.

I like the ambience of the hotel, but the facilities are quite bad. The plug point at the dressing table and mainhall is not functioning, the mini bar is not functioning too. We just stayed for a day, so no time to wait for the maintenance to get it fixed. The pillow is not fluffy.

Toilet cleanliness was not at expected level. Scary experiences at night. Weird sound from the corridor. Not a comfy nice sleep throughout the nite. Noisy AC compressor. But what do you expect from MYR 1++ / night hotel ?
