The bed wasn't very comfortable, but otherwise, I have zero complaints.

My stay was a quick 2 night stay. I booked with extended stay to have the convenience of a kitchette, however, there was nothing stocked in the room. If you wanted even a fork, you had to request it from the hotel. I wanted a quiet weekend where i didnt have to interact with people if i didnt want to. Instead of the convenience of the kitchenette, i chose not to interact with anyone. A bit disappointing that the detail about the kitchen supplies wasn't listed in the info about the property.

I have stayed at a few extended stay hotels and ALWAYS dreaded it, so my expectations were not very high. However this hotel by far is a diamond in the rough. I have been pleasantly surprised and impressed with the hospitality and cleanliness of this hotel!! Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Was not the greatest i ended up getting there at 3:30am for check in the lady that checked me in did not have the best welcoming attitude, she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her for being there. She couldn't update the sign in pad took her 15 times to get it to update and acted like it was my fault that her pad thing was not updating. All she had to do was give it a little time to update. I can understand that but she would not let it finsh updating and kept restarting the download I tried telling her to give it a minute or two and she would not listen to me. Now I just got done driving for 13 hours it was 3:30 in the morning I needed to sleep and had to use the restroom as i could not find a place to stop that would let me use there restroom and I got nothing but attitude. Then she gave me a room number after all that for a room that did not even exist. We ended up trying to find a room on the 2nd floor that was not there. Went back to ask why i cant find this room? Took another 5mins for a new room number and now that it is 4:45am i get to my room and I was happy to get to use the restroom it was clean enough, the bed was decent, room was fairly clean not the greatest but clean enough the mini fridge did have some other person's food in it, it was fuzzy spaghetti that was a bit discussing. Overall not a great experience very disappointed.

This was a nice place to spend a night on the road. Close to restaurants. Room was clean, good internet and friendly staff. Breakfast was minimal, a snack bar and coffee.

Carpet looked dirty, lumpy beds and pillows. Needs an update. Good room size, quiet. Online ad misleading, booked two queens, ended up with doubles. Ad said breakfast, but is "grab and go", limited selection. Next time I'll pay more and stay in a nicer place.

There was no one at the front desk when we checked in and no one when we left, we had to ring a bell to get someone. There were a couple of men in hoodies hanging around outside, not sure what they were doing but it did make me a little uncomfortable. The lobby was nice and welcoming with a grab and go box for people in a hurry. Our room had a couple of issues: The left side of the bed was so close to the wall that I had to turn sideways in order to get into bed. There wasn't a nightstand or plug on that side so I had to plug my phone into the lamp which wasn't close by. In addition, the pillows were flat. The shower had a place for shower gel and shampoo but the holder had been removed and no shower gel provided (there was a complimentary small bottle of shampoo).

The bed. The bed was awful. Springs were constantly popping. I woke up not rested and extremely sore. We've stayed here many times but this maybe the last.

Water in bathtub drain real slow. Bathtub has a dirty ring around bath tub. Dirt in crack of bathroom floor.

The only negative was that there was not a lot of green space for walking dogs and the guests did not clean up after their dogs, so what grass there was was littered with poop bombs.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Rooms could have been cleaner. Bathroom vents and toilet was not cleaned. Doors need repainted. An older building that needs some TLC. Key didn’t work after first night stay. I was supposed to get a credit because they didn’t have the King bed I reserved. I haven’t seen the credit yet. The beds in my room need replaced. They are old and not very comfortable.

We spent Monday and Friday nights. My husband is in a wheelchair and when I reserved rooms six weeks ahead I was told there were recliners in every room. He has to sleep in one. Monday night..no recliner. Had to ask for one. Plus he couldn’t get in the bathroom because of his chair. We had asked for a handicapped room They were full Monday night and we could get one. I’m 73 and I had to manually help him to the restroom. Not happy. They guaranteed us one Friday night. Yes we got one. No bathroom soap and the hair dryer wouldn’t work! Never again!! Probably all the handicapped rooms were taken by people who could walk!!
