The only faults I could find was on the beverage side . The food was excellent as was the cocktails . The fact they only sold craft beers and a very limited selection at that , along with only selling wine by the bottle when I only want a glass or two , struck me as being a very, very odd business decision After the first night , I ate in town where I had a great selection of wines by the glass and copious different beers to choose from . The hotel itself is a gem just needs a bit of a shake up on the service side / promotions

This resort was a little ways out of Hua Hin but besides that it was a really nice place. The service and cleanliness was outstanding. Absolutely great breakfast. Very nice beach. Smaller resort and very quiet. Staff was wonderful!

Receptionist counter staff not polite and show the bad face to customer. The room & bathroom interior design is problem, easy get hurt because design in hard wood and not even. I booked for deluxe room but they need to extra charge for kid.

Reception staff service very bad, not friendly. Hotel price not worth with the hotel service. Not a good experience staying in this hotel although the hotel view very nice. Won’t come back anymore. Not recommend to come this hotel, they not provide any good service.

hotel is nice, but old. I came for a weekend in January, and the place was empty. I asked for a free upgrade, I didn't get. They are doing renovations of their rooms, and the gave me the only room, which surroundings have hammering all day! I wanted to talk to the manager, but this place is so empty, even the manager is away. The breakfast was also a nightmare. Since there are no guest, the breakfast is A'la cart. There is a choice between pork menu 1 and pork menu 2. Basically bacon and eggs with pork sausage or without pork sausage. I don't eat pork, so I was hoping tho get the fruit platter, they showed on the picture. They didn't bring any fruit!

The hotel location was superb, right at a quiet sandy beach and secluded from other hotels & tourists.
The breakfast was okay and staff good.
The receptionist/concierge services were not at par. The check in process was smooth, however, did not feel a warm welcome from the receptionist. When we asked about nearby golf courses and the prices they were very unhelpful and told us that they did not have the information.

Very nice resort about 9 kms north of Hua Hin. Right at the beach. Very nice rooms. Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Good (and price-worthy) restaurant. We were there in low season and the hotel seemed to have few guests. If it was fully booked I doubt that the sun-chairs by the pool would be sufficient and I doubt the restaurant could seat all guest. Also some minor issues in the room, eg. when you took a shower in the shower cabinet, the whole floor of the bathroom flooded, the chairs on the balcony were so uncomfortable that it was almost impossible to sit in them. But, again, staff was excellent.

The hotel is lovely, the pool area and beach views are great. The location is far from civilisation, but with transport it's easy to get into town. If you're looking for a super quiet place with a private beach, this is a great option, and the price was reasonable.

We stayed at the Haven for four nights and had a very enjoyable relaxed time.It is very pretty and the views are great, The pool is beautiful and everything is very clean. The staff were very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. It is decorated Thai style which was lovely and nice flowers everywhere. The breakfast was fine and food very good if a bit limited. Our only reservation about it is it is in an isolated location, there is nowhere to walk to either on the road or on the beach. There is a shuttle bus to Hua Hin but not in morning and the evening one was at 6.00 and returns ay 8.30 not giving enough time.We did enjoy the atmosphere compared to the hustle and bustle of Bangkok.

(I'm a Thai person) This hotel is located about 10-15 minutes from Hua-hin city center, which for visitors with cars is convenient enough. I would not suggest anyone without their own transportation to stay at this hotel. I stayed in one of their villa (room 103) with my wife. + The hotel is small, but the room is spacious with nice decor and is clean + The beach is super super (and small) private. You're basically using it with only other hotel guests and 2 other housings nearby + The main pool is quite beautiful and when you're in it, you'll get to see the whole ocean in a somewhat paranoma view. + Overall atmosphere is quiet and private, perfect for a "getaway" true but if you get bored, it's close enough to the city center + Staff is polite and good - Breakfast is not good and has a very small variations of food - The price (I booked through hotels.com) is a little high for value, in my opinion (but most hotels in Hua-hin are pricey nowadays) Overall, I gave 4 stars and it's one of the hotel I would give a "go-ahead" advise if you're interested but not one that I would definitely recommend on its own

bed was very uncomfortable, asked to have a refund. duty manager could barely speak English, no customer service skills were displayed. upgraded to sea view but bed still uncomfortable. ended up leaving after 4 nights, utterly shattered and disappointed. not the relaxing / romantic getaway that I hoped for.

Poor services provided by the staff especially those from the front desk. Very disappointed with the Wi-Fi connection at the hotel.

The hotel was beside the sea with a nice swimming pool by the beach. View from the beach and pool was very nice, although you cannot really go the beach most of the time due to the tides (mostly high during december period). Room is clean with intimate design, suitable for couples and family. Hotel ambience is calm and serene as it is far in near the beach away from the city. Breakfast was good with sufficient choices and taste was good. Free hotel shuttle to Hua Hin city was great. However, the wifi was weak in the room and could only get it at the lobby. Would definitely be back for stay in future!

Me and my boyfriend spend 2 nights at Haven Resort Hua Hin. The hotel location is far from Hua Hin Town(about 10mins drive) but the resort offer a free shutter van service to town at 2pm and 6pm daily. Overall we are quite satisfied with the resort, the only thing is if you are booking a day tour from the hotel please make sure you double confirm the reservation because we faced the problem which we already made booking but the front desk didn't arrange for us. But we are glad they manage to get the problem solve and did not disappoint us. There is nothing around the neighborhood, only the resort itself and a peaceful beach for you to enjoy. The pool area is great, the resort restaurant food is quite good too. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, Haven Resort will be a good choice!

I particularly liked that it was not a high rise building and the effect of the design was that you felt were in a more remote place than in fact you were.

It's a little bit outside of Hua Hin, so it's probably not the best if you are single and would like to have party every night. But to relax in a nice environment with wonderful view it's perfect.

it's expensive and it does not worth to pay in full price for either accommodation, environment or service. Ordinary room size and decoration. Customers are not allowed to use the swimming pool after 8 pm (unacceptable).

This was a really fantastic find. We picked it out very randomly and would recomend the hotel to anyone who wants style, comfort and great service at a reasonable rate. Its a 10 minute taxi ride out of town which we did not realise but it is well worth it

Beautiful designed hotel if you don't mind the isolation. No beach, average food menu, poor to average food quality, and $18US one-way taxi into Hua Hin strike against me returning to this hotel. Stay tooate in town and you may not get a taxi back to the hotel.

Overall is great for Haven. but just 1 thing is... While this hotel was designed for a romantic time, but the bathtub and some facilities in the room are too amall for two person.
