Super friendly and helpful desk staff, coming from an English-speaking foreigner and solo traveller myself. They offered to hold my bags during the daytime on the day I checked out, which was very kind. In an excellent location. Comfortable beds. Would return.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Property was quaint and in a wonderful part of town. Very walkable to many main attractions. Just beautiful at night and felt very safe to be out after dark. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Room and bathroom small but adequate. Thats what you get for a single room. Service was of high standard and hotel in Santa Cruz area with loads of restaurants and walking distance ( less than 5 mins) to the cathedral and alcazar.

Location is very convenient and quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful from storing my luggage to arranging a taxi for me to the airport. My room was very small, but OK for one person for one night. Our group attended the flamenco show at the hotel and it was great. I would recommend this hotel for anyone going to Sevilla.

The location is great however there were mosquitoes. When we arrived at the train station in Sevilla called and asked if they can call a taxi for us and we were told no they don’t do that.

This hotel is ideally placed near many bars and restaurants and the must see spots of the Royal Alcazar and the cathedral. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

I loved this quaint hotel in the heart of Sevilla! It was next to some Flamenco shows and in a great location. I would highly recommend it to other travelers. The staff members were outstanding!

Hotel is central to Santa Cruz. Had room 10 on ground floor - though I didn’t need it , is ‘accessible’ with large walk-in shower and single bed ( comfortable). Only issue would be it’s next to courtyard and inly windows are high up and would be hard to open also people sit and talk in courtyard till late. Breakfast items set up outside the door but was out early so didn’t bother me.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent location. Flamenco dance in same building. Just a few minutes walk to major sights, shopping, and restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Housekeeping did a great job. Room is adequate size, however not extremely spacious. Bathroom would be more functional if a small table or hooks were added to place cosmetic bag on.

Introductory price room small. We upgraded at the site and had to pay the difference. The staff was great with recommendations etc. the flamenco next door is great and you get a discount on tickets Would stay here again

Hotel staff wonderful, welcoming, helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Location is perfect. Close to sites to visit, restaurants, shops. Even has Flamenco performance within steps of front door. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a great job daily in cleaning the room. The only improvement would be to have some type shelf or small table in the bathroom to be able to place a cosmetic case on, but the rather small bathroom perhaps would not accommodate as such. Maybe a hook to hang things on would be helpful in the bathroom. The room was very clean.

For a two star in the center of the old town district central to everything you would want to see. I was pleasantly surprised all the staff were very warm, approachable, knowledgeable and showed genuine interest and care of their guests. They held my luggage checking in and out without any hesitation and no extra charges. I had there most economical room a single, and it was spotless, nice linens, tímela and toiletries. This two star could teach staff some lessons to the three and four stars si have stayed at. I highly recommend.

Perfect location for Cathedral and other tourist spots nearby. Quiet, clean room. A little tight for 3 but not bad. Convenient Flamenco show next door. Staff was very friendly.

Hotel is in a perfect location, less than five minute walk from the Cathedral and the Alcazar. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast has enough to keep you interested.
