I would not recommend this place at all..when I first got to the complex no one did an inspection of the room with me at all. Now when it’s time to leave they want to do an inspection of room. During the final inspection they find a crack in the lower part of the screen leading into the pool. Just so you know they charge for anyone coming to the room if they on not on the manifest for the room they should have done an inspection with me when I first arrived. If you can find another place please e do

Says luxury but every wall or appliance has a sign posted with rules. Too many rules posted everywhere. Literally. Washer, dryer and dishwasher also have signs posted on front saying only use from 8pm to 6am. Who goes on vacation to do laundry and wash dishes in the middle of the night. Nothing luxury about that. Every hallway including the pool says be quiet. I was with family and even felt we could not relax without breaking the rules. Cable and internet did not work at all for two days and i called the minute we checked in to have it fixed. People came and left but fixed nothing. All a big show but no service was repaired. All tvs said down for maintenance most of our stay or a frozen screen with a spinning bar. King bed was two mattresses stacked on a small boxspring. Two balconies without any chairs. Property looks great and well kept but my unit was wicker chairs in poor condition for the kitchen table and signs everywhere even one saying to use plastic spatula when using frying pans. I know what luxury is and this was not that. I found it insulting as did the rest of my family.

I always enjoy my stay and this time was no different. Got room with rooftop hot tub and the area was nice with a great view..Looking forward to next time..might even get the Penthouse 😁

The location is great. Not ocean view but a close walk. Only issue i had was the drapes in my room allowed the light in and it was hard to sleep late.

The experience was great - nothing really bad to say - maybe the low water pressure would be the only negative I can think of. Walking distance to everything - always felt safe.

The property was nice, the condo was also very nice. It was a bit smaller as shown in the pics, but nice. Unfortunately, there was nearby loud music all night and couldn’t get much sleep during the night.

The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The property is very well maintained and the landscaping is amazing. The location is so convenient to everything Jaco has to offer. Water pressure and water heat is the only thing we didn't enjoy much in the room but everything else was excellent. If we come back to Jaco, this is where we'd stay Everytime.

Third time staying here. Great furniture this time. Full apartment w/ all amenities, kitchen, laundry, multiple tv’s. Clasy place, some restictions but great overall. They work to maintain high quality.

Location of room as advertised. Many items not working, some repaired promptly others management states owner won't fix....how can you have nice large jacuzzi tub that doesn't work? Noise from disco across the street very loud early into morning, noise from maintenance crew starting 5:30 - 6.00 am....when does one get a good nights sleep.

We stayed in one of the penthouses. It includes a private deck with a jacuzzi. Our jacuzzi was very cold at first, and once you turn it on it takes a while to heat up. But once it does heat up watch out! It can get VERY hot, so my advice would be to monitor it every few hours or so if you have the time. Our condo had three bedrooms and a living area with a large sofa. The grounds are very nice and well maintained. The condos are in a gated community and there is a guard there 24/7. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were very spacious and each had their own TV and balcony. The actual penthouse has two bathrooms, and there is another half bath on the jacuzzi deck. The condos are within walking distance of numerous low and high end restaurants, and it is also close to the Jaco nightlife. Maid service comes every other day, but there is a washer and dryer in the condo if you need it. The grounds has two pools, one with a hot tub connected and a grill. The wifi was a little weak in our condo, but it wasnt a big deal to me as I wasnt sitting in the room that much anyway. All in my stay here was awesome and I would definitely return.
