Quiet and very clean

I had to check out on Saturday morning I had planned on staying Saturday night I had an emergency, and had to travel home immediately, I went to the motel front desk and explained everything, turn in my two security door cards. And checked out Saturday morning I even told them to check me for today Sunday morning I received a phone message from the motel 6 they lied and said I checked out Sunday And wanted me to pay for a night I did not even stay They were Not very honest and will not work with you if you have a emergency.

Average. Ice machine broken. Pet was welcome but no place to let them walk Dirty entrance.

Clean. Simple. Good

Staff needs to smile. They act like it’s a chore to take care of the people, like they don’t enjoy their job. Smile and be friendly would go a long way

The gal at front desk was wonderful. We had car problems and they let us stay n the room for a few more hours til the mechanic could fix the car. Very much appreciated.

Front desk personnel were great. Especially loved check in! Room was freezing when I checked in. Air conditioning was set too low.

Staff was very friendly. We went in knowing it was a discount hotel chain and it went above our expectations. It wasn’t the most comfortable bed and pillow, but it was perfect for just a place to sleep!

Front desk was very helpful. Asked for a ground floor room for our dog and she was able to switch our room. We then had issues with the toilet and had to move rooms which she was great about.

Okay place to stay

Very good over all. There was an issue with the tv so we had to change rooms. Cleaning staff missed a few items from previous guest. Room still appeared to be clean. Overall not a bad stay.

Nice clean good location would say again have stayed befor.

Helpful staff

The beds are horrible. The matress are nice, but they are on top of a skinny legged metal posts and slide around a lot. The lady who checked me in was not super nice. She was nice, but didn’t really act Like she wanted to be there.

The wost hotel experience ever!

We have never stayed in a motel 6 so clean. It’s not new, just have people who have respect for their work. We would always stay here . It was all perfect

Dirty jacuzzi tub. Pubes and stains in sheets and on head board. We pulled them all off and layed out our sleeping bag. Fowl smelling tub. Big mistake. To scary to enjoy deluxe room.

It was nice to have a place to stay in Rigby. Hotel is of course a bit basic, but comfortable and clean.

Rooms were clean and very good shape but coffee area still not open at 740 even though advertised to item at 700 am. Overall was a nice, quiet, convenient stay.. Good value for the dollar.

Motel was very clean and accommodating. Our only complaint was the checking in procedure for after hours. The stated instructions did not work and we wasted a lot of time trying over and over to use their phone instructions. If that happens, don't waste time, just call the number given, on your cell phone. Other than that, very positive stay and we will stay there again in the future.

They say you get what you pay for. That was never more true than this hotel. The cleaning staff were sweet, considerate and attentive. The location was great, but those are the only positives from this stay. I would stay here again if it was only for 1 night and there was no other availability anywhere. Here's our experience in a nutshell..... Get to the hotel tried using the restroom only to find you couldn't close the door while sitting on the toilet. The toilet is also a childs one, so small and low to the ground. The toilet paper is inconveniently placed behind the open door right next to the shower. The only way to close the bathroom door was too stand in the shower. Why they didn't put a pocket door in I'll never know. They didn't provide any shampoo or a bath mat. Tried calling the front desk, noone answered. Placed an order to pick up shampoo from Walmart the next day. Remote was broken Bed was uncomfortable and kept sliding away from the wall causing pillows to fall. Had to fix that a couple times throughout the night . Apparently there is noone on the property at night as we tried to go get ice and water only to find the office/vending machine/ice machine locked up. The convenient store closes early so no luck there. We had to provide or had no access to basic stuff. I'm upset we weren't told ahead of time so we could be prepared. Never told there was no night clerk. Definitely not handicap friendly. No elevator. Not friendly to knees or back issues.

Great clean room, friendly staff, easy walk to get food, easy to find.

First time I have had to self check in. But it was easy and the person who walked me through it was very nice.
