Puri Mas is a unique and lovely hotel. I appreciate the beautiful landscaping and the display of art and craft work throughout the grounds and villas. The restaurant has a high standard of quality.

Staff were amazing. Food was good. The whole place has a warm and friendly vibe. Great swimming pool. Pillows were very high and a bit hard. A lot of people had sore necks. Others were tummy sick but the management and staff went out of their way to help all affected. Drains smell on and off but I think that’s general all over the island. I’m going back I loved it so much.

This property was and the value was amazing. When you check in you are surrounded by artwork and statues Check-in was fast and the staff was all very friendly. My villa exceeded my expectations! The bed and linings were very comfortable. The dining at Puri Mas was amazing. Everything I had, and I was adventurous, was delicious. The pool and beach front completed the resort. Having both available was relaxing and convenient. We were there while they had a dinner show, which usually wouldn't excite me, but this was great. The owner of the resort teaches dance free of cost to all the staff. It was amazing to see how they give back to the Lombok community. I promise to return one day to Puri Mas and would highly recommend booking your stay with them.

Fabulous hotel and staff. From the first welcome to our goodbye we felt part of the hotel. The food was really great, breakfast was sumptuous. The pool area was really good. One night they put on entertainment, ballroom dancing stick fighting and drumming.
Will definitely stay again.

Room not cleam, bathroom not protected, opening for all kind of insects, badly furnished, no soapholder etc. Tv in room only on request and bad positioned, no bottled water, etc slow service in restaurant

This is more than just a beautiful resort ~ this is a beautiful experience. The rooms, the pool, the restaurant and the grounds are all fabulous. I highly recommend the spa. The staff are outstanding in the performance of their duties and are a delight to see every day. My congratulations to Marcel ~ you have created something wonderful. Thank You.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the food was so good and reasonably priced that we ate there every night. The evening dance entertainment was amazing and excellent. We visited the beautiful & tranquil spa resort that is part of this hotel for some relaxing spa treatment and that too was excellent. I recommend this hotel for an enjoyable vacation on Lombok!

We had an amazing time at puri mas. It's a great hotel with a personality! It like our home away from home now. The staff is THE BEST, they are so nice, helping and caring. Breakfast is one of the highlights, really good! Don't forget to eat the cheesecake, also amazing. We love this place, we truly recommend going here!

Charming looking hotel in a Balinese-style garden. We had a standard bungalow, with its own balcony. Loved the carved doors, the art everywhere around the hotel and the well cared for garden. The room was a bit basic and needed better lighting, but the outside bathroom I really enjoyed. Breakfast was great, many options to choose from, very good ingredients. Not the best beach in Lombok, but you can enjoy the sunset, the local fishermen, and have a dip in the pool. Not much around outside the hotel, you will have to take the bikes provided by the hotel to ride to the main Senggigi area if you want more of a buzz at night. If you stay around, there are a couple of nice local restaurants (warung) within a few minutes' walk, and then you can listen to the frogs chanting around the pond.

It is a pleasure to stay "home" and take meals at the resort. High commendation to Marcel and his wonderful staff in offering such a unique and exceptional hotel that matches in quality the natural beauty of this amazing site on the west coast of Lombok.

We stayed at Puri Mas 17 years ago and really wanted to visit again. Now it is much larger but still beautiful and welcoming. A great experience once again.

The hotel is well located in a beautiful beach, Has a great infrastructure, well decorated and well maintained and very friendly personal. Restaurant is great, good food and reasonable prices. I got a Jacuzzi room which happens to be amazing, Jacuzzi and sun beds in the private external area with a well maintained garden, a big bathroom with bathtub inside. It was a really great experience.

Definitely stay here again. The staff were very friendly & accommodating. The resort grounds are immaculate.We had a 'cosy budget' room which was a little small but very good value for money. The food was excellent & also good value for money.

We had our own private sanctuary when we wanted it but also beach and poolside lounges always enough that you didn't have to rush to reserve! The food is amazing and we had a romantic dinner on the beach on our anniversary which was so special!The beach is stunning, surf lessons, local fishing village + more restaurants for a change of scenery 5 minute walk along the beach! Awesome hotel, friendly staff, amazing food at reasonable prices. We enjoyed ordering from menu for breakfast. Location was great, swimming pool on beach, enjoyed watching fishermen and sunset at night. Free entertainment, ballroom dancing and stick fighting on two nights. It was great to have a water cooler - endless of water to drink. We enjoyed our visit to their spa resort seeing animals and swimming in pool. We would recommend and we are definitely going back. The Puri Mas Beach Resort is a collection of secluded luxury cabins set in an exotic garden landscape beside the ocean. With the emphasis on relaxation, breakfast is served until mid morning, there are no TVs and the pool is infinite. At the end of the day, you can watch the red sun sink in a blaze of colour across the pool and behind the island silhouette of Bali. Listen to the waves lapping on the shore while you sip your pineapple cocktail and wait while the restaurant staff prepare your three course dinner from an extensive Indonesian and Western menu. All this at prices which can only be described as 'a steal'.

everything was perfect , the place , people , food , location ( sitting in the restaurant the music u hear is the sound of waves gently lapping ) So many pretty flowers and loads of greenery . And the spa ...u can get addicted , I stayed 2 days and got one done on the 1st day , on the 2nd day they did not have a slot available , I was so disappointed till Sara did manage to fit me in ...thank u Sara for the lovely hospitality

We were welcome with pineapple welcome drink, delicious! We had 3 rooms: 1 large with king size bed (good), 1 cozy room (very small, not happy about that at all) and 1 with a patio furnished with day bed and lounge sofa (perfect but pricey). Showers are clean, love the nice smell clean towels (very rare for hotel to accommodate fresh smell clean towels, I get frustrated a lot during my travels), breakfast were GREAT (two thumbs up!) and I adore the landscape of Puri Mas. I think what concluded my decision of booking this hotel is the beautiful landscape.

My daughter and I had the most memorable experience in Lombok especially staying in Puri Mas; like the most is the great ocean view at the coffee house; sat there for the sunset on Christmas Eve-Beautiful! Excellent staffs; very attentive and humble too thank you so much. Will come back again with my husband to this beautiful place.

Revisiting Lombok 18 years later was wonderful. Puri Mas Resort made it the more memorable. Away from the more crowded Senggigi, beautiful surroundings, great restaurant (live singing on certain days), free access to the Spa resort a short drive away, and wonderful facilities like a warm-water pool (when raining). The no children below age 12 policy came as a pleasant surprise (my wife and i love children though but we were really taking a break from them!). For couples wanting that peace and quiet, this is the resort to go. But best of all is the service staff, all friendly and sincere. This time we will not wait another 18 years to return to Lombok!

We booked for 2N cozy buget room and was given an upgrade to the Studio room with private jacuzzi, due to overbooking. Thanks.
Extended our stay and requested for late check out till 3pm for our last nite stay at classic partial ocean room and the hotel was flexible to grant it to us as the room was not taken the following day. Thanks for the kind gesture.
